Hyped up to be a fine dining experience, not quite, understaffed and hence slow service, main plates arrived but a good 5mins before our vegtables and sides arrived. Food was ok but nothing special at all, not really worthy of the price tag but you have little choice if staying in the hotel which we were. Hotel and restaurant are very well decorated and it’s a lovely building but it doesn’t back it up I’m afraid.

We dined at the Wolff Grill to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The staff were so kind and considerate. It really did feel very special. The food is superb, the atmosphere very calm and welcoming and the staff very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely return!

Our meal was excellent. One of us had the blackened salmon and the other an 8-oz. fillet. Both were seasoned excellently and thoroughly enjoyable the Creme Brulé was delicious and made a great way to end our dining experience.

The staff were wonderful. The starter of mussels was very good. The main course of roast beef was not edible it was so overcooked and dry. They were kind enough to take it off the bill. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the restaurant manager. I would say this is one of the best meals we have ever eaten. Loved everything and we would travel to eat here again.

The table was not cleared during our meal - glasses weeewft through out We had to wait for one meal Drinks orders took 30 minutes to arrive The most shocking was the lack of nuts declared on the menu - despite making it clear on the booking that the birthday girl was a nut allergy sufferer so when she ordered the apple crumble the response was - oh it has cashews so you can have fruit salad To say I was disappointed that my daughter was upset on her birthday dinner but the carelessness shown by your staff I paid the bill explained I would not leave a tip - didn’t get any acknowledgment that I was listened to

It took 3 times to get a plain vodka martini correct. List of vodka included Grey Goose, all out. First came vodka on the rocks, next highball glass no rocks, finally ordered house vodka (sweet) martini correctly made. French onion soup, no cheese, also thickened with what appeared to be corn starch. Main course: Thai curry. Red yellow green peppers & onions. Sauce was ok. Rice was decent. Partner had chicken was ok & eatable. First server was a Nightmare. Partner complained to front podium. Second server better but felt rushed. Very expensive not worth it
