A nice place to spend a romantic dinner or for a family to enjoy early evenings to larger parties for most formal occasions.
We look forward to serving you a little bit of Italian life at Treviso.
Great food and atmosphere with touch of Italian flair.
Food was excellent. Service was slightly slow and we felt the waiter treated us differently to other people in the restaurant. This was slightly annoying
Nice atmosphere, excellent food & excellent service. We will definitely go back.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening with excellent food and wine.
Treviso is our family favourite. We dine at Treviso to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries etc. It has always been a sheer joy dining at Treviso...the service is excellent, there is a slight personal touch to the greetings, and service, food is simply fantastic, presentation is awesome. Been visiting this restaurant for over 5 years now, never been disappointed.
Really good wholesome Northern Italian food. Great service as well. Been twice and would recommend/go again.
A real gem! Looking for a nice restaurant on the spur of the moment, we came across Treviso and I was delighted that we did: a lovely, authentic Italian place, with really good food, excellent service. Will absolutely be coming here again.
Lovely restaurant with a cosy and intimate ambience. Service was very good and the food was delicious. Some of the best Italian food I have eaten outside Italy. Thoroughly enjoyable and the wine was very reasonably priced. We were served starters after about 15 minutes; main course took about 30 minutes. This is not a "fast food" restaurant - all the food was beautifully cooked and I do not consider that we waited too long. It gave us a chance to enjoy the wine and relax in the cosy surroundings.
Fantastic, authentic restaurant. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Everyone in our party was bowled over
We love our time at Treviso. It never disappoints
the food was amazing- really delicious and they are happy to adapt anything off the menu for you. the service was great but sometimes was a bit slow as the restaurant was very busy- didn't take away from the experience though- overall it was fantastic and I will definitely be going back
Great location easy access from Richmond attentive friendly staff never rushed good selection and very tasty dishes with a comparable wine selection. Highly recommended, will be back to check out the rest of the menu
Always delicious and always a warm welcome.
Went with parents and kids for a Sunday lunch, 2nd visit. It's pitch perfect for a neighbourhood italian restaurant. Food, wine and service (character abounds!) were spot on, quality and price hit the mark. Some days they can run a bit behind but they generally let you know when those days are likely. Go there, you will not be disappointed.
Great food great service very friendly and a very nice vibe
Went here on Suunday evening after watching the fireworks.
The waiter was charming (and very italian!) and coped despite being short staffed on what turned out to be a busy night.
Food to die for - I enjoyed the fish cakes and the seafood risotto, and no complaints from any other 4 people around the table.
They even did an extra potion of penne ragu for my son!
Great food, terrific wine, excellent service and lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.
Been a few times now. Can’t fault it. Five * in every respect
Great food and service, with a good wine list. Would recommend.
The restaurant is very cute with a small menu. The service is not bad - friendly. Although we did have to wait a fair bit between starter and main course. The food is a little on the salty side, it is a homely taste but can be a little but more refined especially the seafood in my seafood linguine is not as fresh as it can be.
Came here for a birthday celebration and the food was amazing, everything from the starters to desserts were so good. The seafood linguine was one of the best I have had in London and only around £15 with a really generous portion of seafood. Service was also great very friendly. A bit slow at times but that didn’t matter. Will defo go again!!
A delightful restaurant, excellent food and service. I would recommend and will be going back
Sunday lunch for five at this new venue for us was a real pleasure. The place wasn’t busy but had a welcoming atmosphere and the service couldn’t have been more obliging. The food was well cooked and full of flavour and at around £40 a head including three courses , wine , beer and coffees pretty well priced for central Richmond.
Had a nice evening at Treviso with my brother and his family including my 6 year old niece. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Menu is a bit limited but what is on the menu is all really nice. The only wish to improvement is a few dishes suitable for kids - as my niece was not the biggest fan. A normal spaghetti bolognese would definitely have been a bigger hit for her.
Amazing service and incredible food. Lovely, intimate restaurant
Great food,good service.
