Lisa Vanderpump has created a sexy, stylish and romantic restaurant with a St. Tropez-like vibe with its large patio and its wonderous decor.
Very enjoyable place for a business lunch, particularly on the patio where the noise level is lower.
Two salads, two cocktails and a Calamari took and hour and a half to two hours. It was pretty clear we were on a business lunch with a time limit. Calamari was dry and cold. Salads were sub-par at best. We had to ask for more dressing on both. Bread was small and dry. All completely overpriced. I went several years ago and was impressed. Not this time. Our server and the rest of the staff were clearly out to lunch. Too bad as my office is close and would have liked to taken more people there.
The service good , our group was running a little late and the restaurant was able to accommodate later time. I ordered bolognese pasta which was a recommended by our waiter . He said this is one of their popular pasta dish . I was a little disappointed the pasta was a undercooked ( the pasta was hard to eat ) I told our waiter and he said he will inform the cook. That was it !
Our server was Rocko and he was incredible. Food, ambiance, music, service, I can’t wait to go back. At the end of our meal, Lisa cake to our table and greeted us, I am a huge fan of the show and it was just an incredible way to end our dinner.
Rocco was excellent server. Very attentive and loaded with personality. We will definitely request him for our next visit. Food was , as usual, amazing. Been dining here for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The Bolanase is best in the country absolutely perfect. Salmon dish is also prepared to perfection. Best value in Beverly Hills.
Awesome from start to finish, food was perfect, service, second to none, La la was amazing, answered all our questions, is just an awesome generous human being, manager was great too, came over & chatted, was happy to take pics w us & for us, an all round fantastic experience, wish I lived closer, would almost be worth flying there just for dinner lol... if we are ever in Lax again, will definitely go back
Very good food, great ambiance and great service. Food was a bit too salted at times but overall we were pleases with the restaurant.
Amazing food and service ! What a great time we had !
Friendly waiter with a warm personality. Had to ask for bread a few times. They should put out a bigger basket especially when salads are ordered. The food was very good and ample portions. Nice presentation with quality ingredients. I would prefer the salmon be wild-caught and not Atlantic. The music was very soothing and the volume was appropriate. Happy hour wine pour was inconsistent with the size of post-happy hour wine. Excellent Martini. Overall, I would go back and recommend it for it's relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere and good food.
We had an outstanding experience, the food, service and ambiance was perfect and we were not rushed at all. I also felt it was very well priced.
Food very good, all the waitresses and waiters were excellent.
Michael and Melissa
Food was eeh.
Very good food and ambiance.
I would choose Villa Blanca over SUR any day. We try and visit each when we are in town to bring our son back to college. Our server was top notch and the food was absolutely amazing. Beautiful decor, ambiance is lovely and we truly enjoyed our time eating there. Highly recommend for dinner! Aloha!
Staff were so friendly and very welcoming. Our waiter Moe was so friendly and very helpful and an excellent photographer. The whole experience was delightful and the food was so so tasty and an excellent menu to choose from. The decor was impeccable, excellent taste.
We came back to this establishment after having had a wonderful time a few years back. However, the food was subpar and the service was not that good. A margherita pizza is not a Chuck E cheese pizza with fresh sliced tomatoes and basil on top, and chantilly cream does not come out of a spray can. Our waiter was not very attentive and he seemed annoyed whenever we asked him how much longer the food would take (20 minutes for fresh berries and whipped cream?).
We came in for dinner and our reservation was for 8:45pm but we only got a table around 9:15pm. We placed our order and nothing came for at least 30min. Our server never checked on us.. so I asked another server close by the status of our food. We found out that the order never made it to the kitchen so we had to wait another 30min to be served.
The manager gave us free dessert and took 20% off on our bill, but the fact that they didn't check on us for the longest time was what made me mad. We had 2 kids on our party so we wanted them to get food soon, which didn't happen.
The ambiance is really nice and the food is really good. We had the burger and the black truffle pasta - both very tasty and would highly recommend.
