Lovely food, drink and service as always.
Booked our table for 8.30 but was not ready unit 9.15pm, put a slight taint on the evening unfortunately.
Lovely food table right by the kitchen which was great, a bit expensive with lunch menu and prix fixe offers better value. Atmosphere really good
Can’t find anything to fault.
Food was amazing and quick and friendly service
The food is amazing, if a bit expensive. I would recommend the wreckfish
Lunch very pricey at £99 for two from the a lacatre menu. The price included 1 bottle of still water, 1 soft drink 1 glass of wine. The only complaint about the food served. The Parmesan truffle chips were inedible. It tasted like they had been salted as well as being coated in Parmesan. Both of us left them. All starter main and desert consumed and nice albeit overpriced.
Amazing food and service. Would highly recommend!!
Altogether a very pleasurable experience. Excellent service in a very pleasant room, with gorgeous food created by highly visible chefs. Nothing to fault.
Great experience, slightly spoiled by an inconsiderate diner leaving the hot water tap on in the bathroom and flooding the downstairs loos, not cool for the staff during a busy service.
Love this place the food was so good we had a starter main and dessert and all of them were perfect. This was the best meal I have had in a resturant for years. Looking forward to going again soon.
Great service from attentive staff throughout. Very relaxed atmosphere, prompt service and above all great food.
Went for the first time with my wife for a date night. Excellent food and very trendy restaurant. Would highly recommend!!
Great food and service as always , we asked for a specific table online and got it no problem,
Second time here and excellent again. Food is incredible, service perfect and all in a nice, relaxed atmosphere.
We found Wrekfish on the good food guide 2020 and decided to give it a go - it was relaxing and comfortable with amazing food, staff were very personable, would definitely return & recommend
Our first visit to Wreckfish having been given a voucher as a birthday present. Booking was easy and we were able to park directly outside the entrance which suited us perfectly as my wife is ambulant disabled. On arrival we were greeted by James & Katie who showed us to our table and explained the alternative menus on offer at lunchtime. My wife selected feather blade of beef and I had salmon, both of which were excellent. However the real highlight for me was the tonka bean creme brûlée which I would highly recommend. A very enjoyable lunch and one we look forward to repeating.
The food was cooked well and good portions but I think from reading previous reviews I had expected more, I found it was just average.
I took consultants from London to Wreckfish. They were astounded at the food quality and equally were furious they hadn’t discovered it previously.
We ate - pate and pigs cheek starters and the halibut and feather blade with house red. It was phenomenal. Please don’t go to a chain restaurant go here and treat yourself to some amazing food from passionate people who care about your evening. The staff are a joy, present without being omnipresent and they’re lovely people
Enjoyed the meal although felt it was very slightly over salted (fed this back at the time) and atmosphere was a bit empty probably because it was a Sunday just after the Festive season. Nice setting and I’d be happy to dine here again.
Sunday dinner.... couldn’t complain about anything
Would come back and try other items off the menu
Great food once again and the service is always really good.
Always a really nice atmosphere in the restaurant wherever you end up sat.
Will certainly be returning!
Overall a great meal and a great location
Carrots were excellent the duck super
A fantastic birthday lunch with friendly environment and service and excellent food.
Gorgeous food. Great wine & cocktail list
Stunning food, great atmosphere for a sophisticated meal
Great restaurant with good atmosphere and excellent service. The food was fabulous. Not the cheapest but the beef shank was divine.
Exceptional Food with original recipes.
Very attentive staff without being overly so.
Simply wonderful. One of the best restaurants in Liverpool.
Fantastic food. Great choices. Well presented. Excellent staff.
Stunning food & cocktails. Feather blade beef was cooked to perfection. The parmesan chip Honeycomb dessert was the most delicious dessert I have ever tasted.
Booked in for Sunday lunch and enjoyed three courses for £25 which i thought was excellent value. We chose the beef and the pork - both beautiful!
It was superb, not rushed just good attentive service.
Food was superb, Duck hearts, Featherblade of Beef, Ginger cake for me
Hubby had Smoked haddock fish cakes, Lamb and After 8 dessert.
Loads to drink, good atmosphere and would definitely go back
This is the 2nd time I have visited this month and the 1st time was great hence whilst I took friends back and it didn’t disappoint. Food is fabulous, bit pricey but if food is good what the heck.
Amazing French onion soup, delicious pork osso bucco, friendly staff, our first visit and will be happy to return.
Fab evening with amazing food, great wine and lovely staff
Fantastic restaurant, food beautiful, atmosphere lovely and relaxed. Second visit, loved every minute!
The place is just perfect, I go whenever I'm in town after crowdfunding it a while back. Top handful of restaurants I've ever eaten and easily best value
Lovely restaurant... food very nice
Would definitely come again
Food a bit over salted that’s why it’s not a 5 star otherwise excellent
Lovely calm ambience. Great menu ..... difficult to choose. All 4 of us made great choices & washed down with very tasty kiwi sav blanc. Will definitely visit again when next in Liverpool
