Valentina is an authentic Italian run delicatessen and restaurant. Family run and owned, we aim to provide the best store cupboard essentials and Italian regional specialties, as well as serving recipe dishes that have been handed down through our own families for generations.

Our team are passionate about authenticity: each year we return to our family farm to help with the olive harvest for our own olive oil, egg pasta is made daily in our kitchens and every product that we sell has been tasted and selected by the team - all of whom were either born in Italy, or have Italian roots.

Our food is good but deceptively simple. We offer a children's menu.

A most reliable local restaurant. The ambience is buzzy, the service is friendly and attentive and the food is genuinely Italian and delicious.

Great 3 course Mother's Day menu, favourite of the day was the light and crispy calamari. Enjoyed the house wines. Friendly restaurant with good service.

Went to Valentina's to lunch to catch up with a friend. We were made very welcome, and the service was excellent. The menu is full of interesting things but a little bit limited for vegetarians. We both enjoyed what we ordered, and I am looking forward to going back some time.

Nice place, nice food, good service, reasonable value. Only thing the prawns in my linguine gamberi were to my taste a little over-cooked hence rather rubbery

Have my brother in law and his wife over from New York and they really wanted Italian food. Valentina's was ideal food was excellent, very accommodating for our 2 young children, service was out standing in general and not for a lot more than we would've spent in one of the pizza chain restaurants. The house wines are very good and very reasonable but the main wine list is very impressive.

Our local restaurant. Food never disappoints. Simple & delicious Italian food. Service relaxed, occasionally food a little slow to arrive. Staff always friendly and welcoming to families. Relaxed atmosphere, good to pop out for a bit. Nice bambini menu.

This is our local Italian deli, with the restaurant to the rear of the shop. The food is never anything less than wonderful, We've eaten here a lot and never had anything but a great experience. The kids menu is small, but adequate with pasta and pizza on offer and it's possible to tweak the items. The calves liver is my personal favourite, but having eaten most things on the menu at some point, you really can't go wrong here.
