Very disappointed there were four of us l booked to eat. When we arrived we were told No food was being served on Friday 14 June. We were very unhappy

When we arrived for our 6.30 booking the place was closed, all in darkness and no door open. We tried to ring a number that was on the wall outside but no reply. It was very embarrassing as we had friends with us who had travelled a distance to see us. After that we walked along the top of town in Basingstoke and several restaurants were also closed. It was a Wednesday evening and the weather was good we imaged it would be heaving with people?

Inedible food, missing half the ingredients, processed chicken served in cubes. Ended up ill the next day

Had a lovely meal here with a friend on a Thursday evening. Great choice of food on the menu, knowledge and friendly staff. Food was excellent and I got a free dessert as it’s my birthday! Really nice decor and the cocktails looked amazing that others were having, next time I won’t be driving!

I had read mixed reviews, but I do feel you should not always go by reviews and try it for yourself. There was no atmosphere, horrible smell like (hospital food). I ordered the chicken supreme, dry chicken tasteless food… I’m glad I went, but I won’t go there again. - staff also need better training and realise their voices carry in such a quiet place!

Focused more on the presentation of the food instead of the flavour. Staff were blunt, unprofessional and weren’t friendly. Restaurant was really empty apart from a party happening upstairs. Didn’t feel welcome or comfortable being in there
