This place was so fabulous we ate there two nights in a row!
Consistency in each dish. Wonderful flavors and creativity. The service was awesome and they accommodated a party of 12 with very minimal (less than 30 Min) notice. I cannot say enough about them. Thank you!
I might recommend Wild Thyme. Enrique, our waiter was good, the hostess was good, the omelet station was good. The noise level was very loud because of the wind factor no one was eating outside. Regarding the buffet, there were bagels, cream cheese, chopped egg and onion, but unfortunately the smoked salmon was missing -- that would have been nice.
Mark, the manager, and Vincent, our waiter, were so great! They really cared about us and our experience. The hanger steak was fabulous and the shrimp appetizer was exceptional. We will return many times
I saw an ad on IG and thought we’d go for happy hour.
FYI HH is only available at the bar. So we sat outside on the patio overlooking the beach and ordered a couple of apps.
The Bacon and Corn Bread was the 2nd best bacon I’ve ever eaten. It hangs from a pin and drizzles the jalapeño corn bread with honey.
We also had the Eggplant Parmesan Stack. It was cooked perfectly.
We are going back Sunday to try the Grilled Octopus and the Tuna Sliders.
Our server was Jake and he was exceptional.
Slapping on gratuity, and there is nothing to be grateful for, drinks are way over price and food is just ok and also way overprice, waiter does not care about you, serve food and does not care about you, and slap you with an over price bill, truly dissatisfied
First time trying this restaurant at the Atlantic Hotel - very pleased with the service, location, and quality of the food on the Sunday Feast Brunch Buffet. We will definitely be going back!
The brunch buffet was plentiful, unusual and very delicious. Our server, Lin, was very gracious and professional!
Vincent was a fabulous waiter! Our dinner was delicious!
This is a lovely, little known restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale in the Atlantic Hotel. I wish there were more like it. Food is delicious, beautifully prepared and presented, and service impeccable. Just a total treat. So glad to have a delicious choice other than yet another Italian restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Give it a try, you won't be sorry!
Everything was delicious service was great. very interesting menu
We had a great time!!
Basically ignored by servers
Great Sunday Brunch Buffet. They have a nice buffet and a nice selection of tapas that can be ordered and served fresh all apart of the brunch buffet.
My reservation was for 10:45. I had to wait quite a bit to be seated and when we were there was only brunch menus at the table. No one had come to check on us and other tables were seated after and had their orders taken. We decided to leave and told the hostess of our dissatisfaction.
The wait staff were very lovely and hospitable and clearly trying. However, the food was bland and just not good. Certainly not what you expect from a high end restaurant. It had no flavor, and I got tuna sliders and the buns were actually stale. It was a shame because I've been wanting to go for a while.
We waited over 30 minutes for our table. It was a windy rainy night yet the hostess kept trying to seat us outdoors, which we did not want. After an hour wait the appetizers arrived. They were cold. Dinner arrived 30 minutes later. Also cold. Inedible. Waiter never brought bread although we asked twice for it. He also never refilled any water or asked if we needed new drinks. The owner never appeared to apologize for this lousy meal. He was said to be hiding in the kitchen. If there was a way to leave zero stars this dining experience that would certainly be the rating. One star is too high. Don’t waste your time or money. There are much better restaurants nearby
Great place and nice atmosphere. When for date night with another couple and all of us really enjoyed our food. Service was also great. Would definitely go back again.
The food was very poor. We made a reservation but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Very disappointing.
I'm on the fence how to review this place. We tried phoning for hours to make a reservation with no answer. Fortunately, Open Table worked for us. When we arrived and told the hostess (Authorette?) about not being able to get through on the phone she unsmilingly waved her hand (at the nearly empty restaurant interior) and said: "because we are working". It wasn't an impressive welcome.
The interior, while attractive, had absolutely no ambience. No music playing, no good smells coming from the kitchen and very few patrons, so we chose to sit outside. Proceeded with brunch on the terrace which has a beautiful ocean view and comfortable wooden booths. Our server, a very friendly, efficient and helpful young blonde woman was great - but we saw a few other servers who were not smiling or friendly at all. Most of them appeared annoyed and we even heard the table next to us commenting that they picked the wrong table due to getting an unfriendly waitress.
2 out of 4 of the dishes were very good (Banana French Toast & Thai Wings). The 17 Burger was perfectly cooked but the accompanying KaleSlaw was brown with wilted edges and tasted old. The Crab Cake Eggs Benedict was not good at all. The Hollandaise sauce color and flavor were off and the Crab Cakes were mainly filler. They were not finished and no one asked how our food was. They did keep pouring drinks though. The bottomless Mimosas & Bellinis were a good value and well made. Our server allowed us to switch our choices each round and it was nice to be able to try something different.
Overall it was a mixed bag of mostly good food and service, overshadowed by a few surly servers. Being located in a hotel they can probably get away with doing that to tourists; but being locals, we probably won't be back.
It’s was good except we reserved outdoor seating and they had many open 4 tops but said we would have to wait for
2 top In Case more people came. We sat inside and the 4 tops never filled up while we were there. Really stupid concept... make people who are there and ready so spend money, just in case a party of 4 shows up. Breakfast was good, but we decided not to return for dinner because of this policy.
Great location right on las olas beach. Well spaced tables and food was pretty good. Not blown away by some entrees but great value and perfect for a date night. Cocktails we're really good. Came on Valentines night so service was delayed. Besides that it would've been a 5 star.
Everything was a "yes". Sarah was one of the best servers we have ever had. Food was all delicious. Traffic a bit oisy, but ice Urban Beach feel. In the beautiful Atlantic Hotel, 3hrs free valet parking. Nuff said?
Food and service were perfect
