We were not able to eat at Trophy Park as the restaurant was closed. The locks on the door were changed by the building owner
This restaurant is closed. We showed up for our reservation but the door was locked saying they were having a dispute with their landlord. Please don’t continue making reservations for them.
This place is closed- an eviction notice on the door!!
The restaurant was closed when we arrived, due to failure to pay rent. Nobody called us to let us know, or give anyone a heads up. It was awful. I would never give this place my business again, and will tell my friends not to as well.
They were still takin reservations, never notified us and when we got there, there was a sign on the door stating that the locks had been changed due to nonpayment of rent. The ONLY reason I gave a one star rating was because ZERO wasn’t an option. I get it, times are hard, but if you’re closed, at least notify the customers who went to the trouble to make a reservation.
It was my husband’s birthday. The food was delicious and they brought out a dessert with a sparkler candle to celebrate.
We’ve been twice now, and both time service was S L O W, and it’s not for an abundance of tables and a packed place. It’s been fairly empty and quiet when we have gone in. We usually arrive around 6:00 before the night crowd starts rolling in. The kids love it, I love that they can run wild and play, the burgers are AMAZING, and the Bison a empanadas are fantastic. If they can get staffed up with attentive servers, this place would be 5 stars across the board.
Great food - bison empanadas are AMAZING. Fun atmosphere; friendly service.
The staff was very unorganized. The service, although polite, was some of the slowest I’ve experienced.
We had a fantastic dinner at Trophy Park, welcoming environment, good food and great service- Joshua was very friendly and attentive when taking our order and everything came out perfect! We have been here many many times and it has been a wonderful experience each time! We LOVE Trophy Park and it is definitely our go to spot! Perks are the happy hour specials, fun week day events, and all the games they have to offer!
Poor service, Horrible drinks. Asked for lemonade and received lemon water with sugar at bottom. Waiter didn't have a clue of menu choices. Seemed disinterested in serving us. For such a nice ambiance and location food and service needs to improve
Ambiance was excellent, food was below okay except for the pizza. Service is excellent and the BEST part was that it was dog friendly. The staff was so accommodating about the dog. Very impressed
Birthday brunch. Waitress was great. Bartender was super slow. Ambiance was awesome. I was very pleased with the restaurant and all it offered. Will definitely be back.
Checked in for our reservation for our anniversary got sat at a high top despite reserving a standard table. We sat down as we didn’t want to complain. Waited a while to get greeted which was fine as we figured she was busy. Ordered drinks which she forgot. She didn’t come back for a while we tried to waive her down to order but she completely ignored us. We finally ordered and our food came out over cooked and cold. Sent it back and order more drinks which she forgot again. When she brought back the food we had to remind her about our drinks again. Food was still not cooked properly I told her and she didn’t even apologize, but at that point I was hungry and just wanted to leave as the experience was putting a damper on our anniversary. We thought it would be a fun place to go and relax play some games etc. but it was a huge disappointment. Not sure if that’s entirely on the waitress she seemed more like a host that got pushed into serving. Maybe keep people in the jobs that suit them best.
This was the best experience! They had karaoke and the service was very good. They are also very kid friendly and have games set up outside!
absolutely loved this place!! Such good service and atmosphere to take your family!! food was amazing! loved the churros and the hot chicken sandwhich! would highly recommend coming here to eat!
This place is amazing!!! I will definitely. Go back time after time. 😊
I absolutely love this place. The service was amazing and my server IB was very attentive and personable. I will be coming back because the experience of games and food tied together in a fun environment is something you shouldn’t pass up! The food was really good too I recommend the steak bistro!
The bison empanadas were amazing and the sauce that comes with it also tastes amazing! They came out to me pretty fast and i was able to enjoy them with a candle next to me at my table!
My family came here for brunch today and had the most amazing experience! The trashcan nachos are the best nachos in DFW! My husband and I really enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and our kids loved the free games.... the bowling here is the best. Thank you Brea, you made our experience here great!
We come here often for the fantastic happy hour drinks and eats!
This place is so fun! I came in and got seated immediately and our server Ashlee was so sweet. The service was amazing and efficient.
Made a reservation for Monday 7/5 for our son’s birthday. We arrived, and they were closed. Horrible planning/coordination with Open Table. We had three of his friends in tow, and had to scramble at the last minute.
Worst dining experience in my life. On July 4th. Arrived at 4 pm per reservation. Still no drinks by 4:45. Terrible holiday. After we left we were told the entire kitchen staff quit. Asked to speak to a manager and there wasn't one on staff. !!ENTER AT OWN RISK!!
My first time at Trophy Park and I enjoyed every minute of it. My server Bre was very nice and always checked on us to make sure we were okay and had great recommendations.
