Excellent service and the quality of the Beef for our Sunday lunch was brilliant. Best place to eat at the mailbox by far.

Well located in Mailbox next to Harvey Nichols. Good menu and interesting seasonal specials - Oxtail Pie was excellent. Very attentive service. Wine list by no means expensive.

The food here was fantastic and the service great, thought the drinks a little expensive as paid £16 for 2 gins!
But would definitely recommend and will definitely return!

We visited Tom's Kitchen for our daughter's 18th Birthday. We loved the trendy decor and modern vibe. Charlotte was given a complementary glass of fizz, which was a nice touch. The food was excellent, accompanied by a reasonably priced wine list. Would definitely recommend.

A good pre theatre lunch option in the nice and central setting of the mailbox. A good Saturday menu with a mixture of brunch and lunch options - beautiful chicken schnitzel and hugely generous portions of accompanying mash and. Green beans. Well cooked and presented and amenable staff. I would return! The setting is basically an upmarket shopping centre I guess so ambience not totally engrossing but all in all a great find!!

In the Mailbox, an upmarket mall, tom's kitchen has a good vibe quite different to the more mainstream chains upstairs near the canal basin. Unusually for a restaurant set within a mall you don't feel enclosed or really in a mall at all, the design and high ceilings give it a good feel. Service has been great the 3 times we've been, food good though its a fairly limited menu we feel. great value, not as pricey as we expected and we feel you get good value for a premium experience.

We ordered from the brunch menu, the meals included bread/toast. We were surprised to be charged an extra £1 for butter to go with our brunch! Not acceptable!

Service was overbearing in the sense of pushy but slow in terms of food delivery and the food was pretty average

Food was over-elaborate and expensive. The lamb steak I tried was tough and tasteless. A bad choice. Could have had a much nicer meal nearby for less.

Unfortunately the place disappointed us. We order a medium rib-eye but i was not even rare, it was uncooked! Totally not worth the amount of money we spent!

Not a good experience service poor they lost our wine order so had to wait nearly an hour for wine to be delivered to our table. However the waiter apologised for the delay and did not charge us for the wine.

I would not recommend this restaurant
