My wife's food was good but my pizza was burnt. The garlic fries were tasteless. 27 pounds for a burnt pizza, a bowl of tasteless fries and a small carbonara with 2 cokes. Not ideal. Think I'll give it a miss next time.

This is a nice casual restaurant chain but unfortunately the design of the Braehead site, although it offers a lovely open outlook, means that when seated by the huge windows, diners are too hot in summer and cold in winter. We enjoyed our meal but kept our coats on throughout!

Staff were very good as always however the restaurant was extremely cold. All diners were wearing jackets throughout. This is unfair not only to the customers but also to the staff having to work in those conditions

It was very cold and the service was very slow. Had a wheelchair and was put on a table at the far end had to move tables and chairs to get the chair through. Waited about 40 minutes between courses. Had to put jackets on because it was so cold

The heating has not been working in the Restaurant for two years now. This is fine in Summer, however in winter it is unacceptable. The Restaurant is cold, with plenty of people keeping jackets on whilst eating. It is not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. It does not warm up enough to make it enjoyable.

Ordered 4 meals all came at separate times . Got the meals before our drinks Found seed size of 5p coin in 1 year olds fruit salad Was told we miss things sometimes , not sorry Couldn’t swap the pasta for chips on an order (never had that issue before ) Putting an optional tip that’s built into the final balance on the check . I decide if I leave a tip if the service has been up to standard. You pay your staff a better wage and stop relying on customers to top it it . I don’t get tips at my job.

Service very good, good delicious however restaurant was extremely cold 🥶 we were seated near the kitchen but it was very cold, goodness knows how cold it must have been near the entrance! Getting the heating sorted please!! Happy to recommend staff and delicious food but no pleasure sitting in a cold restaurant!!

Restaurant could do with some sound proofing to help with the echo. Music was so loud and the echo was full force that with the people talking at the next table, we just couldn’t have a conversation. We even struggled to give our order. When kids at the other end of the restaurant screamed it was as if they did it right in your ear. Place was so cold even the receptionist said she was keeping her scarf on. One free standing heater at the door doesn’t work. Most people kept their coats on. Saying that the staff and food were excellent. Far superior to Silverburn. But if Braehead don’t sort out the noise and comfort in the restaurant, we will be going to another Branch of the restaurant for our family gatherings. I would recommend this restaurant for the food and service but be aware of the noise level & Baltic conditions.

The food was lovely but very little in the way of options for my granddaughter who has allergies and this would put us off going back. The service was very slow but there was an obvious shortage of staff. The staff were doing their best and were very pleasant and helpful.

Once seated our evening was fine. There was a misunderstanding and we were asked to wait for our table (even though we had booked). Unfortunately the waiting area was immediately behind an open gas heater. We had a 5yr old and a 2yr old in our party. Not a sensible arrangement! After a heated exchange things settled down and we enjoyed our evening. We should have been told why we were asked to wait for our table not just left sitting behind this heater with only 3 chairs for five bodies!

Service was poor. Seated and forgotten about at every stage Food was OK. Soup and pizzas lovely, BLT was burnt bacon croutons in a freezing cold burger bun (???) Good value lunch menu, but I wouldn't return.

Absolutely outstanding from the moment we entered. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. We were all served together and within 20 minutes. The food was hot and delicious. The deserts were huge so you could easily share. Definitely be back.

Not a nice experience half of our party got food and we waited too long for ours only got starters. the manager was rude no intention of apologising and tried to tell me it was because we ordered starters even if that is how the restaurant works surely you don't wait another half hr for main meal especially when it's pizza and pasta! Very disappointed no customer care here

Always enjoy this restaurant. This time we had starters which were not very nice. The breaded mushrooms were over cooked and the bruschetta was very cold and tasteless. The main course were excellent so made up for the disappointing start. We had pizza and chicken in a mushroom sauce. After a break we had ice cream sundaes which were a delight and tasty. Overall great meal but stay away from the starters.

A lovely place with a great menu. The food was delicious, and the four of us really enjoyed it. The staff were very attentive and friendly which goes a long way when deciding whether to go back again.

Had a table booked for 5pm, we arrived around 10-15 minutes early, the place was only around 30% occupied and we had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated despite numerous tables being free and ready. Service was slow and constantly had to be requested i.e. stop a passing staff member to ask for drinks given all the empty glasses etc. They then have the audacity to add an ‘optional’ service fee to the bill and automatically put that as the total in the card machine! The food was terrible, chicken milanese was some kind of pre frozen deep fried chicken breast in batter that you might get in farmfoods, the meatballs from the spaghetti and meatballs were so over cooked and tasteless. After a previous terrible visit to the EK branch I had vowed not to return to Tony Macs, however yesterday was a convenience booking so thought we’d give it another go. Won’t waste my money next time. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had to leave, as the menu doesnt have allergy advice against each dish. You have to scan a QR code which shows you a list of food over 50 pages to look through. Not easy to understand and with very limited choice of coeliacs. I'm shocked how behind this restaurant chain is when it comes to customers with allergies. A big risk to take!

We used to come to this Tony Macaroni fortnightly but it’s been a while since we have been. Unfortunately the food quality has taken a bit of a dip. The chicken for the ‘polo tri pepe’ was dry to the point of being inedible unless covered in sauce or mash. The chips tasted reheated and the portion is significantly smaller. The pasta my husband ordered was nice but, again, the portion has been reduced. The kids pizza was yummy as always, so they were happy! We asked for tap water for the table four times but only received one glass of water. The staff are friendly and helpful but seem a bit overwhelmed.

Went out for food at Tony Macaroni with my best friend and will rate the experience. The food was amazing good size portions, drinks were brilliant. The staff are the main stand out they were very quick and attentive throughout made my friend and I laugh and enjoy coming out even more. Will recommend to others!

Waitresses all over the place, not specific one for table so they didn’t know what stage we were at. Really long wait after starters for main course. Waitress was rude and argumentative. £1 a mussel on the starters is a rip off. Risotto portion was tiny. Garlic bread burnt. Overall quite poor service and poor quality
