Treviso Ratings and Reviews
I went to Treviso to celebrate the Season's festivities with my family. I've become a regular customer of Treviso because, whatever the occasion, you cannot get wrong if you dine here: excellent food, friendly atmosphere and good price. I wish a wonderful 2018 to all the staff of the restaurant. Keep up with your good work!
Being Italian, I know when an Italian Restaurant is good. I have been to the most expensive restaurants in London. Treviso is one of the best! The food is simply amazing. I am have been here at least ten times. I just love it. The service is wonderful too and the atmosphere is lovely. So proud of these Italians!
Italian at it’s best! Lovely restaurant, great food and ambience, we’ll certainly be going again. Good for couples and friends alike. We had the scallops to start, just perfect, and then a mixture of different seafood pasta dishes for the main - all excellent. Dessert finished off the meal wonderfully - a very traditional tiramisu.
We went for a family meal , and really enjoyed the food . We had prompt , friendly service in spite of the restaurant being full of loud rugby customers . It was very peaceful after they left!
We couldn’t fault the service- all the staff were very friendly , and made us feel welcome.
We shall certainly eat there again .
First time here and was very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, the risotto was probably the best I have ever tasted. My partner chose the mussel and salmon dish (there were plenty of mussels) which he enjoyed very much. We will certainly return.
We celebrated a friend's special birthday here and the food and ambiance were great. The staff served a surprise free dessert (and 6 spoons) and a glass of prosecco to the birthday girl. A real lovely idea which was very much appreciated. I would really recommend Treviso. The waiter was very knowledgable about their wine which were reasonbly priced. An altogether very enjoyable evening.
Lovely local in the heart of Richmond. Food was authentic and delicious, staff friendly and knowledgeable and we had a lovely Sunday lunch/evening here. Highly recommend for those looking to find a local restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the Richmond high street.
Went to Treviso for the 3rd time with some close friends and really loved it. The waiters are really service minded and pay a lot of attention to the different tables. The food is lovely and they always have some nice interesting specials if you feel like something different to the a la carte menu. The restaurant is nice and cozy so can only highly recommend this place.
I'm Italian, so I'm quite picky when it comes to real Italian food. I went there with my husband and part of our family. I was immediately suprised by the nice environment and the friendly atmosphere. The food was wonderfully cooked and well served. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would warmly recommended it for either a family reunion (like ours) or a friends gathering.
A lot of regular customers were ordering their lamb shank but we had seafood options and it was all lovely. It is an unpretentious place but well run with excellent food. The value for money was good overall but we treated ourselves to good wine and some rather expensive Frangelico.
First time visit for all four of us. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful throughout the evening. We tried the prawns and the scallops for starters, all of which were first class for flavour, presentation and quality of ingredients. The main meals we chose were two rib eye steaks cooked exactly as requested, seafood linguine and mixed seafood risotto. The portions were generous and delicious. We chose both a red and white wine from a good selection, picking a reasonably priced bottle of each. We finished with the cheese plate and desserts of chocolate mousse and cheesecake. We loved the general ambience and were not rushed to complete our meal. We will definitely return.
The second time I have been in 3 weeks and it was, again, brilliant. Pace of service is great (not too fast, you can enjoy your meal) and it has a lovely, cosy setting and ambience.
The menu isn't extensive but they always have a lot of specials. The moules mariniere sauce was incredible and yet again, we got through copious amounts of bread mopping up the sauce.
The prawn and chorizo and sardine specials were to die for, as was the posh prawn cocktail.
Highly recommend it for good quality food in a nice environment. Also very reasonable.
