Really nice bar with good food & great selection of beers & American whiskey. The girl running the bar told us there was a 2 steak dinner for £25 starting that night, which we ordered and thoroughly enjoyed. Decent cut for the money, well cooked and great onion rings & peppercorn sauce. Lovely pint of Krusovice too, definitely recommend.

The food was really bad, the chicken extremely spicy which was not advertised and the burgers were cheap and tasteless, pulled pork not nice either, chips were great and service was ok, overall 1 out of 5. Avoid if possible

Avoid the waffles. Rock hard and just terrible to try and eat. Staff are the backbone and we're absolutely amazing. Great service, great atmosphere but desserts are to be avoided.

Pre-booked for a Saturday evening. However, we arrived 30 mins early and expected to have to wait at the bar. We were shown to seats right away. Ordered drinks and food, which arrived suspiciously quickly. Although, to be fair the food we ordered if properly prepared probably doesn't take long to cook. Despite this suspicion, There were no complaints on the quality of the food which was flavoursome and piping hot. Quality and quantity too. Good service. We dropped into a busy pub when the rugby was on and some patrons had obviously been in for some time and had become very loud although not yet boisterous.

Philly cheesesteak had 2 slices of meat, and looked terrible. They were happy to change my order to the burger which was much better. We then ordered cocktails and they didn’t have the ingredients for most of what we asked for. They were very apologetic and the service was good, just the food and drinks that brought the experience down.

Highly recommend if you have a dog! Service was first class! Staff are great with humans and dogs! Food was lovely! Portion size was bang on! Big tasty chicken wings. Chicken and waffles with gravy and maple, sounds weird but it really works! They even have a dog menu!! All round 5 stars!

Would definitely recommend especially to dog owners - it's a very nice atmosphere as well as having good service. Fresh water provided for the dog and she got her own food there too. Great staff who are super friendly and chatty.

The staff made this bar very welcoming. I used to come to this bar years ago when under previous ownership but eventually stopped due to the surly unwelcoming staff. Gave it a try now under new management and what a difference. The two young lady staff members could not have been more pleasant, welcoming and attentive, perfect. The food was ok, chef smothered mine in their signature bbq sauce which others may like but I'll know next time to ask him to go easy on it. Yes I'll definitely go back.

Ok. At best. Sandwiched between a loud table and one with a huge dog despite the place being empty. “Starter” came half way through main Plain burger wasn’t plain Hot sauce was actually BBQ Food was fine, but probably wouldn’t come back as there are far better places in the west end where the service and Attention to detail is great.
