Rude waiter - a table offered to pay for a homeless mans food/hot drink and he was horrible to the homeless man when they was about 30 mins before closing. It was awful to see.

Took ages to put a football game on as we had to ask a few times. All the servers seemed like they was rushing everyone out. Only will return again because of chicken wings lol but never have a good experience of customer service and I’ve been around 4/5 times.

Once we received our food and drinks, i had no issues with the quality or presentation however it took over 45 minutes to get one drink order to our table.

The best place to get really good food in Preston

Food was lovely and excellent portion size, staff were very friendly and the whole place was COVID safe and very clean

We've been a few time before but this time I was disappointed. My chips were cold on arrival and there was little to no chicken on my sandwich. No members of staff around to say anything either. The whole ordering online thing although necessary has made some places lose customer service skills. I'll put this down to them having to close again but for £45 I won't be rushing back.

Great food , just when using app to order drinks could take up to 10min to arrive

Ordered 2 drinks after ordering food, only 1 drink went through the system, but got charged for 2. Spoke to the barman who rectified the order after I showed proof of being charged. Great place, would highly recommend.

Went for a meal with my hubby as we love the food and atmosphere in here, staff very friendly and helpful. The app for ordering worked really well.
Enjoyed my last meal out for at least a month. Can't wait to go back again.

Really enjoyed it - been before and great food and loved the private booth.

Only minor consideration - forgotten. Part of the order, had to ask for the chicken wings to be warmed up (think they’d been sat under the heater counter too long) they replaced this with a fresh new bowl, couple of drinks on menu advertised but not on app and not available 🤷‍♀️ But very helpful service and inspite of the above once again enjoyed the food and the footy.

Oh the chilli and nachos was very average - wouldn’t order that again.

I would go back - the buffalo wings are too good 👍🏼

The waitress was lovely and friendly and so hopeful. Service was quick and the food was lovely! We took advantage of the 241 cocktails and they was also very nice! 10/10 overall and we will definitely be back again when we can!

Love coming to Wings and Beer, some of the best burgers and wings in Preston!

Good covid safety measures in place

Amazing will be back soon!! My first beer wasn’t right and after I’d given feedback it was taken off so guessing there was an issue with it. Other than that the team are doing a fantastic job!!

Loved the decor of the place and the staff were friendly. Food did take a long time. 45 minutes from ordering to get two burgers.
I felt there wasn't enough sauce on the burger seen as it was supposed to have Chipotle bbq sauce on it.
Both our burgers were the same price however mine was twice the size with two patties. Didn't mention this in the menu.
Overall would come back again and maybe try something different as the place is a pretty cool area to hang out.

Overall very good, would be nice to maybe have an option to order less than 15 wings, as 15 is a lot as a minimum order.

Excellent food. Very strict on the COVID-19 rules which made us feel safe and secure. Only issue was that we were near the front door and the two of my eating companions felt it was cold.

Came on Wed 21st after booking a table. Couldn't use my phone to order so had table service. The young girl who served was brilliant and very hard working, as was the young lad too. Food was absolutely delicious. My partner had the Lancaster Red ale and loved it. With the restrictions we gave now everything is very well organised and very well run. All in all fantastic.

Lovely food as always, good to see the place with a few tables filled as well.

We booked thinking that as a sports bar we would be able to watch and hear the football - disappointed that the football commentary wasn't played and instead the commentary being heard related to an american football game that we couldn't see on any screen.

Unfortunately the sky sports PPV didn’t work and if I hadn’t already ordered my food on the ap I would of left.
That said the food was really nice ant the staff were very efficient, polite and friendly

Great Menu with lots of Quirky choices, the food was nice but quite expensive for 2 burgers and some chicken wings.
The service was great, we called to book but were redirected to the website. When we got there the server showed us to our table and advised us to order on the app - which is difficult since there was no data signal and the WiFi wasn’t very responsive. The only time we saw the server since he sat us was to put the food down and that was it, no check back to make sure it was okay. It wasn’t at all busy so we just feel that we could have had a bit more customer service.

I’ll start with the positives; all COVID procedures in place so you feel safe on entering to be seated at your table. Nice ambiance to the bar with lots of screens to watch various sports. Great choices on the menu which is ordered via the app from your table. It was very quiet but it was a Wednesday afternoon. I ordered a burrito with sweet potato fries and my partner ordered a burger with a side of wings. Great so far. I’d asked for a high top table so we’d been seated at one opposite the bar; great no problem, but, the owner of the restaurant was conducting a business meeting at the next table with the restaurant manager and my partner and I found this to be not only distracting but extremely unprofessional. Their conversation was completely audible and just not what you want to hear when trying to enjoy a relaxing lunch. My partner realised that his wings hadn’t come with the usual blue cheese sauce. As he remarked on this obviously it was overheard by the manager in the next door table and he remarked that the sauce was only available for an extra charge of 50 pence. I don’t remember seeing this on the menu? Maybe he could have just brought some over? I think that the owner should seriously consider if conducting his business meetings in full view and earshot of his diners is conducive with a happy, relaxed and welcoming environment? I also felt that the other staff members were intimidated by his presence under the circumstances? Just my opinion.

The food is amazing and comes quickly, there is a great range of drinks (but these are a bit more expensive). We went for the England game and the atmosphere was amazing! Definitely recommend the boneless wings

Everything was perfect except the app to order was a bit complicated and stopped working half way through the night.

This place is quite pricey for food that isn't all that great.
If the happy hour was extended to weekend days, it would be much better.
Service was fantastic and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
However, the prices charged for the unremarkable food can't justify me coming to Wings&Beer again.

It’s been our second visit and already looking forward to our third! My only criticism was the WiFi wouldn’t work so we struggled to place an order, other then that was lovely!

Amazing time at Wings and Beer, first time being in since lockdown and it was great to see social distancing and covid guidelines being followed while also still having a great atmosphere inside and the staff were as friendly as ever.

Wings and beer is always a great experience! Food is brilliant and great beer choices! Staff are always lovely and friendly!
