Wonderful main course for 2 of our group, the 3rd was extremely salty. On the whole our experience was let down by the service. We seem to have been forgotten halfway through and had to ask for dessert menu after lengthy wait, then wait again for dessert to appear. No one acknowledged my friend’s 50th birthday even though I had mentioned on the form and at reception we were there to celebrate it. It would have been nice for someone at least to have wished her happy birthday. We definitely didn’t feel valued customers. It’s a shame as the food was excellent in parts.

Only marked down due to being in such a cold area, near entrance, throughout our 2 hour visit. A very busy Saturday afternoon at start of festive period so didn’t enquire as to other seating as restaurant so busy. Good to see off course.

Really nice ambience. Quite noisy but you expect that at this festive season. Overall good good standard but some veg undercooked. We had to wait some time between 1st and 2nd course, but again down to season. The service charge is a bit steep.

I visited this resturante with my husband and daughter while on a 2 day visit .I would highly recommend going here the food was delicious. The staff where so friendly and helpful. I would recommend to any one looking for somewhere nice to eat to give it a try .

We were lucky enough to get a coveted window table overlooking princes street and it was truly beautiful. The food was excellent (we had sirloin steaks that were cooked to perfection) and the cocktails from the juniper bar were amazing! The staff couldn’t be more attentive and the atmosphere in the restaurant was really special. I couldn’t recommend the place enough!

Starter over priced - £8 for 4 small rolls. Poor choice for vegetarians. The black pudding pie wasn't hot enough and had a soggy veg bottom. No potato's? Was expecting a pie? Not worth £22. Asked for water which never came. Table behind arrived after us and were on their puddings - we were still waiting on our mains - 1 hr 30 after arriving. Waiter was very rude to us. Manager came over and apologised /reduced bill - we never saw waiter again Shame as I really like this place

Poor choice for vegetarians and portion size quite small. Was disappointed to see 12and half per cent service charge had been added to bill. After debating if we should pay it decided since it was Christmas we would. Would hope the staff do receive it.

When u ordered a champagne with ur tea set, u could get unlimited choice of tea/coffee selection which I think is a good deal. Appreciate Enrique for his kindness in avoid meat in my set.

We intended having a drink in the bar but it was rather busy. We were able to take our Twenty Restaurant table early which was appreciated. Enjoyed what we consumed. The Atlantic cod dish was delicious and the staff most attentive and convivial.

First visit to Twenty and won’t be our last. The food was fab. The staff were very attentive but not over the top. We wanted time between our courses and they were happy for us to let them know when we were ready to order desert.

Having visited Twenty on a few occasions, I decided to treat my mum to an afternoon tea. We were not disappointed. Lovely welcome as soon as we walked in. Unusual treats in the tea and definitely unlimited cuppas!

What a fantastic restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome I was treated like a king. I made a reservation for the Afternoon Tea and they gave me the best seat in the house. What a fantastic experience. The presentation of food was top notch like the high-end gourmet restaurants in California that I have experience, and of course the flavours were excellent. I could not have had a better experience at Twenty. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a restaurant with a good view and I certainly got it. The food was lovely and staff very efficient and ambiance relaxing. I requested a window seat and was lucky to get one. We will definitely be back.

It is always a pleasure to eat in Twenty. The dining room is large and airy, there is no loud music, the waiting staff are delightful. The only down side is the short menu, it is however useful, that the Brunch menu is included in the Lunch menu.
