Chef Andrew has really brought something to Hot Springs that we used to have to travel for. Balanced, wonderful flavors and excellent service. Excellent.
We loved our dinner here! The restaurant is really pretty and has a very cozy, cool vibe. They check your temp when you walk in and everyone had masks- which made us feel super safe for our first time eating indoors. Staff was super friendly. We got steak and shrimp and grits- both delish! Their cocktails are awesome- husband had a smoked whiskey and they made me a special mocktail ! Right in town too- great spot!
Great food and service. Ambiance feels like a night out in downtown Dallas. Loved it.
The evening we ate at the Vault (4 of us) the chef really liked his/her salt! Everything was very salty. Portions were minimal.

If you are looking for a statement meal then the Vault is your place. Simply delicious. Went for my fiancé's birthday and each course was more outstanding than the previous. The sushi on the Appetizer menu was absolutely phenomenal! Servers were professional and we did not want for anything. The food presentation was top notch as well. In addition to all that, the drinks were superb also. The Old Fashioned had a rolling ball glass. The perfect way to enjoy fine whiskey. I enthusiastically endorse the Vault and all of its amenities.
Very nice ambiance but the steaks were over priced and not very flavorful. In fact my wife ordered medium well and it came out blue.....sent back 3 times before they brought a new steak cooked correctly....unfortunately I was already finished with my meal.
The Vault is a very nice restaurant with great food and the best wait staff. Even the Chef came out and made sure our food was what we expected. Top Notch!!

Sitting close to the bar became very distracting because of the loud music and that TV screen. It reminded us of the 60's and 70's. We really wanted a quiet dinner. Otherwise the ambiance was great.
It wasn’t what I expected being that it was an upscale restaurant. I drove from Dallas for the experience to try on my birthday. I definitely could’ve saved the trip, time, and money because it wasn’t worth it!

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, The cornish hen, onion soup, etc. were all beautifully presented.
Our waiter, think his name was Maxwell, was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with menu and wine suggestions. He was very attentive.
When I come back to Hotsprings I will definitely dine here again.

Our best dining experience in Hot Springs to date. The food was outstanding and the service was even better. I would give it 10 stars if that was possible.
We chose the Chef's 4-course tasting menu and it was fantastic. The portions were good so we were not left hungry or too full. It was a treat having the chef bring it to our table and explain what he created for us. We would love to visit again.
This is the 2nd year I have spent my birthday here. The ambiance and food is always fantastic as well as the service.
Our (3) steaks ordered were cooked to perfection and portions sizes were fair. The only issue I had were my guests meal portions were quite small. Their order was: Waygu Mushroom Swiss burger, the “sea” bass special and the scallops. Portion size is my biggest complaint. The waygu burger at least had a side of fries to help with the lack of burger, but the bass special seemed to only include a creamy broth with a hint of mushroom slices. Fantastic flavor, but why serve that as a meal-unless you provide a larger portion of fish?
The scallops were served over a bed of mashed potato. Not something I have seen before, but also the scallops were very small in size. If the bass was going to be served just as small, why not prepare it with a pasta or some sort of starch?
I hope the next time I visit, the seafood and waygu servings will be worth the trip.

We brought our longtime friends to dinner for their Anniversary. The vibe is great. It has a modern feel and is clean and contemporary.
We started with drinks. We had a great bottle of wine and a Smoked Old Fashioned. Great flavors to the Old Fashioned. Then we moved on to the Vault Roll. The tuna on the roll was really fresh and it was a really nice way to start the meal. I had the striped bass special. Two in the party had the wagyu steak with roasted acorn squash and mashed potatoes. The fourth in the group had the venison. We each tasted all the dishes and there was not a single meal I would have been disappointed in getting. The venison was perfect and I’m not usually a big fan of wild game. My husband said his was the best steak he’s had in years. The acorn squash was perfectly cooked. The stripe bass was a delicious creamy local mushroom sauce that was so fresh and light. It was an inspired pairing to the bass. We had the local honey and brûléed pears for desert. Wonderful finish to a great meal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a special meal.
Overpriced, under served, not worth 300 dollar price tag for a meal.
Loved our dinner and experience at vault. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Hot Springs.
We ate here for our tenth anniversary dinner. We started with the sushi roll and bread. We both ended up trying the Chef's Tasting dinner - it was fabulous! Perfect amount of food and flavors. We would definitely eat here again. Prices were a little steep for certain items - I though the sushi roll was expensive at 28 dollars, but the Chef's Tasting was worth every penny.
It took forever to get our food. I had to ask the waitress twice....we had soup and the duck breast. No appetizers or salads. And we waited 40 minutes after ordering. Then the food came out cold. I have been to Vault in 2019, and had a much better experience.
Outstanding personal service ! Everything from appetizers to dessert was simply amazing. The chef is extremely talented. We will be back soon!
Celebrating my husband’s birthday. We sat in the kitchen area, which we like, to be able to watch. Kitchen staff not masked, nor was general manager, but hostess, wait staff and bartender were. Social distance throughout and they did take our temperature at the door, which I appreciate.
Ordered drinks and oysters on the half shell, then dinner order. I was enjoying watching and listening to the kitchen and wondering about our oysters. I think they realized we hadn’t gotten yet and our entrees were now ready. I asked to delete oysters so entrees wouldn’t be sitting under warmer, but they brought oysters anyway. They were great, Atlantic coast and good size. Very flavorful, so glad we got them. And, they bring out these luscious dinner rolls.
Entrees come out and I had ordered scallops, my husband the crawfish macaroni and cheese. My scallops, risotto and side veggie of roasted acorn squash were wonderful. Scallops cooked perfectly, risotto of sweet corn and crab. Unfortunately, the crawfish mac & cheese not so good. Pasta was over cooked, minimal sauce that needed seasoning, very few crawfish and small portion. My husband had commented to me after he ordered that he’d never had $30 mac & cheese.
However, they did bring out 3 oysters Rockefeller, comped. And, dessert was comped as a birthday bonus.
It’s a beautiful restaurant with attention to most details. Definitely will go back and appreciate that Hot Springs has a place of this caliber. The
We had visited before and we’re looking forward to dinner. The menu was a little different and everything seemed more expensive. The drinks were perfection especially the blue notes Smokey Olde Fashioned! I tried the Chef’s menu, and although there were interesting flavors, I left thinking I had the smallest portions I had ever been served in a restaurant. The rolls were remarkable the first time we visited, and they were also changed on this visit. We were disappointed. The ambience and service was still excellent.
