Me and my partner visit every week without fail as the food here is 10/10, Wicked atmosphere and the staff go above and beyond. They are very polite. Make sure to try the new desserts! Out of this world :)

I'm not new to wing shack. I don't understand why they would take the best things off the menu. No jerk wings, no halloumi fries, no Oreo milkshake, no rum punch, the southern fried wings were also not on the menu and the no-name brand can drink's and small apple juice was £2.50 each, are u serious?. Why do this? If I had known this before visiting, I would have gone somewhere else. Also, I had to wait a long time for my food to arrive. When the alternative food choices came, they were nice, but not better than what was off the menu. The staff blamed covid, stop it, this is about favourite foods not being on your menu. We were disappointed this time, please fix up guys.

Food was amazing, the buffalo burger (without blue cheese) was so good chicken crispy still as you bit in. Wings very nice even the Cajun fries were lovely, girlfriend loved hers too

We booked ahead for a table of 4 , was told on arrival that our table wasn’t ready and could we wait on another table until the booth was ready. Once the booth was ready we asked to move to that as it wasn’t comfortable seating where we were . Got told that we couldn’t and they then gave a 4 seater booth to one person that walked in without a booking . Service was awful and the attitude of the waitresses was poor . We Went to go up and order food and all vegetarian options were unavailable due to shortages . We have been many times previously and have really enjoyed it , they also appear to have stopped doing their wing Wednesday promotion which is a bit frustrating. Won’t be going back.

Great food cooked really well with great variety of flavours . We came here for my dads birthday ( who loves a beer) unfortunately we wouldn’t return for a special occasion it’s not really a restaurant more of a quick in & out experience , the drink options was very poor & you just take from the fridge & drink from the can ( like a cafe) seating area was cramped for 6 of us dining. A pitcher of beer & some glasses with an attentive waitress would have made an experience. No dessert options either

I used to go to Wing Shack all the time. There has clearly been a change in management. The food took ages to come & when it arrived it was cold. It’s a real shame as it was one of my favourite spots.

AVOID DURING THE WEEK!!! Cut backs with staff, portion size and general manners during the week compared to the weekend. Second experience of this happening here, so unfortunately not just a one off. Visiting during the weekend is much more advised. Starting off by getting the wrong wing order, after explaining and asking what flavours they have in stock (as half of the usual sauces weren’t available, possibly another money saver tactic?) they still managed to get it wrong! Having to go back and explain the situation again, the boy working in the back was extremely rude, not understanding and essentially sat and starred for the entire meal! This happening after he aggressively threw the wings into my table. Whilst asking the waitress what was asked at each and every occasion. Both weekend waitresses and chefs seem to be a lot more polite and welcoming, never having experienced any of these issues on a Saturday or Sunday. Possibly mew staff? Both high standards of the weekend team and extremely poor standards during the week are evident to see. As for portion size.. the wing speaks for itself. (No it is not a giant sauce pot!)

First time visiting wingshack, myself and my friend were greeted by a lovely waitress. She was very attentive and the food was amazing! The chipotle island bbq wings had a different “zing” to them with the sweetness, honey sesame boneless bites were popping liked the texture! BBQ wings were sweet & satisfying. Had both normal fries and sweet potato fries with a luscious garlic and herb dip! Definitely will be back to try more of wingshack co’s tasty food!

Fantastic food and halal! Will be my go to place when I need a wings fix. The chicken burger and the loaded chips were so tasty too! Irena was really friendly and gave us useful tips on what to order.

Irene was really helpful and caring, even though it was quite busy she ensured that our order was taken swiftly and made sure we were not waiting around trying to catch the attention of staff. The fruit punch is amazing and so are the honey sesame flavoured wings, 10/10

The food was excellent as usual but the table booking system is atrocious. Booked table for 19:15. Arrived at 19:00 and was seated at 19:45. Food arrived about 30 minutes after that.
