Cocktails were delicious.... W tried a French Martini and loved, I had an Old Fashion.. well prepared... steak was delicious as well as sides... waiter and busser were on point.

Valentines Day Dinner was wonderful, the whole experience was great.

The restaurant has weathered the storm and was was booked to allowed capacity for Valentine's weekend. Reservations were spaced at adequate 2 hour intervals and were honored promptly. The serving team introduced themselves as they brought water, bread, and cocktails. We had discussed the menu choices and decided to share the oysters (6) and crab cake appetizers. They came with a variety of accompanying seafood sauces and were both excellent. We purposely chose lighter apps, so we would have plenty of room for the bone-in prime rib eyes, charred the way we love them, but still a perfect medium-rare. We had lobster chive mashed potatoes for one side; they were good but really couldn't taste the lobster component. For the other side we had pan roasted mushrooms, which are always good. Even with our earlier precautions, we still had entree portions to bring home for a lunch. We managed to find room for crime brûlée and cheesecake to finish the feast.

The meal was priced high but in keeping with Tournedos quality and service and possibly because their nearest competitor Morton's has closed. But I personally think a $59 up charge for an added lobster tail is excessive no matter how big and tasty the lobster is. I hope Tournedos doesn't take themselves out of the special occasions for average guest category.

We had our valentines day dinner here. It was a top class experience from start to finish. The staff were the perfect level of attentive and friendly. The food was the best wagyu beef I've ever had. We will definitely be back.

Let me start by saying this is my favorite restaurant in Rochester. Their are fantastic typically. Unfortunately, they have a special menu with a nice selection of options, but still limited from what we are use to. The food was tasty, and though we were one of the last seating, the service was very delayed, yet when served felt rushed and hurried. This is our third Valentine's in a row... Not sure we will come back for the fixed menu, but will come back for sure.

We had a horrible experience. Appetizers were edible. We received our entrees not cooked to our order and then were told we received the wrong tables steaks. When we sent our steaks back, they took our plates with sides served. Returned with new steaks without new sides. Steaks cooked to order, quality of meat poor. Dessert was terrible. We then got charged separately for sides - which we didn’t even eat- on a prix fixe menu. To top it off, they sent us home with truffles (which were delicious) and packed my disgusting dessert which i had already sent back as a reminder of our terrible meal. Thank you so much for that.

This was our first meal at Tournedos. It’s not inexpensive, but the quality of the beef selections we had was outstanding. Our table was located in a small alcove off the bar and was perfect for an intimate dinner for two. I’ll also mention that I had the fresh oysters for a starter, and they were delicious.

For a special and memorable experience, I would definitely recommend Tournedos.

We have been here multiple times and the food and service are always excellent. The atmosphere is nice and I would describe the decor as traditional (if not a little dated). Always a very good overall experience .

Food was excellent as usual. I had even asked about a salmon dish I had a few weeks ago with our wine pairing dinner and the chef made it for me! Jackie always takes such good care of us. Wonderful evening.

Great service. We seat at the bar. Service and food was amazing.

We ate in the grill and the food and service was outstanding. My friend raved about the crab cakes and two of us had the lamb chops that were delicious and perfectly cooked. Don’t miss the wedge salad (ask the chef to chop) outstanding. A dinner and evening to remember.

Multiple apps, drinks and two meals: Only, and I mean ONLY, complaint would be the amount of char on my porterhouse. Love grill marks, but the entire side was charred. The middle was still grilled to perfection.
