Tony Roma’s - West Palm Beach
Too short staffed for the amount of people in the restaurant. Very slow. But the staff did their best. Food is not worth the price. So many better places for ribs. Just a typical hotel restaurant.
We went to tony Roma’s for a casual dinner with friends and loved it ! Food great and service was very nice
Love this place since I was a kid!
Great ribs and onion stack, at a reasonable price. Our server was excellent!
Service was horrible. Went there for Valentines/Anniversary dinner. Had to ask hostess for a server to come by after seeing people after us seated and greeted with drinks. Once server came over no apology or Happy Valentines wish that other servers were saying to their tables. Other issues as well. I’m sure experience would’ve been better with another server. Restaurant wasn’t busy enough to slow this poor of a server.
Responsive management, excellent service, neat and clean, good atmosphere, outstanding food, perfect service temperatures. Outstanding meal again guys.near perfect experience.
Not many Tony Romas around. This one is located inside the Hilton in West Palm Beach Florida.
Food very good, service good. Only problem was the music was playing way too loud and should be turned down a bit or playing softer music
Received 3 of 4 entrees. Side condiment ordered and requested and arrived at end of meal. Explains the amount of empty tables.
Our server went out of her way to accommodate some extra$ordinary requests. The service was incredible. The food is always good.
We had gone to Tony Roma in New York many times in NY. We were excited to find one in Florida.
What a disappointment. The ribs were good but the place, in a Hilton Hotel was dark , dreary and very unappealing. We went early and it seemed there was no service available and we had to keep asking for help.
All in all, we will buy their ribs in the supermarket, when availAble. We won’t be visiting the restaurant again.
I would recommend as the Tony Romo brand is always a good for ribs. The evening we dined there was an event which may have led to the crowd and so the restaurant was quite slow and after waiting 30 plus minutes at 530 pm to get a drink (bottle of wine beer and a martini )we became a bit irritated. The staff tried but was under pressure .The wine came but the beer never showed up . I ordered a Regular rack of ribs and the others in our party ordered St Louis style. After again waiting til about 630 pm and re ordering a 2 nd martini and hoping for the beer..the food arrived The St Louis ribs were as they should be vinegar based My rack came as beef and was tough Asked again for the second Martini and finally had it arrive.. No time to redo as it had already taken over an hour to get the food so ... Just ok is my final recommendation .
We always go for thr baby back ribs. They are always great and top it off with a onion loaf.
Restaurant was not equipped to handle the seminar crowd. Only two people working . We left the restaurant.
Baby Back Ribs ..... are Just Awesome,Loved the avocado fries too.
There were no other customers in the place the girl that took out order took it right I guess well didn’t come out right I didn’t get my asparagus on time they were overly salty my dinner was there the 20 ounce cubes and steak or whatever came with that supposedly three well they came out with two I had a wait for the third one so I wasn’t impressed at all
The food was great and tasty. I ate my rack of baby back and then I ate half of my wife's. She loved the Mac & Cheese. The onion loaf is always my favorite. We went on Sunday afternoon and it was quiet and peaceful. The waiter was very attentive and upbeat. Thanks for a happy Sunday.
Opentable allowed us to make a reservation for a location that doesn’t exist. Tony Roma’s listed 4 sites and when we arrived I even called around and finally got their Sunny Isles site to answer and they said that they are the only site that is still in operation. I’d hate to give this restaurant a low score, but was left with no choice. They need to update their site and not inconvenience people. Last time I actually visited a location (years ago), the food and service was wonderful though. If you can actually get to a location, I’d still recommend going. We were looking forward to it.
Great location and inside lovely airport Hilton Hotel. Food was good - especially the boneless short rib!
Try the fried avocados for a starter treat. Good service and will definitely go back.
We went for the beef ribs. It’s more of a hotel restaurant than a tony Roma’s. No ambiance, odd smell, totally run down and empty. Were told the beef ribs weren’t good by the waitress and to order something else.
