We had a reservation at 8pm and arrived on time, but had to wait 40 mins to be seated, despite there being empty tables for two clearly visible in the dining room. We had to chase several times for an update from the front desk staff, each time being told ‘just another ten minutes’. There were at least another four couples standing nearby in the same position, also becoming increasingly frustrated with the delay and lack of updates.

Hi requested a booth or romantic table in the dining room and was sat in the far room. Also table wasn't ready had to wait another 20 mins to be seated. Not the best service to arrive but waitress was lovely

The ambience and service was wonderful. But the food was awful. I had a Quattro Formaggi pizza. Not sure how you can mess that up. The cheese seemed to be baked into the crust. It wasn’t cheesy at all. It was rather dry. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their pasta. Overall, I wouldn’t come here again.

I booked my husband birthday party of 10 in advance. They served our food except my husband’s and the waiters did not even notice. We had to start eating without him enjoying his meal that came out 20 minutes after . He was given a free glass of wine and small salad for the inconvenience, but should not have charged for his meal . The service was ok , not as elevated as I experienced a year ago. The food was good , but my husband was not impressed, I wonder why.

We never actually got to our table. We had reservations for 8:15 pm on a Friday. They were unable to seat us until 9 pm. We left before that. Very disappointed.
