   Service was quick and friendly, food came in a good time and was hot and fresh. Only slight problem was that we booked for a table of 2 and was sat on a very large round table for 6 people. However great value for money and tasty food and cocktails!

   The service was amazing, lovely welcome. The portions were massive snd the food was delicious. It was my sons birthday and they made him feel special. Group of 6 and will all definitely go back.

   Good pizza and pleasant atmosphere. Attentive service. First time there so cannot comment on the rest of the menu but I was with two Italians who were happy with the pizza!

   I was wowed by the time I entered in to the building!!! The decor is exquisite!!! The food is very tasty and the presentation breathtaking. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

   First time visiting and it really didn’t disappoint, from the moment you walk in it has a really great atmosphere. The staff are all very friendly and the food was amazing, a group of 4 of us all ordered a different main and they were very tasty and hot. Will definitely be going back soon.

   Excellent Meal and service for my Daughters 16th Birthday meal . Would highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back .

   Service was pretty slow. It took about 20 minutes to have our drinks order taken and when it was, we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The starters arrived quickly after the order being taken, although it was served alongside our sides which we wished to have with our main course. Some of us ordered chicken dishes and some of us had some dry/tough chicken but overall the meal was enjoyable. The venue is lovely and we'd love to return in the hope that the service is a bit quicker. It took about 30 minutes for our plates to be cleared away but the bill came quicker than anything else. Overall, a positive experience but some things we'd like to be improved. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

   Was a overall okay meal, just the service let it down. The main reason why I gave service and food a two star is because the starters didn't come out all together; one person was waiting a significant time for theirs and then when it came to the main course one person's main was clearly forgotten about. The atmosphere is really busy and is a really nice restaurant but just the service and the timing of the food could be worked on.

    I have been to Totti in Eltham several times, the food and service is usually very good, this time my wife's coffee was luke warm and it was replaced , also we were taking friends there on our recommendation and one of their roasts was served luke warm, the waitress offered to heat it up but my friend declined the offer. In fairness to Totti they did not charge for the luke warm roast My roast was ok but could have been hotter, so please Totti just check the meals before they leave the kitchen as in my opinion you are the best restaurant in the High Street
