The service was above amazing. The servers were very knowledgeable and showed excellent service and catered for us very well. They had amazing food knowledge and made my guest’s birthday extra special. The food itself was incredibly good, cooked outstandingly and tasted amazing.
Service was exceptional and attentive - Veronica deserves a special shout out. Lovely ambience and the food was excellent, would highly recommend.
Outstanding food (truffle mushroom risotto, fillet mignon, and calamaris) while server Frederic was a bit too quick with cleaning the dishes and glasses off the table, basically the second one finished the last bite/sip.
All was great but the filet was exceptionally good and makes the grade to die for!
we had a few starters: escargot, carpaccio, prawns, baguette to share. Personally thought the starters were not bad, but also nothing stood out. I had seabass and my friends had steak. The main dishes tasted great and it was big in portion! the ambience was great, wasn't too noisy for a friday night and the service was fantastic. With drinks, it came up to £100pp. Overall, it was a good experience, great place to catch up with friends or to go on a date.
What a find! Only open a month and anxious to please and . . .boy. . .do they do so! Exquisite food, best salt and pepper calamari we've ever had. Beautifully cooked turbot in a wonderful sauce. Idea is it's plate sharing so portions are 'large' . . . both for starters and mains. So turbot not cheap at £42 but that easily serves two. Wines by glass or carafe and very reasonably priced. Desserts are artistic creations. So many staff we must have had ten different serving us, very attentive and cordial. A wonderful experience before a theatre night. Made a special fuss of my wife on her birthday. Thoroughly recommend.
Superb service, excellent wine list, great food. Only complaint was that the truffle sauce was more like a peppercorn sauce without even a hint of truffle, and my medium-rare steak was more like medium-well. I provided feedback for the chef for next time (I was so hungry, I just wanted to eat) other than that, great dining experience and we hope to be back soon.
THERE BETTER BE TRUFFLE THIS TIME 😂 YOU CAN'T HAVE TRUFFLE SAUCE WITHOUT TRUFFLE.
Service was a bit shaky to start with but they made up after initial disappointment of a poor table. Food is outstanding. It’s pricey so not for everyday dining but I’d definitely recommend it for a special occasion.
Menu isn’t right and needs to include top-quality vegan cuisine. Everything else, brilliant.
Fantastic food. Food set up is a selection of starters then a medium course of pasta followed by main courses. Made for sharing. Excellent service. Wide choice of wine starting at £40 up to £10k. Totally recommended.
Lovely restaurant and ambience, very new looking and clean, great style. Food was wonderful, the Turbot to share was excellent and all the accompaniments delicious, hot and on time. House champagne lovely.
Also the service was 10/10- our waiter Kevin was extremely professional and helpful - very present without being overbearing. Had great suggestions on the food and explained the menu and concept very well. Very much helped to make the experience.

We are here as we were staying at the Londoner. Food was delicious but they took my order for the Sea Bass but told me there were none left after the other item we ordered was brought out. So we had the risotto then we had to choose another dish which came out and was required to be deboned so the sides were out before the main. Not sure that the “sharing system” works if they run out of the item you have chosen. This might be a “new place” issue so I would probably return again to give it another chance. Wait staff were very attentive.
Dear Anonymous, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your meal with us in Whitcomb's. I sincerely do apologise that we ran out of Sea Bass, it happens rarely however as all items are fresh it does happen. I will be taking your feedback into account and will work on our timings. We sincerely do hope that we have the occasion of welcoming you again and that next time, dinner will be perfect. Kind regards, Quentin Kervyn Restaurant Manager

Great new restaurant in Central London. Excellent quality food, familiar sounding dishes each with a novel and exciting twist. Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Modern and eye-catching design. Wi be back before everyone else finds it!

