The food and experience was, as always, fabulous. Apparently one of the patrons that was sitting a few tables away had never been to this type of Steakhouse and almost made me choke when I overheard her ask if they had steak sauce. The steaks here do not need steak sauce, they a always moist and delicious.

Great Experience

We came to Arlington for the Rose Bowl and made a reservation for New Year’s Eve at VB. It was a great place to have great food to end the year 2020!
I highly recommend the Fireball Cheesecake for Dessert!

Went for NYE dinner. We had a great time and enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant pace! The food was amazing and the service was amazing as well. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

Christmas dinner done right. We were blown away by the amazing dining experience at VB Steakhouse. Will definitely be going back.

Little pricey but good quality and great service. Tab was $138 for two dinners plus Two glasses of wine and a cream brûlée. We will be back but just not a regular spot each week given it’s price tag.

Great place for a date night

I had reserved this for my sons 21st birthday. It was such a disappointment. Beverages had to be constantly asked for refills. Things were forgotten when asked. My daughter was always skipped for everything. Even when she ordered dessert. We all had almost finished ours, we had to ask for hers to be brought out. The meats were subpar, and sparse. Although apologizing was made. It still didn’t make up for the almost $750 bill. Although we have dined here before, We will never return.

Manager very involved in making sure everything is good! Covid safety in place but the gloves for Buffet service is Not being enforced. Also, only got about 1/3 of the meats served at our table. Overall, really good experience but can easily become Exceptional.

Love Brazilian steakhouses & normally go to Chamos, and were excited to try this one. Positives: love the ambience, the beef ribs & lamb tasted very good. All the other meats were comparable to Chamos. All the sides especially the cheese bread & mashed potatoes were delicious. Negatives: service is nowhere near as refined as Chamos. They really go the extra mile of making you feel special. We had to tell our waiter more than once to bring our drinks & plates/silverwear to share the desserts. He seemed maybe younger & less experienced. But, he also seemed to have quite a few tables as well.

More limited salad bar area choices and the meat options did not come out as frequent. Not sure if COVID is to blame but we expected a lot more having had the 5-star fine dining service experience at Chamos.

Very nice place to eat. Food was good, smaller than the bigger chain restaurants with same style food. The price was about the same . The rolls are much bigger here and taste better though. Small salad bar but really good

Celebrated a work anniversary with friends. As always it was a great experience. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. Ryan and the folks at VB are the best.

The dessert is an additional cost given the price of the food itself.

Significant other’s Birthday. Her sisters were in from out of state and had never had the Brazilian steakhouse experience. Made welcome right away and pampered all night long. The cheesecake flambé was the perfect peak to a wonderful night. This place is the real deal. Excellent salad bar, tasty sides and extras, and some of the best 13 cuts of meat you’ll ever taste. Been coming here for years and I highly recommend you start as well.

Super awesome! One of my favorite places.

Food was cold and dry. They sat us right next to others - no social distancing but made us have someone make our salads for us - we just followed her around in a circle telling her what we wanted. Another couple were able to go up together and hold their plates while the waiter put their stuff on. I had to stand two feet away. It was really dumb. The cost to dine here is ridiculous. You might think its a good idea because it is all you can eat but you are at the mercy of when they meat carrying guys come by your table which isn't very often. I got three pieces of meat and that's it. Will NOT be back. Fogo de Chao is much better.

Anniversary Date: We had a wonderful time! The server was very attentive and knowledgeable. For the salad bar, we walked up there together and he placed everything on the plate we wanted. We were truly pampered and treated like the king and queen we are! The ambiance was lovely and the food was amazing. We will definitely be returning!

I took my wife here for our date night, and we both agreed that we’ll definitely be back. The food tasted amazing, the atmosphere was very relaxed, and the attentiveness of the staff was outstanding.

The service at VB is always impeccable. The servers went above and beyond to make sure we had wonderful experience. The salad bar is now "off the menu", so we did not get to select our usual assortment of items, but the meat completely made up for it. Once our preferred temperature of Medium Rare was heard, every selection was served to us as such. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion, or if you're just in the mood to have a great dining experience.
