   Service was great, we were celebrating my sons 6th birthday and he treated to a special drink and candles in his ice cream and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to him which he loved, thankyou

   The staff were fantastic but when we arrived for our reservation at 6 o'clock the staff had no record of it, even though I received an email confirmation. They said they were fully booked but after a little chat they managed to find us a table. Think there needs to be more communication between OpenTable and zizi

    When we arrived at Zizzi in Portsmouth we were told that our booking through opentable.co.uk hadn't come through and we were advised to book directly through Zizzi's website. The man that dealt with us was very abrupt when we asked if we could make our reservation a bit later. We were quickly passed on to someone fortunately more polite and happy to try and accommodate. Although the booking couldn't be altered (they were very busy with fireworks night) they still managed to fit us in despite being fully booked and our orgininal booking not being recognised.