I had the spicy pasta with prawn but it didn’t have a good taste and the prawns were a bit chewy like over cooked... I was a bit disappointed with the food...
Quick to be seated but then attended to a table sat after us with regards to drinks orders and then again for food. A lot of waiting time for food then again for bill. Overall was ok but not the best I had whilst out there - SUR and PUMP we actually felt ‘special’ or valued and not a hinderance.
We think this may have been the worst meals we have ever had as a family. Ironically the night before we went to Pump and had a fantastic meal and overall experience. It’s really not worth writing a review villa balance was that atrocious. Go to Pump instead or Coast!
This is the worst of LVP restaurants it’s old and you can definitely see it and smell it
It was also very empty and nothing like it looked on tv
Food ?! Where I can start what a shame just read the menu if u want to come for happy hour and a burger that’s it and even that I would find better places then this restaurant.
Pump wins for vibe and good and service but if u really Thebes person to go all at LVP tour places u should go and see for yourself
I had my birthday there and it was the best decision ever .
The host was super sweet and the waiter made my day even better. I will be there more often.
First time here. 1/2 price drinks until 6:30 pm. Service was very good. Wife had the sole and I had the lobster ravioli....both excellent. Great location close to Rodeo Drive.
The decor is beautiful. The staff are very friendly. The food is less than average. Pricey drinks and food.
Warm relaxing ambiance. The food was amazing... salmon cooked to perfection. I will definitely visit this establishment again soon.
Overall a pleasant experience. Good value for Beverly Hills.
The food was nasty, the table was like a card table with white linen on it. When we stood up the whole table almost flipped over, leaving water and glasses on the floor.
Food was excellent as well as service, sat inside and honestly it seemed a little down. The flower was not fresh on the table and some of the pillows had stains on them.
Absolutely loved this place ! Ambiance is amazing as is food - price wide the food is great value .. we came from Vancouver Bc and this place was on my bucket list - it was well worth the visit .
Food was pretty good. Nothing amazing. Service was pretty slow and our ticket time for entrees was >45 mins. Fish and chips were good, appetizer with crispy rice and tuna was a little bland but a good bite
Terrible service. Food came out wrong and had to wait 20 minutes before waitress came out and realized it was wrong. Corrected and came out right then waitress disappeared again for another half hour. Never will go back!!!
Excellent food and service, a Beverly Hills hidden jewel. I highly recommend
The food was good (rustic pizza and rigatoni dish) outside of the calamari which was soft and not fried enough. The cocktails were good however the paper straws were to small for the tall glasses (the pink vodka cranberry cocktail).
The wait staff seemed very aloof and more interested in themselves than the well being of the guests they were serving. There wasn’t any follow up for explanations on the menu and engagement from our waiter. He was just acting like a bus boy unless we asked for something additional.
Unfortunately there is nothing that would make me want to return to this restaurant.
2 blocks off of Rodeo. My daughter ‘s bday trip which was specified in the reservation was recognized by hostess but not the server. Server was not the best. We sat outside and had panhandlers ask us for money. Nice but not as nice as was expecting.
It was average. Nothing to complain about but nothing to be excited about.
Great food and the transition from day to night with candles at the table is so cute. Prices definitely fair for the quality of food. Waiter seemed to disappear for periods of time but very polite.
Our mother-daughter trip to LA was fabulous thanks to Villa Blanca and Sur! We met the owner Lisa, when we ate at Sur the previous night, and couldn’t have asked for two lovelier evenings! The staff was wonderful, food divine and the restaurants are gorgeous and have such beautiful atmospheres. We truly felt welcome😊 Thank you!!
Overall Excellent. Food was great as was the service. Definitely will be back.
We’re moved from Germany 5 weeks ago. We saw the tv show “the real housewife from Beverly Hills “ and we were fascinated by Lisa V. and her story. So, we decided to go for dinner in Lisa’s restaurant . The food was delicious, the staff very kind and we liked the decoration. We’ll come again.
