The restaurant is always great. I had the Bao buns for lunch, which were good. The peppers were a bit too spicy for me and I love spicy food. It would be good to offer a little bit of hot sauce in leiu or in addition to the fresh peppers.
Wine extremely overpriced!!!
Allan was our server and was very attentive. We were seated by a party of 4 that were kind of loud, so we had to strain to hear each other. We both enjoyed our brunch and drinks! Thank you.
Amazing brunch! The ambiance was quaint and food was excellent. Our service (shout out to Anya who was fantastic) was wonderful too! Highly recommend!
Everything was great once again!
A pleasant dinner in a nice intimate setting. The service was very good and the food tasty.
This is an amazing place! The atmosphere is amazing. The food is delicious and the service is perfect.
Party next to us was extremely loud and seats are very close to each other which isn’t my favorite. My hubby has trouble hearing in crowds so that made things difficult with the volume of the part next to us. That being said, food was excellent and service was good. I would go again and hope I wasn’t seated next to the same people 😂
A perfect, relaxed setting with great food and a great dog theme. I was dining with a vegetarian friend and she had plenty of menu options to choose from, as did I (as a meat eater).
Food was delicious but it was very crowded. Next time, I will go when they are NOT offering bottomless cocktails.
They did not sit me on time reserved through app , it was delayed.
Best pork belly ever, always.
Great food as always, however we booked our reservation at 11 and weren’t seated until 11:30 which was frustrating waiting in such a small entry way. Otherwise great service!
Great food. Always love brunch. Sat near some frat boys who love to hear themselves talk loudly. Its extra special when they add profanity. Doesn't take away from the taste of the food. Besides it's adjacent to a college campus so to be expected furthermore, accepted. Won't stop me from.coming....just buyer beware:)
Outstanding per usual!
For Saturday lunch we waited 15 minutes to be seated, then an additional 30 minutes before we were able to order, despite repeated requests to our waiter. My husband had to go upstairs to the bar to find our waiter and physically accompany him back to our table so that we could place our order. The food came 30 minutes later and was fine but by then everyone was so upset that the meal was ruined. We would never go back.
We really enjoyed our first visit to White Dog. We were also very happy that we made reservations because it was packed, even for lunch.
The bottomless drinks for $18 dollars makes for a fun day with friends, and the delicious food is a plus on top. Every room is different so it always keeps the place interesting no matter if its your first time in or your 10th.
Service could have been a bit more attentive and professional, but still very pleasant experience.
Love the decor and the benches are really comfortable.
Loud, obnoxious company sitting next to us throughout most of the dinner, within a small room which made the noise even louder.
I've ordered the burger with truffle fries before, but this time the burger was cold and the fries were soggy, quite unimpressed. It was embarrassing to bring my friend to this venue after raving about it from my previous 3 experiences with others. Not sure what was going on but don't plan on returning anytime soon for another $80 cold/soggy meal.
Good parts - our waitress was sweet and let us sit in after our meal and the restaurant had closed while they were cleaning; and parking was readily available on the street for an 8:30 pm reservation
Food was fantastic. I loved the different rooms and the feel of each room. I was a little disappointed by the service initially. Even though I made a reservation, my daughter and I still had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. Then it was another 10 to 15 minutes before the server came to give us water for our table. After that it got better.
Great place for lunch. Can be noisy
We had brunch in the middle of the Sunday crush, so things seemed to be stressed. The coffee arrived cold, the orange juice warm, probably due to the delay in getting the drinks out. Service was slower than I anticipated even considering the crowd.
Food was good, but not great. I certainly expected something more remarkable than what was served. Our party of three had a variety of starters and entrees, although all of them arrived at the same time. The one omelet was cold, as if it too were waiting for the rest of the food to be delivered.
Had a reservation for 12:15 and was not seated until 12:50. Food was cold when served.
The food and service was amazing! I will promptly need to come back for brunch. The biscuits and gravy was an amazing side to my red velvet churro waffles. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Had not been there in close to 30 years and all was as I remembered - great food and great atmosphere.
Our reservation was at 7:15 and our food arrived at 9pm. The order was incorrect when it finally arrived.
Food was amazing! Service was amazing as well!
Perfect evening. Servers helped each other, food and drink was terrific! Just a great experience.
Cheese plate was a nice starter, burgers with fries were tasty and salad added a great mix of flavors!
Drinks were also terrific and mostly local.
Excellent fish. Server was friendly, anticipated our wants and brought dishes quickly. Very pleasant experience.
Nice ambience. Delicious food. Very inventive. Excellent service. Beautiful restaurant
Delightful atmosphere, good food, pleasant, welcoming staff. Nothing not to like.
Many of the food items were not available.
Even with reservations, there always seems to be a lengthy wait to be seated at a table. Over 30 minutes with a lunch res.
Food always sounds terrific on the menu but falls a little short on the plate. Example #1: Avocado BLT...not a difficult dish to execute, but this had lots of bread and not very much in the middle. Not even very much sauce on the bread. The bacon was tasty but not much of it on the sandwich. You’d think a BLT would have a decent amount of B. Example #2: Catfish sandwich...small piece of fish. Sure, if your charging $7 or $8 then maybe shouldn’t be that big. But these dishes are upwards of $16+.
On a positive note, the chips and truffle fries were excellent.
Probably won’t go back...seems to be a consistent theme...but it’s always busy. I’m sure they won’t miss us.
Valentines Day brunch went perfect! We will definitely be back soon! The restaurant is super clean, unique and modern!
An excellent brunch offering that is creative without being crazy. The space is cozy and comfy, too. The restrooms are smidge snug; not sure how a large person could fit in those spaces. Overall, fabulous and we'll be back!
White Dog is a great package for a weekend or week night meal. Eclectic decor, solid menu with plenty to offer all palettes- and consistent so you can rely on getting your favorites. Service if attentive. Lamb Bolognese is rich, beet salad is fresh and plentiful.
Food and service was amazing! Definitely must try the red velvet churro waffles before they change their seasonal menu!
Beautiful place I came here with my husband, the food was great, but we didn’t get a nice waitress I almost requested a different person but I didn’t want stress on my morning.
Excellent food and service.
