We enjoyed our evening at The Yarrow. Bar and dining room comfortable. Food good and service also
A lovely meal, the service was very good and the staff were excellent. All in all a lovely evening with friends.
Not the usual standard of service and my wife did not enjoy her lamb dish.
This is not a every day restaurant, its too good, but for special occasions its probably the best restaurant in Thanet, the service the food, every thing about it is superb.
Super pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food was fantastic. All three of us were really happy with our different choice. The salmon start was delicious the lamb main plentiful and the chocolate fondant to die for!
Menu was incorrect I was given the wrong meal side salad was half a red onion and so called chips was two slices of potato wife fish was not cook will not visit here again
Dear nickname, I was very sorry to hear of such poor feedback. I wonder if you spoke with the duty manager about this poor experience? If you did want to speak to me, please contact me on 01843 460100. Lee Osborn General Manager
Delicious dinner - would have given 5 stars except for the disappointing cheese course. Charming waitresses, pleasant comfortable surroundings. Great value for money. Thankyou very much
Excellent service and great food will come again and bring friends
Went for a late birthday due to lockdown. Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was great and cocktails were amazing
My partner and I had the tasting menu. When we have had this before we always had a choice between two kinds of meat for main course (which was chosen before being seated at your table). However last night there was no choice! It was just Lamb.
The salmon course could have been slightly bigger ( it was the size of my little finger nail) it was so very small that we could barely taste it.
They were very busy being the first night back inside after Covid restrictions so the service was slower than usual. Overall though it was lovely to get back out and eat great food.
Brilliant meal with fantastic service - highly recommend
Fabulous food, good value and attentive service. Shame no heaters or blankets were made available for evening outside dining.
Very, very nice food and service... we were there on a very cold cloudy day during partial restrictions which meant we had to dine in the garden... I'm sure this is a much more delightful option once things return to normal :)
So lovely! Last minute booking as so many outside dining places in Broadstairs were booked up but such a hidden gem and fabulous find. Amazing food, incredible service and they made it extra special by giving us a little dessert treat for our anniversary. Will definitely be back next time we are in Broadstairs!
Very nice lunch in the garden, hope it stays open after May 17th
Good food and service. It was lovely sitting in the garden and enjoying the sun.
Staff are so helpful and friendly. Garden setting pleasant but all depends on weather.
I enjoyed my fish and chips very fresh and tasty, prices reasonable. Took my Mum and Dad for lunch after not seeing them for 6 Months. Good outdoor space not overcrowded compared to near the Beach, peaceful we all enjoyed it.
Nice food, helpful staff, bit of a mix up with an order but it wasn't the end of the world. Whipped up a gluten free flat bread on request (which was delicious).
The staff were very attentive and the food was of the usual excellent standard. Everything felt Covid secure.
A lovely meal with excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble.
It was lovely! The food was yummy and the service was outstanding! We dined outdoors and the waiting staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and moved the heating lamps to accommodate. Lovely!
Food was excellent and really good value. Wine good too. Staff were really helpful welcoming and very respectful. Lovely restaurant
Lovely food, great service, great friendly staff, nice atmosphere, can't wait for it to reopen
Relaxed, well spaced out dinning area. Very good lunch menu. Simple and well executed food and a good wine list. The whole experience was very enjoyable and the waiting staff were excellent.
A beautiful dinner just before lockdown 2.0
We had a delicious meal and the staff were wonderful.
Would highly recommend and definitely will come back.
Had lunch with a friend. Set lunchtime menu which was good value. Something for all tastes.
Good wine list.
Excellent Covid precautions. Enjoyed.
Was a great night, attentive staff and good food. Staff were not too intrusive and everyone was good natured. Callum knew his wines really well and even made time to engage in conversation about them. We weren’t rushed and had our table for over three hours. Made my partners 50th very enjoyable. Must go here more often and would highly recommend to others.
We started with a wonderful cocktail in the bar, made by Lilly. We were then taken through to the restaurant for dinner, which was fabulous. One of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Service throughout was attentive without being annoying. My only slight negative was that the white wine could have been a little colder, although my wife said it was fine! I’d recommend a visual here for dinner.
Great food , quick service and safe and clean. Looking forward to returning.
A lovely meal and an intersting building. Well worth a visit.
It's s nice restaurant. We've booked this hotel and restaurant as a venue and it was very good, and excellent value for a week. For a single meal perhaps less so but lovely atmosphere and staff and a choice outside the usual tourist footfall. An option of one course would be better value. Perhaps they will introduce this.
Excellent as always but starter and main seemed a bit smaller than usual, may be becasue a set price now, previously individually priced
Overall we was very happy with our visit to the Yarrow and will certainly be going back.
Food was delicious and for £16.50 for 2 courses excellent value. The waiter service was excellent and attentive. Plan to visit this impressive, affordable restaurant again soon.
We ordered a bottle of white wine & it wasn’t chilled. We weren’t offered a wine bucket. The soup was very watery & tasteless. No offer of 2nd bread & had to ask for it. We were informed that the roast beef would be pink but it came medium well done. Service was attentive but the restaurant lack atmosphere.
Fantastic food served by attentive ,efficient staff. One of the best venues to celebrate a special night out.
All round excellence, service, dining room, staff the food was delicious we would definitely recommend.
Food was very good and service was too. Reasonably priced. Would recommend
Busy but well managed. Menus need to be wiped or thrown away. Staff helpful and food good
