Yellows Bar & Grill

Can’t beat a burger at Yellows and tonight was no exception, even though they are offering a very limited menu at the moment. Felt completely comfortable and safe with all the COVID-secure procedures in place and it is just so sad that the current situation means they now have to close again until restrictions are lifted. Hopefully they will re-open before too long

This was the 2nd visit to Yellows since the reopening and it didn’t disappoint. The staff really looked after us and we felt totally safe. The food was great, very tasty and we didn’t have to wait too long for it.

I would highly recommend Yellows.

Great to see Yellows open again. Excellent Children’s menu which both our 2 Girls thoroughly enjoyed. I had the Chicken Kebab which is highly recommended even if a little pricey. My Partner had the signature burger which was again, very good.
Service was terrific. Nothing was too much trouble for the new Team. They also dealt really well with an “issue” with my Son.

Great to be able to get back to Yellows. Food is still very good. I am not a huge fan of Brioche Buns for the burgers and the new sauce in the bottom is a bit over powering but, these quibbles are minor. The donuts are still as great as ever.

Tables well spaced and all staff wearing masks. Food was excellent with very generous portions. Staff attentive but not obtrusive. A great evening.

We chose fish and chips quality and presentation first class and the chips were the best ever tasted-hot crisp and without blemish. Well done the chef.

Excellent service, excellent food all marred by returning to our car in the Norwich City car park to find a parking ticket. The Manager at Yellows was very apologetic and 'phoned through to get the ticket cancelled and subsequently the security men in the South Stand said they would deal with it also. But it still sows the seed of doubt both for now and for the future.

Yellows used to be so good, come on yellows you can do better. Chips undercooked no salad with burger (just lettuce) and no bacon for the burgers!! On a plus burger was cooked very well and onion rings were delicious

This was our first visit since it has been reopened (has been shut down for quite a while) the staff were very welcoming and the menu is mostly American, the food was very fresh and tasty. Also free car park.

Food excellent and good value. Drinks on the expensive side and only 1 choice of white wine by the glass (this may be due to current situation). The temperature could have been warmer as it was a cold night

Had lunch and a business meeting tucked nicely in a corner, food was great, service great and they allowed us the space we wanted but without ignoring us - great will go again [soon as we can]

Fantastic home cooked quality ingredients. Great service. Friendly and safe. Loved Yellows before and delighted that it’s open again. I’ll be back as soon as lockdown is over. Maybe before it starts if I can!

Always enjoyed a meal at Yellows in the past, pleased to say everything was as good if not better! Very much recommended for a casual meal with good food and friendly atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful.

First visit back to Yellows since the reopening and it didn’t disappoint. Had the cheeseburger, which was amazing! Very tasty and the burger was succulent. I can highly recommend it!

We were temperature checked as we went in, all of the tables were spaced well apart and we felt very safe. The staff were excellent and followed the protocols extremely well.

It’s great to have Yellows back and will definitely be going back.

Really enjoyed our meal at Yellows. The food was lovely, nicely cooked and tasty. As a family of four everyone of us was happy. My son said it was the best burger he had in a very long while and My other son enjoyed his fish and chips. Myself and my husband both had the vegetable chilli and was intrigued to have it with crackers. I was told this is how Delia likes it and as she is my culinary hero was willing to try it. Was nice but glad we had ordered chunky fries as well. The desserts were delicious too. All in all we were very impressed and all agreed we would like to return.

We drove over 170 miles to visit yellows. As soon as we knew it was open again my son wanted to visit. As usual it was worth every mile and as close to being in the ground again that we could be. Great food, friendly helpful service and very welcoming. Great experience. I do however miss the tray of relishes that we used to get with the burgers. My only other comment is to bring back the onion bread it was always fantastic and a great yellows great as an extra.’
