Wagyu Beef & Truffle Tataki
Spicy Prawn Gyoza
Delicious and imaginative pan Asian food. Everything we ate was really great. Some of the dishes were quite small and I might question £15 for two modest sized prawns; but I will forgive it for the flavour. Not the most comfortable spot - we were outside with the chairs placed sideways on to the table to fit in another table in the minute outdoor space. Inside was tiny too. Service was great too so would be very much inclined to come back to taste some of the other delicious sounding dishes.
The meal was just amazing service was great. The place is very cosy
Very nice place with very nice food ! Would definitely recommend it !
Small but perfectly formed!
It’s a tiny restaurant but the flavours are big! We visited on a Saturday night and luckily had reserved a table. Our lovely waitress suggested some dishes I would never have tried otherwise - the aubergine miso was my favourite and I don’t normally like aubergine. I always prefer tapas style dining as I get to try lots of different foods.
The food and drinks were reasonably priced and would definitely recommend this place. The location was fabulous with a small number of pubs and restaurants close together. The mild September weather gave it a holiday vibe
A little gem in Shepherds Market . Japanese tapas , really tasty and great service.
I love this place, best Japanese food ever. Cute little place too
The food and cocktails were great. The only problem was that it is an extremely small place. We were comfortable outside, except the other table was virtually on top of us with their cigarette smoke and dog and getting inside to get to the toilet was also problematic. So, I would say the the service and food was really good but it’s not the most comfortable/pleasant setting/ambience.
Great food as always, this time took a veg friend who also had so many options!
Food is excellent and an great experience for the taste buds! Intimate small restaurant. Service could be better. Very slow with drinks which arrived halfway through meal after waiting 20 minutes for food to arrive. Offered a taste of Saki which we were then charged for! But we will definitely go again as the food is amazing!
Lovely food but small portions for the price. Waiter forgot some items we'd ordered and when prompted went back to add them only to find the kitcjen had ran out - of rice and edamame(!) Generally attentive service - but the small portions and missing items let it down.
Excellent food & location! place is a bit small but focus is on the food, so dont mind!
Amazing food! A real hidden gem and an unexpectedly great meal
Amazing food (japanese Tapas with a lot of different options) and lovely interieur design.
The cutest, cleanest restaurant with an amazing ambience. Food was fantastic.
Never ceases to impress. A tiny restaurant. A tiny kitchen. Producing small plates with huge flavour. It isn’t cheap but it’s innovative, brilliantly executed food. You won’t be disappointed. Recommend the tuna tacos, wagyu beef tataki/truffle.
Great food! Friendly staff. Not an authentic for a Japanese person but they have their own creative interpretation and twist to the traditional Japanese.
Titu continues to amaze me with both the food and the service. The gyozas are always great and their summer specials are delicious, especially the Korean cold noddles.
We love this restaurant! Nice to be back after lockdown and find it still excellent
Hello Viki, it was lovely to have you back, we are glad you enjoyed visiting us again.
Good food but expensive for what it was. Covid distancing measures so so but not great.
Hello Alex, thank you for leaving a review, we are glad you enjoyed the food. We apologise that the covid measures didn't meet your standards - as a small restaurant, we are unfortunately limited with how much space we can give each table. We do try our best to sanitise surfaces between visits and wear masks on the floor. thank you again for your feedback.
Amazing service, great staff, a lovely evening.

Relaxed, itimate, characterful restaurant serving absolutely delicious food. Had a lovely time. We'll be back...
Hello Colz, thanks for the positive feedback. We will see you soon!
Food, cocktails, service- everything excellent! My second visit and will be coming again.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review. We are glad you enjoyed your visit, and look forwards to welcoming you back.
Dinner at Titu was long overdue (no trips to London dues to lockdown). As usual Shepherds market restaurants were full of crowds enjoying summer evening so the ambience was pleasant. The restaurant was busy as usual. The menu had been slightly updated since we last visited. Loved the regular popcorn chicken, spinach salad, avocado salad, Tuna Jalapeno, shrimp tempura. But missed the complimentary lotus chips with dips which were no longer served and were also disappointed that the kitchen had only one portion of truffle chips and Green Tea Brulee. All in all a good but expensive experience but not the same as before Covid.
The service was really bad we were moved three times and they allowed bookings when they were full. Also just utterly rude, I won’t be returning.
Small intimate but relaxed restaurant, service could not be faulted, food well presented and tasty. Don’t order the crispy seaweed, everything else spot on.
Friendly and warm welcome, nice cosy restaurant and great food
First time I've ever bothered to review place but feel I have to on this occasion.
Basically it was chaos!
We arrived at 7pm to be told there was hardly any choice of wines and by the time we left at 8.15 they had pretty much run dry.
The food we had was good but the time between starters and mains was way too long and then some of our order was missing.
What we did eat was great and I would still recommend people to try it. I just hope someone from Titu reads this as it's a great place and the staff were very nice but I'm just not into spending around £100 and feeling short changed and still hungry.
I know times are tough and people are short on staff but if you open up for business you have to be ready.
Fingers crossed they improve for their own sake.
Hello, we are grateful for the honest feedback. We sincerely apologise that your experience was unsatisfactory; we are always doing our best to improve our standards. We are glad you enjoyed the food however, and hope that your next visit will be more enjoyable.
Staff were friendly and food was amazing, especially the vegetable tacos.
Had a great time and our server was really friendly!!
Cute place, very friendly and helpful staff. Quality food and drinks. Thank you!
This is the second time that I have eaten at Titu. I love the vibe and the staff are all lovely. The food is also delicious and it can be found in a really cute area of London. My only negative comment would be is that they didn’t have any of the wines that we wanted but the lovely waitress made a plan.
Really lovely, at tentative staff, incredible food and good vibes
Very small inside (only like 10 tables) so it’s a cute place for an intimate dinner.
The food was so good! The beef tataki and the tuna tacos where amazing.
However the service was a lot to be desired. For a restaurant with 5 tables the service could of been so much better. It took a long time for the staff to realise we need them to the point we had to calm across the room. Also the male waiter was constantly texting on his phone.
You be honest I would recommend for the food but to be honest I am not sure if I would like to deal with that service again!
Excellent food, exceeding my expectations! Restaurant is tiny but service is great. Feels very much like a restaurant in Tokyo.
Had a great time, nice food and friendly staff.
Had a really nice time, the service initially was slow but once seen by our waitress she was excellent really friendly and accommodating. A nice place to have a few drinks and good food with friends
The food was magnificent. I really enjoyed it and the lady was so nice. I will definitely be back :)
Good and very unique
Good but nothing so particular. Limited menu and small portions. It was delicious but I’d like to eat more with those prices.
