Outstanding food and felt very welcome. Staff very polite
Would recommend booking before you go. Staff were all great and explained everything relating to covid measures. Service was quick and professional. Food was lovely, cocktails really nice.
Came here with family as my son loves these American Diner type places. We were welcomed and seated quickly and chose to sit outside. Table was dirty but not a huge deal, just a few bread crumbs and easily rectified. Ordered moderately quickly. Our food came a while after the people who ordered afterwards and our drinks came even later after asking for them. Hot dogs were edible but no different to the ones I make from a jar and the burgers were utterly disgusting. As in uneatable. Chicken burger was good and wet chips okay. V expensive for what it was. Waiter was v nice and doing his best.
I emailed before I booked our table to ask if I could bring my small dog, to which they replied I could. Once I arrived at the restaurant however, I was told I couldn't bring him in to the restaurant, but we would need to sit in the bar; this distinction wasn't made clear before booking the table. The bar area was over crowded (more than the allowed 6 people at one of the tables) and very loud. We had to order our food and drinks at the bar, where social distancing was definitely not being adhered to, and more than one waiting staff were wearing their masks incorrectly. The food arrived incomplete and we had to ask for the rest of our order and cutlery. The food and cocktails were actually pretty good, it's just a shame everything else was bad.
Service was slow and meals arrived at different times. The food was very low quality.
Myself and my auntie visited while on holiday in Blackpool , we anjoyed it so much we visited twice in 4 days haha
The staff where friendly and Steve was so happy to serve us , the food was amazing esp the burgers wow
We will visit again when in Blackpool
We waited over 10minutes in the doorway waiting to be seated. The place was empty but staff didn't come to see us. The baby and toddler were starving and getting mardy. After sitting at our table for ages without anyone asking if we want anything, even a drink, we just left. We were in there half an hour and had to leave because the kids were starting to have tantrums and there was no sign of us even being asked what we wanted, let alone us actually ordering and getting it cooked and brought to us.
Food was really good and the restaurant was clean and woukd recommend to others
Was seated really quickly - gave us 5 minutes to choose what we’d like so ordered drinks and asked for a few more minutes. 30 minutes passed and nobody had come back to take our order so I got up and found someone to order from. Food arrived very quickly however it was cold - then got even colder while we waited 10 minutes for cutlery and our drinks. Overall not an enjoyable experience when I actually cancelled a booking with another restaurant to go here instead. Large party next to us had no consideration for others - repeatedly hit in the legs with the child’s ball.
It was just ok. I expected much better, especially after seeing the pictures online. Quite disappointing really.
Lovely place - the atmosphere was nice however, the Food was poor - the Mac and cheese starter had no flavour at all. Chips were the only thing I enjoyed.
We were waiting 15 mins for our milkshakes, despite my boyfriend already having his Pepsi.
The food was absolutely awful! The drinks came after the food. The food was delivered in 5 minutes and was absolutely horrible. Waited about 20 minutes for the other drink. Waited about 20 minutes for the bill. Will not be returning or recommending.
Excellent place to eat Excellent food Excellent and friendly service
Fantastic atmosphere! Food is lovely, extremely quick service and fantastic staff! Would recommend!
Hi I have been twice now to viva Vegas both times the food and the service was amazing. They have kept the restaurant clean and safe. There's a great menu and also a great drinks menu. The prices are good. I would recommend the viva Vegas bar and diner to my friends and family. And i will definitely visit again.
Great food, great place for the family to eat, will definitely go again so many more things I want to try
I booked here for lunch with my hens and the staff coped well with their carry on lol
Food was amazing and the cocktails outstanding
Would definitely recommend and visit again
A group of us visited on Sunday evening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had several children with us which can be disruptive but we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. I wasn’t expecting great things for the food as it was very cheap but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone made positive comments about the dishes they had tried. Portion sizes are very large too. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.
Lovely staff really friendly. Food was very good and plentiful. Would definitely go again.
Lovely host up for a laugh, quick service and the food was beautiful. Can't wait to visit again
Fantastic food and friendly staff worked hard and kept us informed of food delivery times as was extremely busy and overall was one of best meals out in a long time
We booked a table for 7.00 didn’t eat untill 9.00.
Waited an hour for table service then for food. The food looked like it had been sat on a plate all day waiting. The staff were nice and apologetic but our party of 5 was passed it by the time the food came and children were asleep on the table.
Food was good but had a quite long wait from the moment we sat down , drinks and food order wasn’t taken for nearly an hour but food was worth the wait and staff was very friendly
The setting and food was good but the service was very poor.
We were sat for 25 minutes and no one came to take our food order, let alone drinks. I had to physically get up and ask someone to come and take our order, which is not ideal due to the current situation and the fact they stated it was table service.
Starters came out a further 20 minutes later without cutlery and we'd still not had our drinks.
