Love this restaurant - food consistently brilliant and the staff so welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend when they re-open - hopefully early in the New Year

It was our first time at Unico 28 and we shall definitely be returning! The calamari starter was amazing, the best I've ever had. It was a very light batter and had courgetti strips lightly fried too. Delicious. Our pizzas were beautifully made and super tasty. My son had the homemade pesto which was divine. A real gem of a place and we look forward to returning.

Great place for some delicious Italian cuisine at a reasonable price, we’ll be back.

Excellent local restaurant. Pizza with a home made delicious tomato sauce and a wonderful homemade pasta dish . Interesting wine list all reasonably priced.

Excellent quality Italian food at very reasonable prices. Excellent service too. Just a shame that it wasn’t a little busier, just to increase the atmosphere a little.

We have started to eat here regularly - the food is outstanding and the staff so lovely and welcoming - please support your local restaurants - it would be such a shame to lose a restaurant in Hampton Hill as good as this.

We had a great night at Unico 28 for my boyfriend's birthday, having been there several times before and knew we loved the food. We had a dinner with 6 friends, the atmosphere in the restaurant is lively, and the decor is really cool.
I'd dropped a birthday cake off beforehand, and at the end of the meal, the staff (socially distanced) brought it out for us and sang - the chef was even holding a disco ball over our table!
Thanks for a memorable evening, we'll be back for sure!

Delicious food, spotless setting, very pleasant but not OTT service, we really enjoyed our anniversary meal on Sunday night. It was the my first visit to Unico 28 but certainly won't be the last!

The food was really good - tasted like proper italian food. The food is good quality and not really expensive. The cheesecake was amazing. Our waiter was also lovely and the food came really quickly.

Lovely staff but service a bit slow considering it wasn’t that busy. We had the calamari to start and it was a bit limp. On a table of 6 they managed to mess up 2 pizzas. Maybe it was a bad night but not sure we will be back.

It was our visit to this restaurant. We thought the ambience and atmosphere was really lovely. We really enjoyed the pizza, very tasty. The pasta was a little al dente for my liking, but in a lovely tomato sauce. The service was very good. We were asked to wear masks on entering and could then remove at our table. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The main courses were absolutely delicious! They had a hand sanitizer station at the entrance of the restaurant and our waiter was wearing a mask the whole time! He was very polite and helpful and I would definitely go back again!

Booked a table for 8:30. Arrived at 8:25 and there was a very large queue of people that had booked. People were still queuing that had booked for 8pm. We were not seated until 9:05

We had a half hour wait out on the pavement after being told it would only be a couple of minutes, with long queues forming behind us. People were enjoying the ambience and not in a rush to leave. Also, this was on a Wednesday when we were all making the most of the 'eat out scheme'.
Once seated, the service was excellent and the staff very calm, patient and composed despite the numbers of customers. The food was also very good and we would certainly return.

Lovely food with a good atmosphere. Little slow to get seated but they were very busy with the Eat Out to Help out scheme.

Italian owners, and some of the waiting staff, which gives the restaurant an authentic feel. Excellent food with some more unusual dishes compared to chain Italian restaurants. There is an extensive menu of pizzas, as well as pasta dishes. There is a more limited choice of main courses (approx 5-6). We went during the eatouttohelpout offer, and early, at 6.45pm, and the restaurant was quite busy, but the service was friendly, helpful and efficient, especially considering that the restaurant was nearly full. Nice decor, with a rustic elegant feel.

The food was amazing. However only downside was having booked for 7:45 and not being seated until 8:05. We were told there will be a table available in 2 mins at least 5 times. Once in and seated, service was great.
