    We love Toulouse! It is so much fun to eat there. The ambience is the perfect combination of classy and casual . . . just the way we like it! The food was so delicious! We will recommend it to all of our friends, and I'm sure we will eat here many times in the future.

    My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 2 year anniversary together and decided to celebrate at Toulouse. I’ve been to this location a couple of times myself so I suggested that we go. The ambiance was amazing! We had outdoor seating with a live jazz band. Our waiter couldn’t care less about us being there. He rushed us as we tried to decide what we wanted, barely checked in on us, and just had a horrid attitude the entire time. My boyfriend ordered the lobster ravioli and I ordered the salmon. Lobster ravioli was overcooked, chewy, and tasted “freezer burnt” as my boyfriend would tell it. As for me, the salmon was cooked well but was extremely under seasoned. The sweet potato mousseline was lumpy, and caramelized brussel sprouts were not caramelized at all and had a bite to them. Calamari, and the Chanel No. 6 cocktail were really good. Overall if we didn’t have the jazz band and yummy calamari keeping us in high spirits I would rate this experience unimaginably low. I also feel that if I wasn’t celebrating a very special occasion I would’ve been nonchalant about my experience, but having my anniversary night start out on a sloppy note was not what I was expecting when I decided to dine at Toulouse. As they say, better luck next time. I may not dine for a while but hopefully next time i visit the experience will be much better.

    Great drinks and French food. Very good service, even on a busy Sunday. Tables are a little tightly spaced and small by Texas standards such that we needed things cleared multiple times.

    We went to celebrate my wife's B-day and had a nice time. The inside seating area was very noisy, which made it hard to talk to one another. The food was great and we had good service. Next time, I might try sitting outside.

    Out experience was great with one exception, the manager reacted poorly to our refusal of sitting outside. We had a reservation and did not request to sit outside. Otherwise, our waitstaff, ambience, and food were great. Food delivery was a little slow.

    I have an elderly grandfather and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Very accommodating and the manager was even kind enough to give the valet our ticket so our car would be ready when we left. Amazing restaurant and staff!

    Super excellent food. Delectable, truly. Our server Damion was extraordinary. He had us laughing and took great care of us. The beef bourguignon just fell away from my fork. The scallops were cooked beautifully. CanNOT wait to go back!

    Ordered the duck confit (however it tasted nothing like a duck - think it was chicken or turkey). Waiter continued to push the “daily special.” Ordered one of the daily specials - it was essentially prosciutto and melon for $19. Crab cakes were good. Risotto was decent. Not impressed.

    The wine was good. The truffle frites were a nice surprise as were the Canadian Maritme oysters. The rest of the meal was void of flavor. Our waiter was good, but overtasked. He would be a reason to return. I’d say the location would demand a higher standard based on the build up. My suggestion, order a good Chablis with some oysters. Be sure that the oysters are from Montauk, NY up through the Canadian Maritimes.

    I would’ve given this restaurant 5 stars but the service was mediocre. The food and ambience were excellent but the service was off. This matches most of the reviews I read so we we weren’t surprised. I highly recommend the brunch and cocktails, just be prepared for average service. If you’re sipping a cocktail, you won’t notice. The location is also a plus.