Food was delicious as always. Service was perfect, friendly but not overly so, knowledgeable and unobtrusive. Relaxed atmosphere - not noisy, we were able to hear each other talk. Lighting just right, slightly dimmed but not dark! I love this place.
Great service, and the food was very good.
Fantastic and authentic Italian food. Great value for money and I continue to go back!
A very wet day and the restaurant was very quiet. We shared a Caprese salad starter after some really nice bread and oil- the tomatoes were excellent. Mains were also very good - Tagliatelli with salmon and a special of Linguine with clams - both had plenty of salmon and clams respectively. A bottle of Rosso Veronese went down well. Friendly and timely service.
I have always been happily surprised by the quality of the food in this "out of the way" restaurant. There are always fresh seafood specials and the owner is pleased to mix and match ingredients if you so desire. Wine list is adequate but very fairly priced. I eat in the W/E a great deal at many of the big name Italian restaurants and the food at Treviso is right up there with the best of them.
Superb food, great wine, and excellent service. We can thoroughly recommend Treviso.
Friendly service and great food. Our starters were particularly delicious
A robust and reliable local Italian - happy to recommend
We booked for a table for 5 and unfortunately one member was unwell and couldn't attend so I made this clear on arrival. He then said he was wondering where to put us as when we arrived it was just two of us. He said are you sure the rest are coming I said yes. Then we finally sat down and after a few mins he came back to the table and said are the other two people coming because I need this table to make a 6. I said but our other two friends are coming so??
Our 3rd friend arrived 20 mins late and then we were waiting for the last person to arrive. Inbetween the 3rd person arriving he again asked us if she was coming we said yes she was on her way but at this point we were getting quite concerned about our friend as it was quite unlike her not to arrive.
Basically we ordered the starters by this point, which was lovely and beautifully presented however he cleared our friends plate setting and we were really unimpressed with his customer service skills as he also said he "knew that was going to happen". Anyways she eventually called us to say she wasn't coming which was awful because it made us look like we were lying the whole time just for the table for 4. He had clearly overbooked the restaurant and was making us all feel very uncomfortable in this case I almost felt like leaving. When we told the other waiter about his colleague, he then tried to sweeten us up by giving us some limoncello which I did not part take in! Lovely Italian cuisine. Shame about the service. Totally ruined our evening !
2nd time here in 3 days. A true hidden gem. Great food, great service. When back in London we will absolutely come again.
Amazing service and food for a mothers day treat great fresh ingredients and big portions
There apparently was a mistake with the booking as we shouldn't have been able to book for the time that we did - why they didn't call me to discuss this or cancel the booking I have no idea as it was made 2.5 weeks in advance. This mistake was made very clear to us by the restaurant staff at our arrival - almost as if it were our mistake. It was also used as a reason for why we had to wait at a table outside the restaurant for 25 minutes after the start of our booking and why several items were unavailable on the set menu.
We took a drinks menu whilst we waited but nobody came to offer us a drink or nibbles to keep us going. One member of staff came out to see us later to tell us our table was nearly ready so there was no point taking our drinks order as it would be easier for them to take it when we got to our table - it came across as they couldn't be bothered as it was too much effort for them.
Other than a couple of items being unavailable on the set-menu, the food and wine were delicious.
I suspect they were having a bad day but you often see how good a restaurant is (or any other company) when they have a bad day by the way they treat their customers. On a customer service basis they have a long way to go. I might return in the future, though unlikely given the other fab restaurants in the local area.
On arrival our table hadn’t yet been vacated but immediately we were offered a free glass of Prosecco together with bread and olives as we waited for our table. Although there was a delay in our order the food was worth the wait... it was delicious. Having eaten at a popular Italian restaurant earlier in the week the quality of food at Treviso far exceeded this. Friendly staff too. We will definitely return.
This is one of the best restaurants in west London and the food is simply excellent.
Great, staff were so friendly and the dishes were lovely. Great value for money, will be going again
