Three of us opted for the buffet, which was excellent! The variety offered and quality was on point. My daughter chose to order of the menu and food was equally good and brought to our table in decent amount of time. Service was also excellent!

Walker Street Kitchen was top tier from the time I walked in to the service to the food. The staff was AMAZING!! Made me feel right at home & very welcomed. I looooove the banana foster French toast! The buffet was great at well w/ a nice variety of brew options, fruits & pastries.I ate there every morning. Even if I don’t stay at the Marriot Marquis I will make it my business to eat here. Buuuut more thn likely Marriot Marquis will be my hotel of choice. Walker Street Kitchen gets 5 stars for sure & i recommend them to my friends & family if ever they’re in Houston!!!

All I can say is ASK FOR TIA to be your waitress! Food was DELISH’! Portions of sides can serve a family. Tender meat! Music was a quiet variety.

It was a very busy time as there was a large event in town. Thus, my rating takes this into account. I ordered Cilaquiles, which is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. Had this been my first experience with this dish, I would have never ordered it again from any restaurant. A lone diner next to me ordered the same thing coincidentally. After we had a bit, we both made eye contact - we both thought the same thing. They were not good! I ordered a side of sausage. What came out looks like tiny links that were boiled until they were white. They were room temperature. When in town again, I’ll give it another shot, but this visit was not great. On a bright note, the coffee was good and the prices weren’t bad for the level of hotel this restaurant was situated in.
