Our name comes from the poem 'A Voyager’s Dream of Land' by Felicia Dorothea Hemans, born in our very city and our very street at 118 Duke Street.

Our menu is inspired by the cultural influences of the city, dishes and flavours which are used in tasteful but innovative ways. This theme carries through to our drinks list, with creative cocktails, fine wines and local spirits such as Lost Dock Rum and our created Halyard Gin.

Our belief is food is best shared and enjoyed with friends and family, small plates perfect for sharing, inspired by the different cultures that this city brings together.

It was our first time there, and service was EXCELLENT from start to finish! The food was simply beautiful and truly scrumptious - some of the best ever. And the cocktails … OMG!!! A-whole-nother-level!! We never thought we’d hear ourselves raving over spiced foam 😂 but AMAZING! We went for our anniversary and the food was exceptional. The decor is modern and inviting. The staff were outstanding. Beaux did a fantastic job explaining the menu and making us feel welcome. The complimentary drinks at the end were a lovely touch!

Lovely meal of small plates, we shared duck croquettes, Thai fishcakes, burrata, nduja scotch eggs, crispy chicken and the bacon chop with salt and pepper fries. We also shared the Liverpool tart with mascapone cream for dessert. The servers were very attentive and polite and could not fault the food, loved the Liverpool tart, despite being from Merseysid, neither my husband nor I had ever heard of it, would love to know where we can buy this delicious dessert. Would definitely go back to Voyagers restaurant!!

The restaurant itself was dead with us being the only ones present so no atmosphere. The food was okay with small portions believe 2-3 plates per person is not enough, the short rib was nice but overpriced. Crab cakes were lovely but would have benefited from being bigger or more on the plate. We went here following some great reviews but feel disappointed with our visit and subsequently would not be returning nor recommending.

Friday eve at 5pm..quiet but v chilled. Excellent service, lovely food and Beau our server was very attentive and knowledgeable, all the staff were attentive.

Well we had an issue ref menu options against what the web page said , but the Manager and the team helped us out . Understand they are new - the food quality was brilliant. The service was good , you know you are in a hotel setting so it’s a different restaurant experience. But overall - good just need the social media team to match up with the restaurant team , because people check before they arrive and when the options don’t match it can be an issue , as both my wife and our best friend have food allergies and preferences. But worth a call in - and good value for your £ .
