Consistently delicious food and perfect date night atmosphere! Love love love !
I was expecting much better based on a friend recommendation.
outstanding food and service ,best restaurant in greenwich
We visited for Father's Day lunch/dinner. The food was amazing and the service fantastic. We will be back for dinner for sure.
Awesome location. Sat outside. Nicely laid out, fabulous service and great food.
Food was very good as was the outdoor setting. However, service was slow and they overcharged us by mistake at the end!
Oh it was delicious! We had the Mezze starter and the dips plus naan were on point. We also had their basic organic greens salad to share, that was delicious too!
My husband had rack of lamb and I had the scallops. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. We will go again.
Food was excellent. Ordered lamb medium rare but came rare. Still delicious but just be aware. Very nice ambiance and friendly service. Excellent signature cocktails. Drinks did not come quickly enough and bread wasn’t offered. Another table asked for and received some delicious looking bread too late for us. Maybe working out some post-Covid kinks? We enjoyed the overall experience very much and will definitely return.
Hadn't eaten at the Townhouse in a while due to the pandemic but was glad the quality of both the food and the service was still as we experienced in the past. We found the menu to be a bit lacking in options but I hope that is resolved as more patrons return. A couple of specials outside of the menu would have been nice as options. Other than that, food and service were very good and we will definitely return.
Beautiful decor, strange choice of music and a bit loud. Sounded like they had the radio on and it just didn’t go with the vibe. Host was very polite, as is the entire staff but the waiters are not really helpful in g
Slow, disorganized service. Food varies between excellent and barely edible
Excellent food and great atmosphere, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and plan to return.
superb food, excellent service.
the outdoor sitting is a great addition
We used to like the predecessor at this property, Gabriel’s. We assumed Townhouse would be just as good. Unfortunately, our NY strips were surprisingly tough and served with some kind of vegetables that were hard to identify and unappetizing in appearance. Also, Townhouse batters their french fries which, to me, is not a french fry. The ambience is nice and the service pleasant, but if you are longing for a good steak frites, pass on Townhouse and go to Blackstone.
We enjoyed the food and the service was great!
Fantastic food & cocktails! Courteous waitstaff as well
My daughter’s graduation from college. Great waiter!
If you're fully satisfied by your exceptional evening of fine dining in a beautiful environment with a talented kitchen and friendly, unobtrusive, well-intentioned and considerate service then you've obviously just been to Townhouse!!
The four of us enjoyed delicious starters: Maine Lobster Salad, Arugula & Buffalo Mozzarella salads, and Beefsteak Tomato salad. All were perfect. The mains: two had the Fjord Salmon, one had the Toro Tartar, and I was in heaven with my Tagliatelle with Short Ribs. All of the dishes were exquisitely presented with normal-sized portions and the tastes were on-point.
This was an anniversary for two of us and a reunion after fifteen months of lockdown so we were happy for the splurge. Four starters, four mains, a good bottle of wine, Pelligrino and coffee came to $237+tax+tip (~$300 total). Not cheap, but also not outrageous for the luxurious and satisfying 3-hours of great food with good friends.
We look forward to returning for a future special event.
I enjoyed the food on both the Happy Hour and Regular dinner menu, cooked to perfection & very delicious!! The staff and customer service was excellent too!! Thank you for your hospitality!!
Tremendous lunch venue, enjoy the beet salad, and hummus plate
Just didn’t like it. Waiter was awesome. Food was fair
Great restaurant set in a beautiful townhouse.
Pricey but worth it.
Great bar area.
Enjoyed another great meal at Townhouse. The scallops are the best we've ever had. The sauce, pancetta and veggies they are in are delicious! And, the creme brulee is not to be passed up - scrumptious!
Great service, food was better than average, cost a little high
Excellent food and excellent service and environment
Glad to have found this new restaurant in our area. Beautiful setting and relaxed atmosphere.
Our entire meal was amazing and the service was excellent. The caramel churros and ice cream sundae topped it off.
Townhouse is the all around best restaurant in the area. All of the food was fresh and tasted amazing! The customer service was also top notch. A great place for a special occasion or a culinary experience. Will be dining there again in the future!
service was very good. roasted chicken was amazing
Had a great time sitting outside on the terrace.. beautiful night. Our waiter couldn't have been nicer and well informed. Meal was delicious. We thought the menu could be a little more interesting but what we had was delicious.. tuna tartar and crab cakes .. so very good. And drinks were FABULOUS!!!! Will be going back ... they show they care.
Great service and even better food. The thyme chicken is to die for
It is one of our favorite restaurants in Greenwich. Always an amazing dining experience
This s the third time dining in Townhouse and my family’s dinner I enjoyed our experience every time we dine there.
Townhouse was an amazing restaurant. The food was delicious and our waiter was very attentive. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family!
Overall I would say our experience was definitely a very good one. The food was very very tasty, the ambience was very comfortable, noise levels were very low, we were seated immediately, and the waiters were very responsive. The only small critique I have is that the portions of food could’ve been just a tad bit larger. We will be back!
A very disappointing meal from start to finish. Third time here since it opened, and this time will be our last. Kept hoping they would get their act together, but they have not. With all the great restaurants in Greenwich, there are far better choices in town.
Went here during Covid. We tried to eat outside but the weather was windy. We then ate inside. The tables were spaced far apart in the dining room. It felt very safe. The food was great and so was the service. We don’t eat out as a couple much anymore (maybe 2-3 times a year for a date night) but this was worth it.
Awesome dining experience along with great service and delicious food . Will definitely return .
