When it comes to sourcing our ingredients, we have chosen each producer very carefully. Fresh whole fish comes in from day boats off Cornwall and whole lambs from local suppliers are butchered in-house.

I have been to Yosma previously and it has always been good, however on this occasion it was my birthday and I wanted a buzzy atmosphere. it was dead atmosphere apparently they were closing down the next day and we were not told.Had I been told I would not have booked . Very disapointing
Service was really, really, really, really, really nice.
Perfectly fine but not particularly interesting. Not as good as two years ago including the service which has lost its personality and warmth. Less choice on the menu in particular for our vegetarian guest.
Perhaps my expectations were high, but the quality and attention to details of the food was very average at best.
Having enjoyed exceptional Turkish breakfast dining in Turkey in very simple settings, with quality fresh ingredients, I had hoped that Yosma might offer a similarly memorable experience.
However the reality was rather different. Many of the dishes were less than authentic, and lacked both seasoning and flavour. The ‘kavurma’ dish in particular was very disappointing - more like shavings of salt beef!
Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Have been to Yosma twice and both visits have been very enjoyable experiences. Really good food, excellent service and good value for money. Would recommend.
Disappointing experience with so-so food but slow service, despite only a few tables of the large dining room being occupied.
We were there for New Years Eve. We really enjoyed the food, the friendly staff and nice
But there weren't really any New Years Eve items around; such as balloons or
crackers to burst open at mid-night or a count down to mid-night just before 12:00 unfortunately.
Those were the things missing. But we enjoyed it and would go back.
Good afternoon, Thank you for you review and for the time you took to write it! We are truly happy to see that you have enjoyed our food and service. Looking forward to having you back at Yosma!
I booked the restaurant specifically for the festive menu which came up on open table. when I arrived the waiter said it wasn't available.
They gave us a nye menu which was £55pp. the bill came to an expensive £140 including service charge. No free glass of Bellini was even mentioned or offered to is which was on the menu.
The waiters were not really attentive and my one waiter seemed to be angry the whole time.
The food was ok but was definitely NOT worth the £140 price
Good afternoon, We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience! Please email Paul@Yosma.london for a complimentary return visit.

If you like turkish food. The breakfast was really good.
Good afternoon, Thank you for your wonderful words and for the time spent writing them! We are looking forward to having you back at Yosma for another amazing breakfast!
Overall a lovely evening, the food was good, service was good, and the price was good...I will go back. The one drawback was that I'd booked a table for 6 persons 6 weeks in advance and yet when we arrived at the allotted time there was no table available. We were squeezed onto a table for four so asked to be moved. The only table available was a "bar" table by the window and till. This we accepted but was not what I expected. It did not ruin the evening as we had a great time but if you take a booking then you must reserve an appropriate table for your guests who have planned ahead.
Good Evening, We are sorry to hear that your visit at Yosma Restaurant was not up to our usual standards! We shall ensure your table is as welcoming next time, as it should be. We appreciate the time you took to write this review!
Excellent service! Wonderful Turkish food with halal and vegetarian options! Felt comfortable and not crowded. Great portions and great prices!

Food terrific, service charming but very slow (and forgetful)
Thank you for your feedback and for the time spent on writing it! Your comment about the service caught our attention. Would it be possible to offer more details by sending an email to Paul@Yosma.london?
Superb in all respects.
Enjoyed the food here. Had the set menu which was HUGE. Tasty and cool venue.
Further to carrying out research on the net Yosma had a very eye catching and impressive website, this was not a true reflection of our experience. Poor furniture (tabled and chairs very cheap looking) sofa seating was nice. Starters were tasty but then main was awful, chicken shish should be made from chicken breast not deboned thigh. Arrived on a slate with no salad or rice, slate kept slipping on the table needed to be served on a plate or something more substantial. Ordered rice as a side dish this was inedible; tasteless and sticky. We ordered Gavurdag salad and received a bowl of tomatoes cut in quarters covered in pomegranate dressing this is not accurate with what the salad should have been; no walnuts, onions which all should’ve been chopped finely. We then shared a plate of baklava for dessert which was nice. The staff were pleasant although did not have any knowledge of the dishes, their authenticity and what the dish should be e.g the salad and chicken thigh.
Overall very disappointing and exceptionally over priced, we paid £60 per head for a very poor experience. I definitely would not go again and would not recommend.

