Tony Roma's - Thunder Bay

We held a dinner last Wednesday for 38 people and the service and food were great. Staff kept up to our demands easily and everyone was fed within a few minutes of each other. Hopefully repaet this next year!

Three of my girlfriends took me out for my birthday lunch. Our waiter was fabulous, the food excellent & we had a great visit & catch-up!

Excellent service... nicely paced and we had very thoughtful waiter.

Good for casual dining. Ribs were good, but we would prefer a little less sauce next time. Wine selection is okay but we’re disapp the restaurant does not have any IPA choices on the beer list.

The waiter was in too much of a hurry and mixed up the order.

Great family environment. The bar side is the place to sit. Comfy large booths that are situated for viewing multiple sporting games on the TV's.

The dining experience was fine. Good food, nice atmosphere. But when we got there after making a reservation using opentable.ca it was to find we had NO reservation. This service DOES NOT WORK on Thunder Bay's Tony Roma's restaurant on the restaurant's end.

Overall exper was excellent except that when arrived my reservation that was booked and confirmed on-line was not noted at the reception area, however a table was luckily available immediately

Our food was served fairly quickly and the server went out of his way to make sure everything was okay. The Prime Rib was perfectly cooked to my specification.

Seated right away and had great service and food came exactly as ordered. One of our favourite places in Thunder Bay.

Six travelers with diverse tastes came on short notice. All six of us left feeling well fed and superbly attended. We’ll be back the next time we’re in town.

We had a wonderful meal for our 33rd anniversary with exceptional service and a delightful dessert.

The restaurant overall was good but they could not find our reservation when we arrived.

They didn't have the open table reservation. Good thing it wasn't busy.

We have dined there on many occasions and every time has been perfect! Fast, friendly and courteous.

waiter was very friendly 'checked with us often ,$5.00 draft was an excellent value .meals were very well prepared and we enjoyed our visit

I think if you want a really good meal then this is surely the place. Our dinners were very delicious, the staff was curtious, my little girl loved that she got to go in the back to make her own sundae!
It was a friendly atmosphere and we liked that the booths were spacious.
Definetly will dine here again :)

Could serve bread with the meal. Also could have more options for sides.
The salad should be included with the meal.

88th birthday dinner for my mom.

Found dinner a little pricey for comparable meals at other similar type restaurants , however lunch is reasonable and enjoyable . Would recommend as a good lunch destination.
Also the reason I only have 3 stars to service is the kitchen was guilty of the same thing too many places are , that is ie. Order ceased salad NO CROTONS and the kitchen doesn't read past "ceased salad" annnnnd your getting CROTONS!

Excellent service and value. We like to meet there for lunch. The bonus card rewards you with a free lunch after 4 lunches! The luncheon Trio is a great assortment of food and plenty to eat. A favourite restaurant! Staff are exceptional.

Meal was great, my steak cooked to perfection.

--Another server was scrubbing the booth benches back and seat right behind us while we were eating--- when there were many many other booths she could be cleaning other than the one that we were right in front of

--The server was The nicest server I've had ever had the privilege to be waited on by
-- The children that came with us were so very excited when offered the chance to pick their own ice cream Sundays in the kitchen – – they said they want to come back for sure ( so that outweighs absolutely any criticism I would have

Was very enjoyable. Glad to be able to make reservations on line. Atmosphere is beautiful and not very loud, you can enjoy our company at the table and I could hear very well. Food was very enjoyable, my two other friends also enjoyed their meal and drinks. I was the Designated driver so I drank water.

We had a fun evening with friends and enjoyed the ribs and seafood pasta.

Food was great, our waitress was very helpful, friendly and very attentive to our requests

It was our grandson's 9th Birthday and he picked Tony Roma's for his birthday supper.

Food was just okay. Too much cheese on the menu. No gluten free options either. BBQ sauce on chicken was over powering. Nice atmosphere though and good service too.

Excellent food at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is great for a casual dinner with family and friends. The menu is varied and I've enjoyed each dish I have tried. Definitely a favourite restaurant. My only complaint is that I did not get the starter I ordered. I was looking forward to sampling the onion loaf.
