Our child liked the pizza and the chocolate fudge sundae went down a treat! Very friendly, helpful staff.

Worst service I have ever received. Staff were absolutely clueless when 4 nearly full plates of mains were collected. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for the bill to get out of the place. Kids pizza was drenched in salt. My 4 year old told me after 1 bite it was stinking... No beer on draft so opted for a bottle which was from a multi pack, the burger was disgusting and the salmon was more or less still alive. The restaurant itself was fantastic at first view. Realised quickly why it was empty at 5pm on mother's day. The 6oz burger was 2 patty's obviously purchased from Lidl's frozen section. Please do not waste your time or money on this place. Revolting

Staff were very helpful, quick to serve us and take our drinks order. Food was amazing, portion sizes were quite big but luckily the restaurant recognise this and have a little snippet on the menu saying boxes are available, so we availed of this.

Food was awful. Pasta carbonara was drenched in oil? Sea bass (tiny portion) and mash(about a spoonful) definitely not worth the price. Definitely won't be returning. We were refunded for the inedible pasta but we all still left hungry.

Probably my 7th time going to Toni macaroni - one of my favourite places in Belfast to eat. Pleasant, helpful staff - very fast serving times, the quality of the food is always 11/10 and on this occasion the staff even customised a dessert for my dad when they apologised for some of the fruit salad not being available. So accommodating and have never once had a bad experience there. Reasonable prices and portions every time as well.

I have previously eaten in other Tony Macaroni restaurants in Scotland. This was a shocking dining experience. The service was atrocious, the staff were clueless and not interested in providing any kind of service. It was apparent that all diners were experiencing the same poor service with multiple meals being returned due to incorrect meals being ordered by staff. The waiting staff kept disappearing and had no clue what stage each table was at. It was very slow and we waited to order, waited for our drinks and then waited for our food. We had to ask for our plates to be cleared and then ask for the bill, The restaurant was not busy but goodness knows how the staff would have managed. There is a serious lack of ability by the staff or interest in their roles. our experience would suggest a training issue and a lack of management oversight. The restaurant does not look or feel like the other restaurants we have eaten at in Scotland. It was a shame as the place is situated in a very vibrant centre

Always seems to be a problem in this restaurant getting the Presto menu! Pizzas were a bit dry this time but still lovely

Food was great, although kitchen staff did set fire alarms off at one point 😂 service was very slow and we were unsure at one point if they had forgotten about us
