Great food, nice layout. Waiter Beccy was really friendly, helpful and pleasent
Waited 15-20 minutes to be served bare in mind they was stood talking to the barmen! Food on all the tables, and not clean. Waited then a further hour for our food, asked where it was and all of a sudden it comes out, mine and my partners was just under hot, step sons was cold, brought back seconds after, was it heated up in a microwave,,? Horrible food.. my patner loves his burgers and he eat a 1/4 of his so that says the lot. £46 quid for nothing but having the poos afterwards
The service was incredibly slow. It took a long time to order and a long time between courses. We then had to wait ages to get the bill. We were served cocktails twice in broken glasses with no offer of compensation on the bill when taken back to the bar. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, toilet roll all over the floor and the bin in the baby changing bathroom was so full it wouldn’t even open.
Very very noisy and busy. We were sat right next to the door which was constantly being open and shut causing a freezing cold draft. We had people queuing right next to us waiting for tables. It took about 25 minutes for someone to take out food order. The toilets were disgusting which I did complain about. Filthy and no soap to wash your hands. Luckily I only went to the toilet when we were leaving. If I’d gone before I wouldn’t have eaten there.
The kids loved the milkshakes and the food was ok.
Went with 11year old son & two of his friends for his birthday. Staff fairly disinterested, no welcome when we arrived or served. Waited one hour for food order, asked how long several times but no feedback or apology for wait when food arrived (people on next table waited for as long). Food was average, no frills, just chips & burger or hotdog on plastic tray - so effectively McDonalds for 3x price - none of 3 children finished their meal as didn’t like the hot dog - should have taken them to McDs & saved an hour & £50. No one bothered to ask if meal was ok - one of ours wasn’t but after wait didn’t have energy to ask for it to be put right. No one cleared table after we finished (observed clearing / wiping tables down as new diners arrived to be seated at table). Waited again for bill after asking twice. No thank you or goodbye from any staff as we left. Wouldn’t bother again.
Very attentive waitstaff, friendly and chatty.
Food was good.
The staff never made you feel welcome, the girl who served us couldn't be bother. The food was served on trays and looked like something you get in any fast food joint. Too expensive for what it was.
We were seated at our table on time and were brought the menus. After a couple of minutes someone came and took our drinks order. Five minutes later he took our food order.
We never received our drinks for 25 minutes. The food service also was very slow.
When the food finally arrived it was nice but not brilliant. The portions were a decent size and price wise were not bad for the amount charged.
My main gripe was the time it took to receive our drinks, which was far too long.
Food wise I would not recommend it to anyone but I would not deter them either.
The staff try there best but it was just problem after problem. They waited an hour in to tell us they didn’t have what my wife ordered so she had to order again which meant her food came 15 mins after everyone else. There was also a domestic going on all night right in front of us between a waitress and a ‘gobby’ family which should have been took care of a lot more discreetly.food was decent but we must have been in 3 hours altogether for a main and a milkshake each.
Waited over an hour for food. Which was then served semi warm not hot, waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to take a drinks order. Waitresses seemed rushed off thier feet and other tables were all complaint about the level of service and quality of food.
Beautiful restaurant and great decoration. However the food was pretty basic for an American diner, on the menu it sounded better than what it was. Burger and chips served on a tray not a plate and burger was like it was microwaved. Service was standard but waitresses not very attentive and the toilets were disgusting!
Unfortunately g the he grill wasn’t working but we weren’t advised until we were already at the table. We had somewhere else to be and so decided to give it a go. The food took a bit of time to arrive and was not particularly warm. Again as we had somewhere else to be we got on with it. The waitress was lovely and so apologetic, we did receive a discount but it was disappointing. If we weren’t in such a hurry we too would have joined the others deciding to eat elsewhere. We did have a better time on our previous visit
Food was ok , nothing special it was tasty enough so I’m not saying don’t go , service was very good although girl was run off her feet trying to serve lots of tables , pricing was about right , I would go back
We reserved a 10 for ten people for a double celebration. We were split into two booths with 6 larger adults squashed into one booth. There was no reference to the celebrations even though they were informed. Drinks order was mixed up and Pepsi was flat and was sent back
Other than the food is a little bit of a wait the taste and the prtion is massive... its pretty good deal for its price
Been going to this restaurant for a number of years we normally love it but this time it was disappointing, the quality of the food was not as good and the milk shakes which were usually so good were just okay. They also need to put the meatballs back on the menu.
Manager need sacking. Was on her phone whilst her team struggled.
