Food and drink were great, service wasn't great. Ordered bread for an appetizer that never came. Never received silverware when our food arrived and was never asked if we needed anything additional throughout our meal. No one came to ask how our food was etc..... Thankful our food was delicious.

Last night of our New England tour, we spent in this excellent brewery. It had a good selection of beer and a great food menu. The staff was friendly and gave some excellent suggestions on what to choose. Overall it was a great experience!

Two of the beers I wanted were not available, I understand availability might be limited right now, but the wait staff should have known what was available without making multiple trips to the bar. The food taste was not more than average, but the main reason I won't be back is because parking cost $12 at the attached parking garage, which is like adding another person. Providence really needs free municipal parking, this is one of the main reasons why I don't dine in downcity.

We used to go to Union Station regularly. Maybe once a month. The beer was always interesting, full-bodied and sometimes fun (vanilla porter for dessert anyone?). The food, on the other hand, was a definite cut above normal brew-pub food. Creative and well crafted. Sadly, none of this is true any longer. Let me start by saying the service was great. Our waiter was observant, on top of our food and drinks, and somewhat flip (which we like). The beer, as it has been for the last few years, was thin, mostly on the bitter/ipa/sour side and not nearly as creative as they used to be. The food, on the other hand, was definitely inferior to it's former chef's abilities. Years ago we started to notice ingredients being substituted for less expensive ones, dishes becoming more pedestrian, and nothing being prepared badly, but nothing being prepared particularly well, either. It's been a while since we've been back - I'm a firm believer in giving a place a second (or in this case a third) chance. But the Brewery seems to be catering to vacationers just looking to get "something" to eat - not locals interested in fabulous food and beer. It makes us sad.

We love Union Station, but we usually go for the bar food - burgers, tenders, beer. This time we decided to try out their Providence restaurant week menu, and wowza it was incredible! We got full pours of beer with our courses, and they were perfectly paired with the burrata salad, fish sliders, and cherry chocolate cake. We also had the fried mozzarella appetizer, and it was so fresh! I mean the beer alone was worth coming here for, but whoever their chef is now better never leave. They are a gem! So delicious and an excellent value.

Made reservations for 3pm. Info on website re parking was ambiguous. Parked in lot anyway, took a chance. Arrived at USB to see signs re masks or show vaccine cards. NO ONE at host area to check either. USB was not very busy as we expected on NYEve/Covid. Sat at bar, chatted with some nice out-of-towners. First 2 bartenders not impressive re customer service, third one was more attentive. 2 home-brewed beers @$10 per, 2 9-oz Meomi wine @ $17 per glass, mac n' cheese/chicken and a burger. Total $106 Happy to give USB some business during Covid times. Feeling taken advantage of re price of beer and wine. Visited USB many times but not motivated to return.

I have been to union station many times and loved it. Well I didn’t love it this time. We got there at 6pm and didn’t receive our food until 715. They service was horrible . The waitress was not even sorry about the service . She said all I do is take the order I don’t make it. Also a man who appeared to be the manger delivered the food . No apologies and then argued with my husband about the time we waited . I know restaurants are short handed but when there’s a problem you need to take care of it

Food was not very good, they forgot to bring FOUR meals for our party of 12 (brought them when we were done with our meals, then took TWO off the bill as a gesture), and didn’t seat the party how they had promised over the phone…but the music they played was perfect so at least the experience wasn’t awful.

Food was great! They've added a few new entrees which was nice. Think they need to offer a few more, healthier sandwich options, ie eliminate one of the fried chicken sandwiches and add a grilled chicken option. Beers are delicious! Definitley need to refurbish the tabletops-very sticky and reupholster the booths- cushions are ripped. Service was good.
