Acclaimed French chef and cookery book writer Stéphane Reynaud opened his first London restaurant on Wednesday 10 May within Shoreditch’s Boundary. Stéphane’s cookery tends to place an emphasis on meat and charcuterie playing homage to his background, he grew up in a family of pig farmers and butchers. Tratra at Boundary will blend a traditional cuisine with a touch of modernity and will be somewhere that you can just pop by for a glass of wine and a plate of charcuterie or you can stay for a more traditional three course dinner with friends and family sharing a bottle of something a little bit special.
