Great service, good food, lovely setting and easy to find. We had lunch on a Sunday which turned into a concert, we didn't expect live music and although she was very good it was perhaps a bit loud for the occasion. Conversation became limited due to the music.

Menu choice was poor,especially when on the deal. Food wasn't good, I didn't think you could go wrong with a burger and chips- I was wrong! Overpriced too. Some service staff were very flat. We were asked to move from our table after only 45 minutes, supposed to be 1hr 15mins! I heard others were asked too. It was just aswell we had decided against a dessert due to not enjoying both the starter and main. Also when asked for water, we never realised it would cost is £4.. wasn't given the choice to have free water.

Food was great both nights that we stayed. It was my boyfriends birthday the second night and the servers kindly brought us a glass of Prosecco! I would like to put a special thank you to the server Amy as she was very attentive. We have stayed at gleddoch 3 times now and we will be back

Really lovely food. I had pate and the chicken kiev and my partner had scotch egg and the fish and chips. I don’t normally manage everything but the portion sizes were great and too good not to eat it all 😅 recommend coming for the food itself.

Initially extremely disappointed as the menu bore no resemblance to the one advertised (and which was also attached to our booking confirmation) Our server informed us that this menu was no longer in use and the current menu was an amalgamation of previous menus. Therefore the website and booking confirmations should be adjusted accordingly. The “amalgamated” menu was much more basic and limited in choice. However the food was well prepared and the service was excellent. Unfortunately would not recommend due to initial disappointment.

Service was bad, forgot our booking. Left alone for long time. Food sub par except desserts. Very loud and busy, not relaxing. Sat so close to other diners their elbow was hitting our table! £124 - not impressed

The perfect meal after a long drive up to the Spa, gorgeous food and for a reasonable price. Bf had the lamb rump and had nothing but compliments for the chef, I had the risotto and it was cooked beautifully. Staff were lovely and very accommodating for our allergies

Great location with beautiful view, Spa day was great , Love excellent working heated steam & Sauna rooms only disappointment was the ladies changing room not enough space when quite lots of people in and only 1 toilet working in the changing room plus the shower gel was finished in some shower cubical. Food was fabulous even the tea was nice and hot . Have stayed at the hotel before with beautiful accommodation great welcome from staff member's.

The food was fantastic, all staff in the restaurant were great, especially our server Georgia. The bar service was also outstanding, had some of the best cocktails I’ve tasted in a long time. Thank you to all who made our stay as great as it was.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews regarding the food but I can honestly say everything we both had was lovely. The mushroom pate and the chocolate tart were probably my favourite where as my husband really enjoyed his rump of lamb. Staff were lovely very pleasant and left enough time between courses that we didn't feel rushed.

Expensive but wouldn't have minded this if my steak had been cooked how I asked. I was not rude and politely mentioned to a waitress that I did not feel my steak was cooked how I asked. She took this away and then I can only assume was approached by a manager. I found her manner defensive and she agreed with the chef that it was cooked to what they would expect. I disagreed and she again reminded me that this was what the chef said and she agreed with him. Feeling like we were causing a scene, the negative response from staff and not wanting to have to wait I just accepted and my steak was returned to me. Think the situation could have been handled a lot better.

Food was lovely, fresh and homemade. The staff were not very friendly and not very attentive either. Wouldn’t go back as the spa reception staff were even worse, you were made to feel you were a bother to them. It is a pity as it is a lovely location.
