On arrival we were given a table downstairs which we had no problem with to begin with. However it proved to not be a great position. We were right under the speakers which both during the live music and the dj meant we couldn't hold any sort of conversation with one person in our party unable to hear any of what we were saying. When our food arrived my husband received the wrong order and my order arrived with the dressing on it which had been requested on the side. I sent mine back whilst my husband decided to try his. When mine arrived back not only was there still dressing on it but seemingly more on it. My husband could not eat the dish he had been given so both were sent back again. When the correct dishes arrived however they were delicious. We were given our meal complimentary afterwards which we did not ask for but went a long way towards making up for the mix up. As well as been given the managers card for a future visit. I felt that the issue was dealt with very well and we were very happy with it. However my main issue was with the high volume level of music during the live music. I understand once a dj is on it is expected and welcomed. I just feel that during a meal service when people want to eat and talk it could definitely be lowered to a more acceptable level to allow for conversation. Overall I would return again but would definitely request a table upstairs.

Food was delicious and good value however waiting time to get a food, and then waiting time to get dessert it was extremely long, to wait around half an hour to get a piece of cake i think is way too long.

Booked a table at 8pm for business dinner. Food and service was excellent. However, the music was far too loud. Impossible to have a conversation. We did ask the waitress to move us to a table as far away from the music as possible. She did this immediately, but it was still impossible to have a conversation. I could understand if the music started at 9 or 10pm, but 8pm was totally unexpected. The interesting thing was that anyone there for dinner all looked amazed that the music was so loud and left as soon as they finished their meal, as did we. I didn't notice anything on the website when booking to indicate that there was live music or that it would be so loud. As already said, the food and service were excellent. Definitely would not be returning.

The best thing about the cafe bar was not the food even though the food was mouth watering good but it was the service. The service was absolutely amazing by all staff members that we spoke to we were treated very special by everyone. We had an amazing night in the cafe bar thanks to the staff and having delicious food and drink certainly helped!

Apologies this has taken me so long but I attended your bar on the 18th of January and I cannot compliment the team enough. My special mention goes out to Caroline. She was just so lovely and made us feel so welcome. It was a special occasion and she really made us feel very special indeed. The complimentary Prosecco was such a lovely thought and very unexpected.
Myself and my family our regulars in wrights and you never let us down. I'm sure we will be in for another occasion very soon.

Kind regards,
Niamh Keating

Overall was a good experience, exept for a waitress, Alina, who was being rude with the group. Apart from that, the night was excellent and all the other members of staff very friendly.

Brilliant service! Got looked after so well by staff who were all very friendly. We all got Prosecco complimentary as it was my birthday which was lovely and made it special. They also facilitated a birthday cake which was brought by one of my friends. Great service and Shannon our waitress was really friendly.

When we arrived staff were not aware of our booking, thankfully I had printed off the booking form, they sqeezed us in to a table however as per booking we had requested an intimate area. I asked could we move to another area & was advised once we were gone by 9pm as was booked, sorry but so am I??? Anyway we were moved & staff were very friendly & food was delicious.

Following on from our food we moved to your wine bar next door, where I order my usual Vodka only to be handed on two occasions water!!!! When bar man was confronted about this his excuse was he was tired????? We left shortly after this.
