This place is great, especially if the noise level does not increase. The menu has something for everyone and the beer choices are numerous. The ambience is "sports bar/pub" with a large patio outside. The only critique we had was our turkey burgers were fairly small compared with other restaurants and pubs in the area. It seems they had shrunk in size from Pre-Covid times.
Nice outdoor patio, friendly staff and prompt food and beverage service
Very enjoyable brunch with college age daughter and her friends. Seated on time at a nice table on their outdoor patio. All items very tasty and prepared well. Service a bit slow but it was busy and these are strange times. Will definitely return.
I ate with a friend on the patio. There was an incredibly loud dog at the table next to us (was not aware dogs were now being allowed at restaurant patios). Our service was incredibly slow. Our order was taken and my friend’s Caesar salad was delivered without croutons because “they were out” and the sweet potato fries we ordered came as tater tots because they also were out. Our server should have consulted so my friend could change her order. All beverages were comped as they stated they were understaffed. Unimpressed.
The food was good. Jukebox feature lets you play your own music. Great addition. Service was phenomenal
The restaurant was a little hard to find, but great once we found it. The cinnamon buns are to die for. The eggs Benedict was pretty over cooked which was disappointing. The French fries and home fries were to die for. And the cocktails were so great. The ambiance was very nice and the service was great.
We were seated promptly and given good service.
The food as usual was prepared well and delicous.
This is our go-to work dinner place!
Great spot for a quick meal and good drinks. I ordered their BLT wrap during brunch, and was a little disappointed by the fact that I was eating mostly lettuce, but otherwise good.
We waited for like 30 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders, then waited 30 minutes in between drinks, ordering food, and actually getting our food. It was incredibly slow and nobody seemed to care. The food was not good. The burrata salad was insanely sweet, the fries and tots were so salty they were inedible. The salmon burger was insanely dry. Not a great experience overall
Food was really good but took over an hour to come at brunch and wasn’t very busy. Waiter apologized and felt very bad although it wasn’t his fault.
The only problem was that it took them 2 hours to serve us. Like to order drinks took 30 minutes and after we order food we waited almost 2 hours.
Patio was nice but food and service was poor .
Good quality and clean food and presentation. Service was exceptionally nice and attentive but sometimes slow due to long walks out to patio.
Patio is very nice and they have heaters. It is not by fault of the restaurant that it was a cold night when we were there. The propane heater towers can’t be moved and they look like they’ve been used heavily this year. Even with one standing at the end of our table of 6 people, people were still quite chilly. The good food and friendly service warmed us up considerably though.
Sadly drinks were terrible nachos cold. Salad and fries were good
Restaurant has done a nice job keeping people at a distance. Server was very good. I think it helped that we were basically across from where she was stationed. Food came out quickly. Always a decent meal. Looking forward to some warmer weather to get back outside on the patio.
The setting was perfect!! They have a huge patio area w/ heat lamps. Our waitress was very friendly & helpful. The food was delicious.
The wings was good as is the beer selection. Roast beef sandwich was just ok.
Perfect place to watch Football outdoors. Great atmosphere and food.
Decent food nice atmosphere. I’d go back again some day
We sat outside and had a great time. It was 45 degrees and we were comfortable with the heater they had and everyone in our group wearing hats and coats, we also each brought a blanket. Will definitely be back, it was great to still be able to dine outside!
Great food, great service, great atmosphere!
I feel badly not giving a positive review because I want to support our local restaurants, but the service was so incredibly slow that I needed to comment. We had to seek our waiter out multiple times to get refills on drinks, it took forever for us to get our food and then our bill. Our apps came out cold after waiting for 20 minutes for them. I still gave a 20% tip because I know how hard the service and restaurant industry has been hit, but for the amount of money we paid for our entrees in the suburbs, we should have had better service! The plus side of the experience was the patio seating with plenty of heat lamps and a table side fire in the middle. Union St. has such a great location and a fantastic outside setting. Now they need to put the whole experience together with good service and reasonable prices.
Food was good, nothing special but was good.
Drinks were great!
Service was awful! But the food and drinks were so good
My lettuce is my salad was brown and old. Everything else was fine.
The staff at union was so accommodating for my group of 8 after we had a mix up with some reservation details.
The brunch was good and I would come back again for brunch.
The outdoor dining on the patio is fantastic. We were able to watch the BC football game on the outdoor TV’s. Fun atmosphere, delicious food!
Excellent service and Music
Great outdoor dining space with heaters!
Service friendly and food was great!
Perfect outdoor dining space. Festive lighting, heaters, well spaced. Great server.
My friend and I had such a wonderful experience at Union Street this week. We were seated at a fire pit table which was beautiful and warming. The tables were really spaced out so I did not feel anxious dining out. Service was polite, professional and speedy yet we were encouraged to stay as long as we wished. I will return with my family next week!
Very nice outdoor seating - needs more heaters. Server not familiar with new menu and steak very fatty and half garlic sauce half barbeque like they couldn't remember what the menu said. Server was very nice and thoughtful.
Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Great service and food. :)
I am a HUGE fan of this spot, esp to enjoy MNF w/ my son outside under heat lamps!
Loved my dinner and the ambience.
Been going for years . Love that it’s back . Brought some new friends with me and love it. Love hearing music.
Enjoyed a delicious brunch with my family. Something for everyone! (And their bloody Mary is out of this world!)
There's nothing better than brunch outside on a beautiful day. The portions were plentiful without being obscenely large and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal, even my MIL who tends to be picky about food. She raved about the fries that came with the burger, and trust me, she knows her fries! My teenage son devoured the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich and split the cinnamon rolls with my daughter and was full for the entire day (a rarity!). My daughter and FIL both got salads that appeared fresh and that both enjoyed. My husband had the steak and eggs and the steak was cooked perfectly and very good. I had the western omelette which was light and fluffy and very tasty, by far the best one I've had in recent memory. They have good COVID safety measures in place with a virtual menu, marked traffic patterns and bottles of hand sanitizer on every table.
