Food was kind of bland and the portions were small. I had the stir fry and felt there was barely any chicken.

I marked down on the reservation that it was a birthday and they came out with a free dessert without me even mentioning it to the waiter. Great job

We were sat in what looked like an over flow room with a wobbly table. It felt super cramped and people kept bumping into my purse, so I finally put it on the floor. My husbands drink was wrong. Our app hit the table well after meal- which took 45 min. The server was overly friendly and keep telling us she knew “we were a cool couple” while she leaned into us. It was just odd..
The sauce on top of the roll looked like it was definitely sitting under a heat lamp because it was a dark orange and when I put my chopstick into the sauce it was the normal creamy orange underneath. My husbands food wasn’t very hot.
It just kinda sucked. :( I’ve been trying to convince my husband to come here for dinner forever because typically it’s a good time. But, man, it was kinda awful and now I’ll never get him back.
I’ve been in the industry forever... (15 yrs) next time, please properly staff for a holiday. I feel like the servers were running around like crazy. It seemed like a mess.

Just okay, nice location. Needs to be updated- starting to look rundowns. This could be a easy place to make romantic but it needs to be redone- add candles.

Chicken on Asian salad was dry. Waitress was alone so had to wait for her to walk by from bar to ask for a knife. Service was slow due to only one server at 3 pm.

While it was very busy(1st time karaoke), and obviously understaffed, our bartender/server Tyson did a great job. It was a slower start, but then we never sat with empty drinks or dirty dishes. The manager also was great at pitching in around the bar. I watched him in service bar, bringing out food, as well as helping bus tables. I even saw the owner helping. I was thrilled the karaoke was contained to another room, as I’m not a fan. But overall it was a great experience as usual.

They couldn’t figure out what table to put us at because of their big parties and being sold out. By the time we left half the place was empty. Service was slow and sparse. Took staff 15 minutes to adjust lighting going from glaring to dim and back again. By the time the 3rd guy jumped on the light switches he finally figured it out. Every other open table reservation we have made where we mention it’s a special occasion god restaurants mention that and provide well wishes. This place nothing not even a thank you for joining us. This was my 3rd time here and sadly my last. Took a very significant evening for me and made it regrettable.

We used to visit Wok N Fire all the time, and it's been a while since our last visit. Our server was rushed in almost an aggressive fashion when we first sat down, and our service after ordering was extremely slow. Our appetizer was incredibly salty, and our other food arrived before we could say anything. My wrinkled green beans were swimming in almost an inch of oil.
I'd come back here if and only if there's some improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at Wok N Fire last Sunday. The food was all so hot and fresh. It was so good. Our server Jeffet did a great job and was very attentive and professional. We were also greeted by the manager Octavio. Overall it was a really great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Three of us arrived at 5:30 for a 5:45 reservation. The host did not seem to be able to find our reservation. He asked us three times how many were in our party. His white shirt was hanging outside his trousers and it did not appear that his shirt was designed to remain untucked. He was disheveled and disoriented. We were seated after a brief wait at the front desk and promptly greeted by a male greeter. He asked if we wanted to order drinks. We told him we needed time to get comfortable at the table. A waiter later appeared. He also asked us if we wanted to order drinks. We pointed out that there was no drink menu on the table. He left and returned a bit later with apologies and a drink menu. He left us alone again to ponder drinks and came back again after a bit of a wait and we ordered drinks and an appetizer. Long wait for both. Then they arrived. One ginger ale drink was fine as was the second of our drinks. The third, another ginger ale drink, did not seem to have any alcohol in it. We did not make an issue of it. A female customer at a neighboring table, however, sent back her drink complaining that there was no alcohol in it. After observing that customer's complaint about her drink, we regretted not sending back our one drink. Appetizers arrived. The were scrumptious. Entrees arrived and were delicious. Waiter was efficient and friendly. We did not order dessert. We used a gift card and cash to pay. Our departure was uneventful. Bottom line: good food; atrocious service. Had it not been that we had a gift card, we might have registered our dissatisfaction with the service with the "owner" when he paid us a courtesy visit before we left.

We waited for 15 minutes without any greeting or server at our table. Approached a manager and was told someone would be right over. Waited some more and were given the explanation that it was an uncovered section since someone didn't show up, bit they were going to "Help us out" by giving us another server. The girl we got was not very attentive, but I assume its because she had a full section elsewhere in the restaurant and lost track of us. With that said, the bus boy actually took better care of us than the manager or server. He even took care of drink refills. About half way through our meal, another table got sat next to us and were left unacknowledged for an extremely long time as well. It wasn't until we pointed it out that anyone bothered to help them. A manager should be on top of those situations when short staffed and get it figured out instead of leaving people with a half assed experience. When making the reservation we noted q birthday, that was not acknowledged either. Food was good.

The food and service were excellent but the cosmopolitans were horrible. We had to sent them back and the new ones were just as bad. We are regular customers and the cosmos are just a part of the experience, so it was disappointing. We will obviously be back as we love the food, hopefully better cosmos are just around the corner.

We went for a birthday and I had specified that on my open table reservation but it was never acknowledged. It felt more like we had just walked in without a reservation. We did have to wait a few minutes. I understand it was busy but the service was mediocre. Things seemed a little rushed.

The only thing I have to complain about is the check. I was given the check before we even finished dinner. Asked for desert, was given the updated check with the dessert. Was asked several times if everything was ok and if she could take the check. Would say “no rush” then come ask me if she could take the check. Was with my son his wife and my granddaughter who I see not very often. Was getting frustrating. There was no line waiting to be seated and was plenty of tables available. Maybe take a more European stance on checks. Bring it when asked...