Food was beautiful and the service was amazing. The only downside was the toilets which were not clean at all and a health hazard, we did make staff aware as sometimes this can be out of their control due to customers. Will definitely return lovely places delicious food and friendly staff
Booked table and people without bookings were seated before us. Table and seating were dirty, not been cleaned at all. Waited a while to order and even longer to ask for the bill. Food wasn't good or value for money.
Had a lovely meal here, kids loved it the young blond waitress was lovely and really helpful. Good was so good!!! Was full for the rest of the day. Good took quite a while to come out but they were busy.
Overall good experience. Waited almost 45mins for food but that could have been with the restaurant being a little busy.
We came in on Wednesday night to watch the England game, we got there at 7:30pm, service was great, we were served by Beccy and she was lovely, we didn’t feel rushed because we were there for almost 2 hours, food was great and good value for money, when we are next up again we will surely go again
Initial service very welcoming, was told I could have gluten free bread with my burger and that my burger would come with a gluten free cheese sauce, I was looking forward to it as being coeliac i struggle to find places that can adapt or cater for me.
However, waited an hour for four meals, two of them kids meals.
I had to find a member of staff to ask if food would be on its way as kids were getting restless only to be looked at like I was being really awkward for asking the question.
Food arrived, was disappointed with my order, there was no gluten free bread no cheese sauce on my burger, just a very lame looking burger with a sad piece of cheese on top and some fries thrown on the side, which I could have gone to McDonald’s for!
I asked if there was any gluten free bread and cheese sauce again be looked at like I’d literally asked them a riddle!
Apparently, they had no gf bread and the cheese sauce wasn’t gluten free.
The other meals looked alright but for us as a family it was nothing great, we wouldn’t be in rush to go back and overall we were all pretty disappointed.
We came today at 4 got a drink and ordered food, but the fire alarm kept going off, there was no reassurance of what was going on and then being told we had to go outside to come back inside where the alarm was still going off, the staff were standing there talking to them self and were more bothered about two women who walked out without paying than other people who were waiting for food, we left in the end because my son who has autism could not stand the noise anymore
Staff friendly, food was excellent with good choice. All covid safety measures adhered to.
45 minute wait for food, but the wait time was clearly posted upon arrival. Staff very friendly. Nice atmosphere
Poor service from start to finish. Was taken to our table and left alone for 20 Minutes, my husband had to ask if we were going to be served when people who came in after us were served straight away. We ordered food and drinks. The drinks only turned up 2 minutes before food, we then had to ask again for cutlery as none was given. Food was fine but would not return again due to poor service.
Food was okay after waiting for it for over an hour. Also was only given 1 tissue between 5 people :( service put us off
Had a good wee night at Viva Vegas - our host was a lovely lad called Callum (who seemed to have been the only one who knew what he was doing on service) and there an amazing bartender who gave us the best woo woo & godfather cocktails. The food we got was good- although the mini Mac n cheese starter was a Esther bland and fries were cold. Other than this, nothing else was worth complaining. Thank you for a good date night.
Not what I expected at all. Had I seen the restaurant before booking I wouldn’t have booked. The place looked dingy. Customer service was ok but for a place like that you think the staff would be a little more upbeat. The music interrupted every 10 minutes to tell you to go to the Vegas show which is sold out so what’s the point. Food wasn’t great. Passable.
Absolutely amazing food and great atmosphere! Wonderful staff... would definitely recommend!
Very welcoming, staff very good, considering the current situation we were very impressed with the everything, and will visit again
Was lovely food and very friendly staff but very noise with kids screaming should be a adults only part
Boiled hot dogs out of the tin for nearly £7 a go.
Extortionate to say the least.
Restaurant was quiet but still took 45 minutes to receive our drinks then a further 15 mins later for the food.
Quite confusing considering the boiled hot dogs came out luke warm.
A real let down which is a shame as the Restaurant looks really inviting, if the food and service was improved it would be a great place to eat with the family.
I doubt the owners will take on board as they are obviously not interested in repeat business just the passing through holiday victims.
Food was lovely had a bit of a wait for our drinks and was a tad noisy to start the night but then quitened down pretty quick
Burger was cold, services was slow. Ribs had no fries.
Lovely meal, lovely atmosphere and very reasonable, would recommend
Had to ask for cutlery. My hotdog has made the bun soggy so it all fell apart and had to ask for drink twice. Was disappointed with what we got for the cost too
My granddaughter and i had our first visit here in July 2020 and now every time we visit Blackpool we come for a burger. We have never been disappointed by the food or the service.