The food was pretty good, service was pretty good. We would come back
They ran out of hamburger patties at 7pm on a Thursday. Hamburgers. One dinner came out 8-10 min before all of the others with no silverware or napkins for anyone. A runner tried to bring us someone else’s dinners twice including after we had already paid. Even after we told her we had already eaten and paid she asked again if we were sure those dinners weren’t ours. ??? They seemed to have an abundance of staff so that was not the issue.
The restaurant is great for families or a group of friends. The food is not great, but average for most sports bars. The waiters and manager were great and super friendly.
Dined at Trophy Park on Father’s Day for the first time and the atmosphere was awesome. It truly has a sports bar feel. Service and food were great. The hostess, Jillian, went out of her way to make our experience memorable.
Father’s Day- we reserved a table for 2:30pm yesterday. When we arrived they tried seating us at a high top table when they clearly saw we had my 2 year old son with us so that would not work. We then asked the hostess would be be able to sit at a booth or table she stated all the tables were taken (but all were empty) so I then asked well how are we supposed to know which tables to pick if it doesn’t give us the option on the reservation. (This was out first time here) she acted as if she did not care and that there was nothing she could do about it. We politely said thank you and stepped outside. We called in today speak with a manager and he came outside and ended up getting a table for us to sit down at. Outside of him going out his way to do that the service was horrible. Our waitress was rushing forgetting food that came with our meal. She acted completely clueless when we asked her things. The food was not very good either. To say the least as first time customers the service that was provided to us was 1/2 of a star. Outside of the manager getting us a table which we greatly appreciate I can honestly say we will not be returning.
Father’s Day , a bit disappointed because I reserved a bowling lane then was told it was fully booked. Otherwise the service was nice and food was good
We were so disappointed with our Fathers Day, luckily our server did the best she could, but the food was terrible. Everything took sooo long and it wasn’t even packed yet. My husbands burger was burnt, my avocado toast was missing so many ingredients that I was looking forward to (no lemon zest, micro greens or chili flakes). I hate writing bad reviews, but we won’t be back. So disappointed, the first time we came here it was amazing!
The service was ridiculous! We sat waiting for awhile before we were even greeted. Then they were out of everything we wanted from the kitchen and we were there early @ opening. The bathrooms were disgusting. We won’t be back. The food wasn’t worth the cost at all.
Great service! Very attentive and accommodating….thank you!
It's an actual sports bar. Almost all seats can view a tv screen. So, it would be good for game watching. Food is good. Atmosphere feels like a singles spot. Not stuffy here. Very laid back. Good place.
We chose the facility because of family living across the street at Twelve Cowboys Way and family living within 3 miles of area. It was a mutual meeting point for us traveling from Georgia to meet with both parties in a casual setting. The Trophy had activities to accommodate the teenagers and young 20 yr olds. This was great except the bowling lane one stopped working. Repaired and quit again. When available they moved to lane 2 which in turn did the same. Outside activity at no fault to facility was wet due to rain. The Trashcan Nachos which my sister stated highly of were cold even on the 2nd order. It was questionable if you utilize the can cheese sauce and just poured from the can. The salmon ordered by our cousin was great. The hot chicken sandwich was great. It was one of the servers first day. Thus, servers were accommodating and friendly.
Was added to waitlist. Was told
Our server Dustin literally serenaded us at the table. Food was great. Vibe was fun and easy going and def a social feel. We will be back.
Service was bad as they were very unorganized; double booked reservations and then stacked reservations too close to each other on top of that. Every moment possible the hostess and server were rushing us to eat and bowl, so we were unable to relax and enjoy our evening.
Reservations for 7pm and we show up early to an almost empty place. Get seated at 645pm. We opted for the patio because it was nice out. This place has games and fun stuff for adults in a bar type atmosphere. Unfortunately people with kids can’t tell the difference between adult games and kid games. Let’s face it have you ever seen corn hole at chucky cheese? So drunk adults bring there kids there so they can drink and ignore their children in public instead of at home. So the rest of the customers have to dodge soccer balls and golf clubs thrown around by unsupervised children of the drunk parents. Can’t tell if the wait staff hates the kids as much as we did if if they just hate all customers period. About 718pm we finally managed to flag someone down to take a drink order. She could care less that we’ve been there for 30min. The excuse was they were so busy.... but there were only a hand full of people. Anyway.... finally order and get food. Food was good. And that’s about it. 1hr 15min of my life I’ll never be able to get back. That was the first and last time to go there. The owners have many other businesses and should know better than to have crap employees for a new place. The rest of the star area was packed. Trophy room was pretty empty. I can only guess that everyone else had the same experience we had and has opted to spend their money elsewhere.
