    Firstly, prices have been hiked very high, more than average. Secondly, there are only few vegetarian dishes they do and the receipe has also changed, it didnt taste the same like last time we had in Nov'23. Service was very slow though inly 3 tables were full. They didnt even read the special not request that was request while booking the table.

    Food was amazing. We were seated in a lovely private area as it was a birthday, was able to connect our own music to Bluetooth, which didn't disturb anyone else as we were in a glass room. Service was also very good and helpful staff to help choose off the menu

    Always worried about trying new places my wife found this place on TikTok so we thought we’d give it a try. First thing is the parking is great and the location is excellent easy accessible, we walked into a nicely decorated restaurant greeted by friendly staff who allowed us to choose our own seating. The food was lovely and we enjoyed a free complimentary starter too. Would highly recommend and for sure we will be back

    Zaazu is brilliant - Haven't been here for several years, since it was under the previous name of Simla, but that was also great food and service. However, the revamp looks amazing, food just as delicious as before, but a more creative menu, which has paid off - It was the best indian meal I've had since I can remember. Staff very friendly and attentively as always, will definitely be back and not leaving it so long next time! 10/10!

    Zaazu is a weird mix of sublime and dreadful. Starters were genuinely amazing, well-conceived and beautifully executed variations on common themes, while mains were good in theory but desperately under-seasoned (qand I'm not talking spice here, I mean as basic as no salt - and none on the table either). And service varied from nice to almost agressively rude. I asked for a soft drink with no ice. It came with ice. I said "sorry, I asked for no ice" and the waiter replied "it's only 2 cubes". It wasn't, it was 3. So do I engage on a debate over whether we can count to 3, or do I stick with the fact that I asked for none. Obviously the latter, but why are we even having the conversation? And at the end of the meal, I asked "could you call me a taxi please?" No, they couldn't, they have no taxi numbers. Really? Yes, we really can't. So I was forced to do what I find unrelaxing and rude to others at a restaurant table, by googling numbers on my phone and then making a phonecall as others ate around me. In fairness, one waiter approached me a few minutes later and said he'd found a number on his own phone and was trying to book me one - too late, I thanked him but I'd done it. When I asked, by the way, how it could be that they have no way of calling a customer a taxi, I was told they used have a good relationship with a local company, but it "wernt a bit wrong". I bet it did. They probably spoke to them the way they spoke to me.

    Worst Birthday Ever: Restaurant Nightmare!! I wish it had zero star rating system as they don’t even deserve 1 star !! Will never comeback nor will never recommend to anyone!! It was supposed to be a joyous and memorable night out—my first birthday after becoming a mom. My 4 month old baby, who is usually so calm, started crying just as we were just seated. Out of nowhere, a waiter rudely told my brother that they couldn’t have crying baby ,her crying volume needs to be low inside ( she just started crying for 30 seconds and waiter having a turban came rushing ) I panicked ,picked her up, and rushed outside into the cold. I mentioned we had a baby when I booked the table myself . It was such a disappointment—my whole family is involved in the restaurant business, and we've never treated a mom or baby this way , moreover we always gave priority to them and take extra care.We were excited to try this newly renovated spot, but thanks for making my birthday so 'special,' right? Don’t even want to talk about the food as me and my husband was standing outside in cold as she didn’t like to seat inside the car and we are not allowed to take a crying baby inside to make her calm down .Seriously, if you don’t allow babies to cry, at least put it on your website. The owner should really teach their staff some manners or if this is your business rule then please mention it while taking the booking.

    Visited here on 02/09 and we were unfortunately rather disappointed . The food came out extremely quickly, so was likely just quickly reheated. We ordered wine which came out the same time as the food. Usually one would expect drinks to arrive before food to allow people to have a drink before the food arriving. The butter chicken was not creamy and buttery as butter chicken should be, but very tomatoey. I’ve never tried butter chicken that tastes like this. The paneer palak I requested to be mild, but was very spicy even for my palate which can handle spice. The naan bread was small. The decor and interior is lovely and the cocktail was very nice. But overall the food is not authentic Indian, taste is lacking and its rather expensive. Service charge of 10% was added onto the bill, which to be frank, i did not feel the restaurant deserved. I do not like to feel obligated to pay a service charge. If the service is good, then I am always happy to give a substantial tip, but i do not agree with it being added onto the bill so customers feel compelled to pay. The meal was not deserving of this tip.