Amazing really very clean restaurant and great food/ nice staff
Good afternoon Mashaala, One more review for which we thank you! It is always a pleasure hosting you and your father, who we send all the best wishes and health in the world!
Having been to Yosma in Oct and loved it, went again with a friend for dinner in Nov! The iskender lamb is still my favourite, and we had some cocktails this time which were lovely too. Food and service both impeccable, it's fast becoming one of my favourite restaurants.
Dear Fiona, It was a pleasure having you back at Yosma! We are delighted to see that your experience was as fantastic as the previous occasion and we hope that as time goes by they will become even better!
Ingredient quality is poor. Food is covered in pepper , yoghurt etc to disguise this
Loved Mario our server! He was engaging and service was top notch. Kat in the front of the house was charming and offered us the invite to the Christmas special.
Great place. We will be back
We found worms in the mint tea
Dear Amthal. Firstly I would like to express appreciation for your feedback. And secondly, how deeply sorry I am for your experience. This also comes as a big surprise to us as all the fruit herbs and veg is washed, never the less retraining has been implemented for all team members! Please accept our most sincere apologies.
Incredible food and very good service. Music was painfully loud for our group, we had to shout at each other to be heard, and our waiter misheard part of our order - no fault of his, but I think turning the music down would have helped with this too! Everything we ordered was delicious, truly some of the best food I've had in London. But I would recommend a lower volume of music, or even no music at all, given how packed and noisy the restaurant was in general due to its obvious popularity.
Good afternoon Scarlettr, Thank you for sharing your opinion and for the time you spent on writing this review! We will take this on board.
The waiter we had on the night, had impeccable table service and I wanted to take the opportunity to give a review based on his efforts.
Good afternoon Gabriella, Thank you for your review and for the time you took to write it! We couldn’t be more happy!

Good afternoon, We are deeply sorry to hear that your experience at Yosma Restaurant was not up to our usual standards! If you could find the time to give us a few details about what happened we would really appreciate it. Please email Paul@Yosma.london.
Great Turkish fare in a big, fun space, albeit a little loud at times. The staff was great, being friendly, helpful and attentive but not hovering. But most importantly the food was delicious. Perhaps not the most inventive, but the mains we had were scrumptious, especially the slow-cooked pulled lamb. The starters were great across the board, although I thought the chicken wings could have been a bit crispier. Still, the pomegranate glaze and seeds made up for that. For dessert, the warm apple kadayif was to die for!
Good afternoon Sioux, Thank you for the beautiful words and for the time you spent on writing them! We really appreciate your support and we’re looking forward to hosting you back at Yosma Restaurant! Next time you should try our Kunefe as a dessert!!!
Favourite turkish breakfast place in central London!
Good afternoon Raimee, Thank you for your review and for the time you spent on writing it! Your support means a lot to us and we’re looking forward to hosting you back at Yosma Restaurant!
We received a great service, authentic Turkish menu was explained fully, food arrived quickly, served at optimal temperature and tasted amazing. Great spot to eat at if you like Turkish food or are wanting to try Turkish cuisine. Just a shame we didn't have space for dessert! Special shout out to our waitress, whose name I sadly did not get - perfectly friendly, while giving us space to enjoy our food. And ran after us when I managed to leave my backpack behind! 5/5 overall.
Dear Anas, Thank you so much for your review and for the time you spent on writing it! We are really happy that you enjoyed our service!! Your waiter for the evening was Emyly, I will pass on your great feedback. We look forward to hosting you again!
We had a nice dinner there. The food was super tasty and the staff were very nice. Only thing was that my Pide arrived after all my group finished eating. And I do think it was a mixup in the order. But overall a great experience.
Good afternoon Yaelf, Thank you for your amazing feedback and for the time you took to write it! We are really happy seeing that you had a great time. In regards to the Pide situation, we serve it as it’s ready and at its best quality. Sometimes it might take longer than the mains, sometimes it might take less. Unfortunately we cannot determine the timing.
Really I feel different with this restaurant all they are very amazing and help
Excellent Kunefe! Would definitely recommend. Meze and mains were average
A nice Turkish restaurant, with tasty food a 5 minute stroll from Baker St.
Love the way they treat customers amazing
10/10 from all A to Z amazing for everything
Lovely food , great service
Excellent service and good quality food. Highly recommend.
Went to Yosma with my husband and two friends for dinner and had an amazing time. All of the food was delicious (especially the iskender lamb) and the service was fantastic. Will definitely be going back!
Dear Fiona, Your feedback brings us the greatest joy! Thank you for the time you spent writing it! We are looking forward to having you back at Yosma!
Amazing food! Lamb was very well flavoured. Service was also very good. Felt that the portion sizes were a bit small for the price.
the sign in the window regarding drinks being half price before 8pm relates to the bar not the restaurant but due to our confusion the restaurant rectified the bill in keeping with the discount despite our being seated in the restaurant. the dishes we ordered came well cooked and presented with good flavours. the open style kitchen means you leave smelling of the kitchen. had to send everything off to the dry cleaner.
