The Two Sawyers is a 16th Century Inn recently refurbished and under family ownership. We pride ourselves on serving excellent beer and food.

We have a large beer garden to the rear of the pub with over 30 tables for our guests to use for both drinking and dining.

A character bar with log fires serving guest ales, beers, and wines. The restaurant serves traditional pub food twice both lunch and evening and all day on both Saturday and Sunday.

Always a good experience here from the moment you enter. friendly, accommodating staff. it’s a small menu but don’t let that put you off, a good choice, and everything on it, is piping hot and freshly cooked by the exceptional chef. I say that because my fish and chips yesterday, were the best I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant or a take away, it was superb, so compliments to the chef from me, especially in 30 degrees outside. To top it all, they even bothered to serve me a very special desert for our anniversary, even though it was very busy, he bothered to make our meal special by doing this, so thank you chef! Beautiful garden, lots of tables and shade, excellent food, what more could you ask for. just to add, it was a weekday lunch, and yet it was bustling with happy people enjoying a good lunch. A definite thumbs up from us thank you.

Lovely Sunday dinner on a very wet thunderstorm evening! Arrived dripping! Welcomed with a smile to a cosy table for two at. The Two Sawyers! Never disappointed and very good value!

We had a really lovely meal in the restaurant part at The Two Sawyers. The atmosphere was really welcoming even though it was quite busy and the food and service was just perfect! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this lovely place to everyone. The gardens were immaculate and would be very nice to sit outside on a lovely day. We recommend that you book though to avoid disappointment.

We enjoyed the Sunday lunch of roast beef and the fish special Beautifully done, plenty of veg and not rushed. Food was nicely presented and hot.

Great pub, lovely big garden with plenty of tables both in and out of shade. Sunday roast was lovely....nice pink beef,very tender and all veg and yorkshire pudding cooked very well. First time eating at this pub and will definitely be back and highly recommend it. Also dog friendly which is always a plus

Really great meal for six people. Great service , we were well looked after, despite the pub being busy as it was such a hot day.

On Sunday you were monumentally busy. It was mad. We thought we had been forgotten. Our table was booked for 1.30pm. We didn't see any food until 2.45pm. That's an hour and a quarter wait. Too long. The food was amazing though and the staff were lovely.