When our mains came out, a portion of fries were missing. I asked 3 individual members of staff if they could get them, they finally came once we'd finished our meal.
The food was nice, but it felt like we were forgotten and we had to continuously ask for basic service.
Nice setting, but we would not come again.
We went to viva Vegas diner thursday 3rd September.
Where to begin....we didnt enjoy our stay...we were seated straight away so we had high Hope's for it but it went down hill from there...the young man came over to take our order when we didnt even have time to look at the menu..he said he would be back in a few mins cos we didnt decide at that time..10 mins past..no one came over..I hollered over a table clearer I assume they're called...she said she would mention to the young lad that we were waiting..5 mins later she saw that we were still waiting..she mentioned somthing to.him and he looked over but carried on serving other tables....a different young lad came over to take our order..no apology no nothing....that went thru ok..we ordered mac and cheese started and nachos starter...the mac n cheese was a extremely.small portion and didnt come with the spring onion topping that it said it did on the menu..my nachos didnt come with my salsa..sour cream or guacamole..I had to go up to the bar for him to let them know...I ate half of my nachos to realise there was no cheese and everything was presented poorly...we waited nearly 25.mins to get served and we were 1 min away from walking out...we ordered burgers also but we didnt stay as so unhappy and unsatisfied with our stay there...we complained to the manager and he didnt even say sorry..all he said sorry for was the cheese not being on the nachos..we mentioned portion size for the mac n cheese and he said that was the size of the starter despite me having a bowl full of nachos...he offered to get me a new bowl of nachos but we didnt wanna stay..my partner was getting incredibly irritated...then I think we were charged the full amount and not the 25% off that was advertised..we didnt even get a percentage off due to the poor service...it seemed like the floor manager didnt even care...extremely unhappy and unsatisfied...I feel robbed of my money...
The food was fine, but the decor needs tidying up!
Place needs some money spending on it looks tired and rips in seats
Toilets were disgusting
Staff did not listen when food ordered so brought wrong food had to then wait longer
Did not have things that were on the menu
Disappointed, expensive milkshakes served in plastic cups, as if they were to take away, not as advertised.
It's a must when visiting Blackpool the music, the ambience the service are brilliant 👏 and the food is brilliant they even catered for vegans/vegetarians we would definitely recommend 👌 👍
Total waste of time and money, gutted as visiting from Essex and cut short our pleasurebeach day to go have dinner for our table booked at 4PM which we were then told it wasn't booked, food was awful, ribs looked boiled and everything was covered in cheap sauce which over powered everything paid for the bill as just wanted to leave....never again really disappointed 😔
Well booked a table online at 345 we wanted 6 but that was the only slot
Arrived ten minutes early where we joined a big queue I asked an employee if this was the walk in queue and he said he’d find out which he never did
Then After 15 mins waiting the man at the front of house said there’s no bookings it’s walk in only what is the point t of having a booking online system when this happens I could have come at 6 after all we sat down in tight cramped booths ordered drinks which were wrong milkshakes very small food ok but too much gooey cheese it overawed the meal but seeing as it was 50 percent off it was a good
Price but full price would have been far too much
Overall ok experience but you need to honour bookings online so it saves queuing when we arrive
Family of 5, food was great everybody enjoyed their meals. Only thing letting it down was the long wait for food, the place was very very busy so can’t be helped.
Food was great, staff were friendly. Unfortunately myself and my friend forgot to leave a tip. One waiter who served us, Andy was very good.
I have been several times ,always been fabulous, great service ,love the place 😍
Didn’t have our table booked when we arrived so had to sit in the bar area, lights were really bright and directly in eye level. Staff not very attentive. Had to go searching for the waiter for drinks and our bill.
Food was ok, only advice would be not to put salt on the children’s meals.
Very poor food served in camping pots chilli was bland no seasoning in the burger I will not be visiting again
Loved the boozy banana omg best shake ever.
So much food like being in Vegas
We did not enjoy the food.. it looked like it was thrown together and because our table was at 8.45 it seemed like the food was rushed out and no care was taken. We left most of it.
The milkshakes were good..my son enjoyed those and said the place seemed quite cool.
The staff were pleasant enough but were abit robot like.
We would not come back if we were in the area.
Though the prices on the menu seemed a little more than I would normally expect to pay for a burger, the amount of food you get more than justifies it. The choice of the menu is good and that includes drinks and milkshakes (including alcoholic milkshakes). There is also a good choice of sides with plenty of sauces to compliment. Overall, really good value for money.
Thought the service was poor. Had to wait for food but thought it was poorly presented for the price when you have to buy fries on top. People were queuing at the door and staff were just gathered together not working or helping customers. A waiter who looked like he was at senior level asked the staff to work but they ignored him. We asked for the bill at the end and the young girl ignored us for about 15 minutes before finally coming to our table after asking her again. Would not return