Good food , very nice venue!
The food and ambience was amazing, being welcome with live music and a musician on the piano was lovely.
The hotel decor and food was really lovely however I dined on the 50% off menu for the soft launch.
I'm not sure I would want to pay full price for all the dishes, for Fish yes, I acknowledge it's expensive especially the main courses but for other dishes I'm not so sure especially as the portions were moderate.
Amazing staff who pay attention to detail and the food was so delicious. I would definitely recommend. It's a great spot to catch up with friends or if you're on a date!

Very enjoyable overall experience in this brand new Hotel & restaurant.
The food is cooked really fresh cooked pretty much to perfection (I had the Turbot) although the Frites side dish was far too salty.
The main dishes are quite large portions so could be easily shared which was actually encouraged by my waiter Kevin who was a very attentive and friendly guy. I actually came out of the restaurant feeling really full so could have cut back on the amount ordered. In fact we did ask to take away some of the desert ordered but was told it was not permitted. Quite frankly I found that ridiculous as it just went to waste and it's food we had paid for.
A great place to celebrate an occasion like Anniversary or birthday as it has a fantastic location on the corner of Leicester Square and has a nice ambience. The restaurant was quite full at the time so was a little on the noisy side but not too overbearing. We could still talk quite comfortably.
I would recommend this to anyone as an occasional treat.
We had an amazing evening, food was sensational and the staff were very attentive and easy to talk to.
Would definitely recommend a visit
I went for lunchtime service, during the soft launch. It was my mother's birthday, and our server, Nathaniel made her feel very special!
The sharing concept is a great idea, where trying eachother's dishes is encouraged, and not frowned upon, so we tried a wider selection of things. The cocktails were beautiful, and we'll paired, the service was friendly, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive.
The portion sizes were very generous, and Lobster Thermidor is definitely one to share, it's luxurious, rich, and generous with huge hunks of sweet lobster meat.
Will definitely be coming back.
Thanks it was a lovely experience at Whitcombs . Food was amazing

Fantastic food, wish the decor matched the quality of the food.
This was a soft opening for Whitcomb's but you would not have known they'd been open for only 8 days. Everyone I met from the moment I walked through the door to the hotel was exemplary from the ladies on reception, to the bar staff, head barmen, hosts, waiters - everyone.
The food was exquisite and the ambience perfect. I can't rate it highly enough, and I can't wait to come back. Thanks to everyone who made our evening so wonderful!
A fab evening - helped ofc by the 50% off food!
Excellent food, service and ambience - Overall a great dinner!
The tuna tartare is innovative and beautifully presented, the fillet mignon was exquisite and cooked to perfection, the mushroom risotto was simply delicious!
Beautiful space, the most delicious food & the best service I’ve ever experienced.
As it’s a new hotel it has an amazing ambience, the staff are lovely and the food is truly good. You can enjoy the restaurant and move to the bar which i like to hear live music, it was piano, so you can have a complete evening without going too far. I will definitely return
A beautiful restaurant with wonderful service and food. The staffs was all very welcoming and attentive and food was all very well presented and tastes delicious. I had a fabulous time here.
Set Inside a stunning new boutique hotel, the restaurant itself is beautifully designed. The service was amazing especially on my second visit, everyone went above and beyond. The drinks were nice and the food was the best I have had this year. I would definitely recommend this place, nice for an friends dinner or a date night.
The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend - especially be gnocchi and risotto dishes!
Definitely worth a try! Very new and staff were eager to please and super helpful eg when we asked for an extra lot of sides. Had a lovely carpaccio of fish, like a med version of sashimi which tickled the taste buds, and a delish rigotoni with lobster and scotch bonnet flecked garlic sauce and a gorgeous piece of seabass with the most amazing 'chips' and mushrooms in sizzling butter. Loved the negroni. Very vibey.
Faultless. Impeccable service, food, atmosphere.
I went with my daughter and we had a wonderful time, attentive staff, delicious food In lovely surroundings.
My daughter is already talking about going back.
Catching up with a very good friend
Beautiful restaurant and food. The staff were excellent. Amazing service. We will definitely be coming back x
