   Went for a family meal, food was good although choice of starters is a bit limited but this is normal in an Italian franchise, house wine was very good. We didn't feel rushed or left to wait the service was good with all meals arriving together.

   Nice restaurant with good food. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but made a few errors and sometimes took ages to bring things to the table. Not as slick as it could have been.

   Good service. Had a gluten free pizza base which was a great substitute. Enjoyed the visit.

   I have been to Zizzis many times, and I will still go again even though it was very poor this time. It was very busy for a Monday night, and the chef couldn't cope on his own. The food took ages to come, and when it finally did the pizzas ( 3 of the 5 main courses) had a meagre amount of topping on them and were also undercooked. The staff did offer to cook it all again, but it was after 9.00pm by now and my 2 boys had School the next day. So we declined. Staff were great, and the chef accepted he was trying to rush to catch up as he was way behind. Stopped at Tescos on the way home as my sons pizza was inedible and he was hungry.

   Nice place to take our grandchildren for early dinner. But expensive for what we had as I d forgotten the 25% voucher. £2.50 for a glass of apple juice for the children was, I thought, expensive too.

    Great food, great atmosphere - on the busy/noisy side, but that's ideal when you have small children with you - and very child-friendly. Service a little slow but they were obviously rushed off their feet!
