Très bon accueil, excellent service et repas digne d’un bib Michelin
A very expensive meal, although not surprising as the decor is stylish so cozy and sophisticated at the same time. My filet of beef was very very good, and we were given small taster starter, and chocolates at the end. The cod my friends ate both said, was not good at all. Stick with the mountain fare if you go. Wine list and assistance with recommendation very good. If you have no issue with price, and stick with the steak, it was an amazing experience. Next time I would only go for drinks at the bar and easy dinner nearby. Downstairs was seemingly more relaxed, but not sure of the menu. A definite drinks place away from the crazy Verbier ski crowd!
The food was disappointing, not as good as last year!
We had a lovely dinner, the food and service was excellent. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is the price which obviously as in Verbier is expensive, however I would say it is worth it as our meal and wine were extremely good.
Food bread oil wine all terrific. Service a bit slow but very friendly. Expensive except for wine which was very fair value. Chef Manuelle was true to her word that it would be a great meal. We tried everything on the menu and all was excellent. Desserts stood out as did the artichoke and scallop soup
The food was excellent in a very pleasant ambiance. Service was attentive
Wonderful food and excellent service. Looking forward to returning.
Very good restaurant in Verbier. Quality of the food is excellent and the service as well. For Verbier the prices are not too steep for the quality. We have been twice and were impressed both times.
Down stairs restaurant is very cosy and relaxed.
Upstairs dining still a shambles. Key staffing is not in place and service lacks. Could be Amazing if the staff were trained.
The hostess at the enterance not polite, not solution orientated and generally does not care about finding a solution for the customers.
Disappointed by the table we were assigned to, having made the reservation a month ago for a special event. At this place (far end of the room without windows) we were really disturbed by the service going back and throw across a curtain door. This curtain was pulled up and then closed at least one hundred time during our dinner and this less than one meter from us supposedly quietly seated. It was unappropriated.
May I suggest, as you have nothing to hide (open kitchen, which we liked) and further more great open perspective to the big ceiling light, you forget about the curtains, leave it open! It will improve really the comfort of your guests.
Don't take it personally, I noticed that everybody was trying its best! but this curtain so close to your seated guests is a real issue.
Petite Arvine undrinkable, probably served the wrong one.
Cauliflower soup excellent but cold.
Pigeon and cod very good.
Passion fruit desert unacceptable for the price asked -> a joke.
Great food, friendly professional service for my money best in Verbier
Our second visit, massively disappointing. We would not return nor recommend it. A very helpful and nice Scottish girl was brilliant; the rest of the service and attitude was appalling. If the staff, particularly the main wine waiter/manager wants to concentrate only on the tables occupied by people he knows, the other guests should be warned in advance that they will be ignored while he does so. Asking for things like more wine or bread three times while staff chat away with limited tables is not acceptable at this price.
Not only our worst dining experience in Verbier, but for some time anywhere.
The food was great but not enough. The service was friendly and the restaurant was very nice.
It was very good food but the service was horrible, it took an hour and half to get 4 cm squared of steak, and our business deal failed
Excellent meal in a beautiful environment with very good service . Will be back We were a party of 7 and we all enjoyed the food.
Well done to the team.
We had a delightful birthday party. Outstanding food and outstanding service. The maitre d’ needs a special mention; he was exceptional. A true Verbier gem.
everything was just cool and elegant; our only negative comment between us was the ceviche, a little bit small portion, and maybe an advise to make a slight mountain taste in the menu as the place is gorgeous but we feel as if we were in a big city restaurant
poor service ,trying to give a 5 star experience but with staff that are clearly not trained to this standard.
Food was extremely tasty but was let down by the service
Food was mediocre in style and presentation, the steak was tough to chew, the lamp was tasteless and deserts were no better then a street ice cream vendor.
Except for service which was great, the seating which was classy, the food was a complete disappointment.
Best in village when it comes to food, ambiance and service.
we did not eat, only beer. The local beer was not available, but we were offered other brands, it was good
Brilliant! Absolutely loved it, & the Scottish Maitre D’ was beyond terrific!
Everything about this restaurant is amazing. Food. Service. Ambience. Staff and owners... thank you for letting our children eat with us. We are going back again tonight!
We had some really tasty cocktails, the taste menu with wine recommended by the sommelier that work perfect. Thnak's to Tom and his crew!
Very nice experience overall. It missed only more local wines served by the glass.
Another excellent evening, standard continues to be high. Good quality food and service in a relaxed atmosphere.
A most welcome addition to Verbier. The food was fantastic, I have never eaten such succulent venison.
We look forward to our next visit.
