Was a overall okay meal, just the service let it down. The main reason why I gave service and food a two star is because the starters didn't come out all together; one person was waiting a significant time for theirs and then when it came to the main course one person's main was clearly forgotten about. The atmosphere is really busy and is a really nice restaurant but just the service and the timing of the food could be worked on.

I have been to Totti in Eltham several times, the food and service is usually very good, this time my wife's coffee was luke warm and it was replaced , also we were taking friends there on our recommendation and one of their roasts was served luke warm, the waitress offered to heat it up but my friend declined the offer. In fairness to Totti they did not charge for the luke warm roast My roast was ok but could have been hotter, so please Totti just check the meals before they leave the kitchen as in my opinion you are the best restaurant in the High Street

Very nice food. Only issue was that our cotton serviettes, although nicely pressed, were very wet and we had to ask for another set and we're then given black paper ones.

Food was lovely and the service you couldn't fault, my only issue was that the tables are far too close together, we could hear the next tables conversation way too clearly, there were empty bigger tables around that could have been used, I'm not sure why people are squashed in.

I had a fabulous meal at Totti yesterday I’ve been a few times now and never been disappointed whenever I go to lunch with my dad he always chooses Totti’s

The Calamari starter was so rubbery as to be inedible, so they didn’t charge for that. There only seems to be one type of sauce, a tomato one which is orange in colour. This appears on almost every dish; the scallops starter drowned in it, and the three main courses which had a sauce seemed to use the same one. The sea bass main course was generous. Service was good, but let down by the food. It just needs some variety!

Decor very nice. But that's all that was. We were given the wrong drinks, then they realised and took them back. One of the meals was cold had to ask to have it warmed up. Waitress forgot to bring our coffee had to ask again for it. Was very disappointed.

Very nice menu and lots of tasty Italian dishes. My favourite was the in Spaghetti in the cheese wheel.