We came in specifically for the beef ribs which we have really enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately the beef ribs were unavailable due to some delivery issues due to quality. However the baby back ribs that my wife had and the barbecue chicken that I had were excellent substitutes and our server provided very efficient and friendly service.
Traditional excellence in ribs!
Excellent service, good food.
Everything was excellent. Wait staff and management were above par. Very much appreciated.
AC was broken. Coleslaw was warm. Corn was over cooked. Ribs were great as always. Worst TR I have ever been to.
Great meal. Excellent service. Will definitely come again.
The food and service were excellent, but the setting or ambiance is sterile and boring.
Wee always come for the ribs. I think they are the best and they do not disappoint.
We were disappointed in the meal, the first time we went it was excellent
Baby back ribs were excellent; however the bar b cue sauce was a bit more tangy with a noticeable and predominant vinegar flavor. The onion loaf had a powdery and floury texture; would not order again.
Place was near-empty. Food took a LONG time to get to us (might excuse it if it's made to order out of the frig), but, the waitress was absent after ordering and between food delivery, as well as after her first check on us. She had no cheer, no personality, and could have easily been replaced by a stick.
Food is INCREDIBLY over-priced.
And the food was terrible. I've had beef ribs dozens of times in my life, and these needed a chainsaw to get through. Stringy, grizzled, and dry.
We were starving and since the food took so long to get to us in the first place, we didn't bother complaining .
Shame. Because I tip at 30% or above and she got the 18.
Nice hotel & restaurant, but very empty. Dinner time on a Sunday there were not 6 tables filled. I don’t think people know this place exist. I live on n Delray Beach & just heard it opened last March. It is not in an area to draw a crowd.if it was located, not in a hotel where there’s a crowd it would do much better. Delray Beach/ Boca Raton is an affluent area weren’t would do amazing. The food was good.
Love the baby back ribs. Tender and the sauce isn’t overly sweet like some others.
I used to be a regular years ago in hallanday, buy I was disappointed with the portions too small and food cold. Slow service
Besides I looked at my revisor today 1waa charged for 2 sodas we had one soda one water. 35 dollar lunch not worth it
Welcome back, Tony! I knew you from 'way back when and it's good to see the ribs are good as I remembered. And of course, it was good to see my old friend, The Onion Loaf. Havent had one like it since then.
The service was very attentive and friendly. The beef ribs have always been my favorite but my firends were very well pleased with the baby backs.
I'll be back!
Pathetic. Plain and simple.
I reserved through OpenTable, and just in case called to confirm. Reservation was for 11.30p as our Jeff Beck concert finished late.
When we arrived, the lousy restaurant was closed. The friendly front desk staff at the Hilton told us that they had closed at 10.30p. How come do they take a reservation? We drove all the way here to find the unpleasant surprise. Horrible management. Not sure about the food of course .. but why bother?
No hostess Clueless waitress, dirty wine glass, took forever to have someone take our order , I had to get up and go to the bar to get a waitress to take the order
Ribs came out cold, served our sparkling water in the bottle with no glasses. Served soup with entree. Staff not well trained, but the worst was the cold ribs???
The nicest Tony Roma’s we have ever eaten at.
Racheal our server was wonderful.
The ribs are consinstant in all their restaurants.
The onion loaf has changed, not bad but not as good as the old style.
I will never eat there again... the service was poor and the food took too long to arrive... then when it did it was not hot ...also I do not enjoy having diner and having to watch 2 guys on TV beating the crap out of each other... its not what I want to watch while I am having diner with a loved one
It was the worst meal I have experienced in Florida. The ribs came out cold, the potatoes were ultra salty. When I complained to the manager, he shrugged it off and said this is the way we serve.
The beef ribs were so tough, it would have needed a hacksaw. Had them previously and they just fell off the bone. My wife would have sent them back, but we were with friends & she did not want to make a scene after an endless wait on our food.
The ribs were just OK. They were smothered in sauce, not up to their usual standard.
Took over 30 minutes to bring our order & the restaurant was almost empty except for patrons at the bar.
