Yardbird Southern Table & Bar - Los Angeles
I've been to all of the locations and for some reason my food was not as tasty as the other locations.
Hands down the most amazing fried chicken I’ve ever had! Great drinks and service too!
I didn’t care for their spicy chicken or macaroni and cheese. My friend loved both. She got reg(not spicy) chicken. Way overpriced for mediocre food.
The food at Yardbird is very delicious. We had the popcorn shrimp which was served on a huge bed of popcorn, as well as the BLT and the signature fried chicken. The issue I have with this place is the cost of an a la carte 1/2 of a chicken. At best, at a high end organic free-range (this chicken was massaged and hand-fed) scenario, you might pay maybe $10 a pound, right? For a half of a chicken they charged $26!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh by the way that is without any side, bread or garnish. That is outrageous. Clearly they have a big rent to make.
The food was under seasoned. The waiter was nice but inattentive. He forgot our drink order and we waited for 20 more minutes before getting the check.
Went for my birthday! Delicious food and a wonderful server who took wonderful care of us.
Phenomenal experience!!! The food was delicious and Tamika was extraordinary! I would definitely recommend and return!
Our entire dining experience was excellent. The service, food and atmosphere was impeccable. We will definitely be back.
The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
Excellent food in ample portions. Terrific service.
Flavourless and expensive. Not nice. Not nice. Not nice.
Food was good and the service was excellent. We tried to order everything
I reserved outdoor seating and was given an
Uncomfortable table in front of the French fry machine, the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. The fried chicken was so good, and the spiced watermelon was a nice balance. The seasonal vegetables were tasty, just cold...not a big deal and I didn’t say anything. The mashed potatoes were tasty and shown some flare. The bbq ribs were tender and flavorful. The meal was good and the service was top-notch. The cost is very high for comfort food, but they have a huge rent and need to pay for the employees who appear very happy. Dinner for four without alcohol was $200+ - if you compare to Honey Kettle chicken in Culver City the food is pretty equal, it’s the experience and ambiance that gives you the reason to enjoy Yardbird.
Great food, friendly service. Server was great.
Perfect as always!!
Love Yard Bird. First time at this location but have been to Vegas multiple times. Love that they have gluten free fried chicken. Best of all it tastes like the real thing! Los Angeles location actually has more gluten free options then Vegas which was a nice surprise!
Our waiter Nick was amazing!!! Everyone there was great. The food and drinks were excellent.
Amazing spot! The service is sooo good and they are very accommodating and understanding. Three of my friends were running a few minutes late, and they still let us sit. The waiters are all very attentive and sweet! I had a great time:)
I had the collard greens and lobster Mac and cheese - both were excellent!!! The bourbon maple syrup on the scratch made biscuits was delicious. The entire staff and friendly and professional. Best meal I’ve had in a minute. I’ll be going back next weekend!
Love this place! Their food and drinks are consistently excellent. Especially, love the Southern food!
Our waitress was great, but the flies came out in abundance which made my husband and I pack up our good food to eat at home. Otherwise it was a good experience waiter and management was very accommodating and checked on us throughout our time there.
My meal was pretty average - a salad (wit way too much dressing) with salmon, iced tea and biscuits, and cost $40. Definitely not worth the price.
Had a great time, will definitely be back. Wish the hostess had remembered it was my birthday but grateful for the drink tickets they gave. Unfortunately I wont be able to use them because I'm almost 5 months pregnant lol. But will definitely be back food is too good not to return.
Sunday afternoon supper was delightful at Yard Bird. The Bourbon cocktails were surprisingly refreshing on a hot day. The menu offers excellent choices and interesting preparations (fried chicken, ribs). Great location, lovely staff, wonderful meal.
Overall the Yardbird was good, the hostess was not to friendly, but the servers were excellent!! We had a problem finding the location and drove around The Beverly Center a couple of times. We called to get the exact location and reached a recording that sounded like 1st St. instead of 3rd St. When we reached a live person she wasn't very nice. Just an FYI for anyone not familiar with the area, the Yardbird is located on the first floor of the Beverly Center next to the Farmhouse!
“If” I liked anything about the restaurant, it would be over shadowed by all of the flies and gnats we had to fight to eat our food!! I ordered shrimp and grits and it was wayyyyy to salty.
Dining experiences at the Beverly Center are expected to be of a better quality.
Was great and was made to felt special for my birthday
Amazing service from everyone. Food was outstanding. Easy to park.
Overall it was exceptional dining. Can't wait to go again.
Jordan was superb and the entire staff and management
I was visiting from NYC and wanted a nice brunch place in Beverly Hills and this place was incredible! Very cute (and instagrammable if you're looking for that), a little pricey, but the food was amazing. Get the biscuits and gravy
Service is excellent. Food was good. The owner/manager I think was very nice same as the waitress.
They even gave me a free dessert because of my birthday. However, the food was a little overpriced.
waiter was very nice - food was okay - chix looked really crispy but was greasy and not crisp on any piece - the waffles were not bad but could’ve been without the cheese and served with natural syrup - the ribs were tender and seasoned well - somethings are better in their natural state and don't need extra help - the fried green tomatoes with pork belly app was good - not sure if would return though especially for the prices!
Great service and good food. They knew it was my birthday based on my profile when I made the reservations and they brought me a free dessert.
The food was average nothing special.
A little touch of the South in L A. Fried Chicken awesome, Waffle, cold and hard, Watermelon no flavor... Mac N Cheese Fabulous.... Grits and Biscuits the Best...,
Food is ok at best. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. $48 for lobster Mac n cheese. The lobster was ok. The Mac n cheese was subpar. $26 for half fried chicken. The new fried chicken I had at Panda Express is way better. The fried tomato appetizer was ok. The best thing they had was the biscuit with butter and jam. Way overpriced for the lack of flavor. Server was nice.
