Birthday party of only 3 : very efficient front desk young lady, first floor restaurant with nice, decor, spacious, jazzy music, quiet guests,. Food extremely well presented, interesting and tasty ; very friendly waitress. All in all a very pleasing experience. We will come again.

We had a young waiter who probably just mixed up the orders and didn't listen to what we asked. The waiter then brought the manager to us, who outright started with "What's your problem??" aggressively. She gaslighted us saying the order is exactly what we asked for, which obviously wasn't the case. To top it up, they mistakenly (deliberately?) added a bottle of wine to the receipt instead of one 175 ml glass that we ordered. Lol. It's fine, we all do mistakes but own them, don't gaslight your customers and start with "What's your problem??" when you're clearly in the wrong. Everyone was polite until the manager arrived. It's not Karen's cafe that's trending on Tiktok for the rudest service. At least we didn't know it was.

The food is amazing. Music is alright, I'm not sure that everyone would appreciate such music bands as Leningrad, Bi-2 etc. And for me also it wasn't really clear why the staff couldn't charge my phone. In every place, they have a charger for iPhones. Apart from this, it's a good place to visit.

It was great experience, home tasted food (I’m Russian and I know what I’m talking about), sophisticated service organised by professional staff. Karina was super helpful and friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking to try Russian/Ukrainian food

The electric guitar player made a lot of noise thus our conversation was next to impossible. Karaoke downstairs made also a lot of seismic waves. Food was not bad but I have tried better vareniki with cabbage in Kyiv with much more stuff inside.

The food was lovely but the portions are very small. Really overpriced, spent more than £60 each with a glass of wine. It’s not a posh restaurant and the plates are pretty basic for this price tag. I’d say I won’t return because the value isn’t great but food tasted nice.

The venue is really cozy, food is great, presentation really great and original. So far the better Russian restaurant i have tried. The price are fair, it's not overpriced at all considering the service and food quality. Definitely a must see.

Really enjoyed my time and good in the restaurant. It has honed white marble tables (not garish at all) which I love. The vodkas are brilliant (try them all), and the our choice of courses was delightful and subtle. I felt everything I ate from the light as air rye bread to soft tasting sour cream had been constructed by hand. My only regret is that we didnt have more time and a chance to try more dishes

Abysmal service: over 50 mins for the first course of the Easter special menu to arrive which comprised an aspic, a bland salad and a quail egg with a dod of caviar. No prep therefore. Eventual main courses: not roast leg of lamb but braised lamb shank and overcooked, over salty cod. More waiting. Repeated requests finally brought forth the lacklustre dessert. Ghastly.

We visited Zima last night, and have to say we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and had a nice table upstairs. The food was amazing and well presented. Service was good and very attentive and the noise levels were just right. Can’t wait to visit again.
